Don't be too greedy. Folks used to be welcome to bring in a store bought cake, but now we can't. Folks used to be welcome to schedule a bday party, without buying some package with a "price per child", which only rich folks are gonna be able to afford. Now I see how you're trying to get the money for maintenece for the arcade games & for the extra electricity being used for them. I will never recommend your business to anyone looking for an affordable place to go to spend their bday, til those prices per child go much down, and you allow store bought cakes in! Not everyone who wants to have a bday celebration there is a child. Even 10yrs ago I wasn't a child and had a small bday celebration there, and was allowed to have a store bought cake in. I'm never coming back! I was gonna go behind your dang counter to steal food. Never make someone wait over an hour for food & drinks especially for someone who needs sugar certain times. And it don't matter if someone used a groupon or not. A paying customer is a paying customer, to be treated with respect!

My little sister had never bowled and is 14. I requested guards for everyone so that my sister was not embarrassed. They refused to put them up by telling " they are only for LITTLE KIDS". I had to console my sister after she placed last and rarely hit any pins. These people do not care about your expieriance. Nothing but high school kids. Also tried to charge for water when I'm fully aware they dont. They did so because they were angry at me for stating I was going to write this review.

The female working the cou ter on Friday the 4th of January never got our lane started for us.. so we waited. And waited... I finally went up there and asked her to start it, only to wait for another 5 minutes and have to return up there to ask her again to start it. The pizza we ordered was good and the price was decent, not spectacular. The drinks tasted water down and it took a good 10-15 minutes for anyone to show up to the bar to even take our order..

Clean, but the staff were unfriendly to the point of being rude in my opinion. Our lane keep getting stuck when the bar would come down and replace pins and they seemed extremely agravated when I had to ask them many times to fix it. It would be nice if they could see that as an inconvenience for the customer since we do pay to bowl there. But

90% of the time we go here it's only to let the kids play games. Usually don't get out before dropping $60 ! The kids have a great time, we get something to munch on at the snack bar & some pop & just hang out for awhile. We always have a great time !

My girlfriend and I went here on a Friday night. Both of the ladies working at the counter, including the one that claimed to be a manager, were very rude to us, making a very rude comment about us to another worker close enough for us to hear. When we went to pay for our game, we were purposely over charged for 4 games and 5 pairs of shoes between two people, which came up to be $27 and we were not given a receipt. When we confronted the "manager" about it, she looked back in the computer and told us our total was $20.11. We went to another employee who was uninvolved in the situation, and he told us we had in fact been way over charged, and he gave us our refund. I would recommend either going to the Washington bowling alley, or making sure they give you a receipt to make sure you are not over charged. We will not be going back.

This is a clean and nice looking bowling alley, but the two female workers who were there last night (Sunday May 1, 2016) were just plain unpleasant. I saw in a previous review that somebody was purposely charged extra.... That's what happened to us too! It just didn't add up. They just acted annoyed to be there. The food is great and it's a fun place but hire new people with customer service skills please!

I come here and watch leagues on Mondays. Good food and it's half price before 6 p.m. I have never actually bowled here so don't know what the lanes are like but they do have a big arcade with tons of games towards the back. Servers are friendly good place to bring the family.

The bowling alley itself is pretty good for the price of admission, but the customer service is lacking. Argumentative with guests vs just making things right. I love bowling but will not deal with a staff and management that does not see a customer first attitude as best policy over "we have it posted" or "its policy". This low rating is all over a simple request to have ranch instead of marinara sauce. I saw nothing posted that marinara sauce was only served. Then the ranch they brought was a small container instead if the boat of marinara sauce previously supplied. Then was told to have more than the 1 ounce ranch cup I would have to pay 54 cents. The money is not the point. The manager was unwilling to see the my point and simply stated "we have it posted that extra sauce costs more". Fail on customer service IMO. I will adjust this rating if they can make it right.

My experience at Oasis Lanes is always a good one. I walk in the door and see Moriah and know It will be a good experience. She helps keep things rolling at every inch. Her smile makes you feel right at home and makes you feel its alright to ask for any help when needed. She is the bright spot of Oasis Lanes and I love her dearly. Thanks for making it a great bowling experience. I do love Oasis Lanes.

