This bowling alley is great, given how small Rolla is. Decent prices. Yes they are old lanes and the owner can be a handul but that is just life in general for you. People who complain about every little thing must have unhappy lives.

Outdated. Unfriendly staff, My Lane kept malfunctioning (6) and the Staff kept acting hateful when we asked them to fix it.

We called early in the afternoon to try and reserve a lane since we figured a Friday evening would be busy and were told that we could not reserve a lane because they were first come, first serve. When we got there, the parking lot was empty so we went in and were told that we couldn't bowl because every lane was reserved for the next four hours straight. So, either we were lied to by the employees that lanes couldn't be reserved or when we called they just neglected to tell us that we wouldn't be able to bowl. Either way, we got to leave with very upset children. If I could give zero stars I would, we will not be returning to this business.

I love going bowling and always have a blast but they really need to update everything to pull in a younger crowd...not just that but every other ball was not coming back and kept getting stuck and the bathrooms where scary it just needs someone to give it a major renovation

Really needs to be updated bowled 2 frames and had to switch lanes then bowled another frame and had to start bowling with 3 different balls because it would not return the first 2 and then they had to keep resetting the automatic pin reset machine

My wife and I decided to take our 3 children bowling today. We asked for 2 lanes beside each other so we could set one lane up for the children (they like to use the gutter guards and the dragon). We were told we couldn't have 2 lanes because we didn't have enough people(they had 9 lanes of the 16 open). I politely said ok and the gentleman said you are on lane 10. We got our shoes and ballsall picked out to realize the key pad for loading our names and order of turns in was not working. We politely told the lady behind the counter and she said she would load it for us. The screen was now ready( it displayed the numbers 1,3,4, and 5). I mentioned again that we had 5 bowlers and bowler number 2 was not displaying. As I waited patiently I asked could we be switched to another lane and questioned again why we could not pay for 2 lanes. The gentleman told me I was being rude. We simply turned our shoes back in and left.

A lot of the reviews sum this bowling alley up. It is older but maintained well. If you are looking for just some bowling fun, it's a great place. If you are a professional bowler you will be a little disappointed. We had a great time.

Outdated equipment. The shoes were practically falling apart. Our ball would randomly get stuck within the retrieval system. Concession area is a joke when compared to other local bowling alleys. Would recommend bowling elsewhere.

Wonderful family place. Affordable and just an all around good time. They have leagues for every member of the family, including the kids.

Excellent workers, not their fault at all but this bowling alley is junk. The equipment is severely outdated and broken down. Bowled for over 2 hours and couldn't make it through 2 games due to lane problems. Haven't been to this alley in a year due to problems always with the lanes at this alley. Proceed at your own risk.

For years I have taken my niece and nephews here when I come to town over the holidays. We always have rails because they range in age but are all under 13. This last time I arrive I was refused rails unless I wanted to rent an additional lane for the 1 child that would qualify. Ridiculous and absurd. It ruined our whole experience as the younger children kept gutter balling everything. Don't come here unless your children are already expert bowlers.

Also I accidentally dropped a ball and broke my foot but I didn't want to trouble the employees so I kinda just awkwardly returned my shoes and left

I hadn't been bowling in forever and it was great to go again with friends. We accidently showed up just after they closed, and the worker was nice enough to let us bowl a couple games while he closed up. We had a good time and will definitely be coming back this next semester, during the open hours.

Each lane has it's quirks. That's to be expected when you haven't updated equipment in 20+ years. My biggest complaint is the unfriendly staff. They have a little clique that hang out in the back and it's a huge bother when you come to the counter to request service that you're paying for. I'll be taking my family to a neighboring town to try a different bowling alley next time.

I haven't bowled for quite a while but I have been in here from time to time this bowling alley has been here for quite a while and it's been taken ok care of and they recently updated the outside but the equipment inside and such things need to be refurbished or brought up to date.
