Had Jayce and Sydneys birthday party there and wouldn't do it again, the younger staff members were helpful and cooperative but the one older guy working there was a prick, and it was just last Saturday. We were suppose to bowl from 4pm to 5pm while they cook our pizzas, and then go to party room from 5pm to 6pm, but we got there and the 2 lanes they wanted to put our party on were occupied so we were told we had to wait, all the while there are six open lanes, so here is 20 people with birthday supplies for two kids with nowhere to go, so I asked if we could put everything in the room while we all wait, the younger employee said sure cause they didn't have any other party scheduled the whole day, so by 4:30 we finally get to start bowling and place our 4 pizza order, which takes over an hour to get our pizzas which now puts, it at 5:30pm so we go to the party room and are advised by the old "guy" employee that we have had the room since 4pm and need to be out by 6pm, so we have 30 min to eat pizza, have cake and ice cream and open presents, and rush to get out of their room because there is no other bookings the whole day,... F.O., as we were leaving at 6:15 there were maybe 4 people other than employees in whole building and we're obviously friends of the employees cause they couldn't wait for us to leave. So if this business fails like so many others it's not because the people in fulton didn't give it a chance, it's because the old guy would prefer to entertain friends who don't pay, then many willing patrons who would of stayed and bowled many more games and spent a lot more money if just were shown a little bit of hospitality, and awareness of two kids having their birthday parties.