Nice place but the bowling is ridiculously overpriced... I took my wife and 4 young children there this past weekend and for just one game of bowling they charged almost $50.00 I cannot stress enough this was for ONE GAME OF BOWLING. 3 of my 4 kids are younger than 5 yrs old and they are charged the same as an adult. I believe they are price gouging since they are now the only bowling alley in a 40 mile radius. As much as I like this place I will not be back unless they change the pricing drastically It shouldn't be cheaper to take my family to an amusement park than to go to a local bowling alley. Also I'm aware they offer discounts during certain time periods but the reason they do that is because that's there slowest points when no one goes. During normal hours they are clearly price gouging. To be fair I believe their food,drinks, and arcade games are priced fairly it's their bowling that is ridiculous.

Coming from a past regular customer of this place this review almost makes me sad. As far as bowling or boozing goes this place is fine, and MOST of the staff are very friendly. The foods really good especially the pizza and beers always cold, plenty of balls to choose from, decently priced arcade games, etc. That being said, I rated 1 star because of the EXTREMELY rude manager. We made reservations and when we arrived (at the reserved time) they didn't have a lane available and we were told wed have to wait 30 minutes to an hour. The girl at the desk who I made the reservation with was very sweet and we were understanding. I explained we would just play arcade games till something opened up and she apologized several times and promised we would get a discount when we ordered our food. Things are all good at this point, eventually we are given a lane and then I go to order the food. When I told the (also kind) young man at the cafeteria we were promised a discount on our meal he hastily found the "manager" to approve the transaction. THIS RUDE DWARF LIKE FEMALE MUST HAVE BEEN OUT OF HER MIND. She snarled at me, pounded on the touch screen in front of her and looked at the poor cashier guy like he was her next meal. He looked at her confused because obviously she did all that for show given my due balance stayed exactly the same, she shouted "IT'S WHATEVER" as he tried to stop her from storming away..... she did not stop.... sooo I walk around to the front desk and ask the worker (same sweet girl who promised the discount) and asked if once again the manager could walk her little attitude back around the corner and give me my promised discount. I SAW the "manager" yelling at the girl and she never returned to discount my order. Not only did she not approve the transaction but she never once said a word to me, never apologized for our wait or thanked us for our patience and patronage. The fact is an "I'm sorry" would have been worth far more than a discount to us. Whoever that gal was I sure hope all those unearned cigarette breaks helped her calm down for other customers sake. If something goes wrong during your visit don't expect decent customer service to come from management. We've poured hard earned money into that place between bowling, arcade games, cafeteria food, and buckets of beer SEVERAL TIMES. Will not ever be returning.

This bowling alley is slightly haunted, I went in the bathroom and I thought I felt something touch my shoulder while I was in there. Also the temperature went cold when I went in the stall. Thankfully the ghosts were nice enough to get me a new roll of toilet paper since my stall had run out. I will definitely be back.

Purchased a Groupon for Oasis Lanes and went for the first time recently. All the staff was friendly, lanes were clean, and the food was good. The younger kids complained that there were not enough bowling balls to choose from, but they shared the ones they liked and everything worked out fine. The bumpers could be adjusted for each player and automatically retracted as needed. Loved that! Game area fun, too, but distracting for the little ones.

We loved having our son's bday party here. One hour of bowling and twenty minutes of video gaming was perfect for us. It came also with two pizzas and two pitchers of soda. The kids were able to get through about 1 1/2 games of bowling during which we had the pizza delivered, so they ate pizza while bowling. Afterwards, we ate the cake, opened the presents at our station. Finally we took some photos as a group, and headed toward the front to play the video games. I cleaned up the bowling station while my husband supervised the games and by the time the video games were over the parents were picking up. Kids were able to take home prizes from their winning ticketed games as well as a favor I sent them home with. We had 8 boys and it was perfect. We bowled four boys on each lane and I think that was great because the game moved quickly and no one got bored. The bowling alley accommodated me very nicely with a change in plans at the last minute as well. All was much appreciated!!!

While I did enjoy the bowling, games, and concessions, I was rather dissappointed with the service. After a long unnecessary delay my group was assigned to a lane in front of table that had empty drinks, an ashtray full of cigarette butts and shoes that belonged to another group that was bowling in our lane before us. I'm not even sure they were done. The price for three of us was just over 40 dollars, and one of us got a "discount" for being a student, which seemed a bit steep.
