Family had a great time First you fill out sheet shoe size , names , bumper up or down ( they do the rest ) go to lane during turns with bumpers they go up automatically then back down for next bowler . They have multiple bars decent food FREE REFILLS on drinks Laser Tag and arcade games with prizes . They have comfy seating 5 star service workers kept refilling very attentive . Also they spaced everybody out so each 2 lanes had only one group till it got busier ( usually most places lump you in like sardines and it feels cramped ) but didn't occur at bowlero . They also have specials. Like Tuesday for $2.22 on games beers etc.

Bowlero is definitely the nicest bowling alley I've ever been to. It's a fun place to go with the family it is pretty expensive for bowling but it's the environment and the staff that make it worth it very attentive and helpful.

We had a family gathering last night with about 25 people. Thankfully they had plenty of lanes and we're able to put us all together. We were on lanes 23, 24 ,& 25. All of the staff were very helpful, professional an accommodating, they seemed to really make a effort to ensure that everyone had a good time. We truly appreciate their all of their efforts and would highly recommend you check them out next time you are p leaving a gathering. Great work team! See ya when we come back to MO.

It's fun but very pricey. Bowling and shoes for 3 kids and an adult was around $60. That's before we even made it to laser tag and arcade. A little short staffed the day we were there. One person working the bowling center, one working laser tag and prize redemption, resulting in lines everywhere.

Great, except that my pretzel came burned. They gave me a new one that also came burned. But forget rgis. They have good deals on beer, we ordered that gigantic tube and it is worth it. The place is fun and gigantic and they also have a great space for company parties.

Not a bad place. Bowling lanes are ok- but if you are competitive you can probably find better lanes elsewhere. It's perfectly fine for a casual game though. Lasertag equipment desperately needs upgrading. Red team's base sensor is broken. Huge advantage for red team. Half of the guns aren't even calibrated well. You can literally be point blank range and it will take more than a few seconds to register. Some of their laserguns don't even show up on the score board either. Plus side, $10 unlimited games so, I guess you get what you pay for!

Me and my friends had such a fun birthday party today for my friend. The food wasn't half bad and the laser tag and arcade we're fun. We didn't do the bowling but that's okay. The only problem I had was the people controlling the lines! They we're very slow! But to be fair the prizes were at a fair price. Go here if you want to have a cheap birthday party that is really fun.

Hosted an office outing here. The set up and service was great. We had two hours of bowl time and food and drinks. The food was good and they kept replenishing it when it got low. I had a few people that could not make the event but I already had paid for them. They did not refund the difference but gave us a free game of Lazer tag. I would definitely do another event here.

Don't get me wrong, you might pay a couple extra dollars going here instead of somewhere else to go bowling but it is well worth it. I can't speak much the laser tag and arcades, other than I've done them a few times and always had fun, but I go bowling almost everyday I'm able and can say that the service is always phenomenal. The atmosphere is lively, and staff are both caring and attentive. The bartenders know their stuff, can hold a conversation, and will even visit you while bowling to see if you would like a water or anything else. 10/10 would recommend for anyone who needs a night out to relax or go crazy

Wanted to take four kids bowling Saturday night. NO PRICING AT ALL on the web sight called several times NO ANSWER AT ALL. The website is useless and they dont answer the phone. Great.

The set up is nice, but we got to the facility @7:30pm there were Birthday parties on the left side and regular bowling on the right a total of 4 lanes were not being used. The cashier still told us it would be a 10-20 min. Wait and he would let us know by text msg when other lanes would be available... our party of 6 waited over 45 min. When we saw people leaving we asked again how long it would be, his response was “oh I forgot to come get you guys, it will be another 5-10 min.” @10pm we were told a lane was available, but the price for 4 adults & 3 children to bowl was $120.00!! We immediately left no accommodations for a long wait time and the food, drinks and the price for bowling you’re easily spending close to $250/300. Not worth it.

We went Monday 4pm-730pm. It was not crowded at all. We got a lane right away. The staff were knowledgeable and attentive. We ordered wings, fries, loaded fries, chicken strips, shrimp poppers, and nachos. Food was good. We bowled one ten frame game then headed over to the arcade area. The kids won tickets easily and got enough to choose cool prizes from the prize room.

This is a pretty cool place to bowl. I appreciated that they did not have a step down to the bowling area. It was so much more accessible for my friends. A server stopping in periodically to take orders. He was very nice and patient with our indecisive crew.

Went to the arcade last night for my girlfriends birthday. Bought a $20 play card for myself with the self serve machine. About an hour later I tried to reload it. Kept saying card declined, so I tried a different one. Same thing. Checked my account balance to see if maybe I hadn’t transferred money over from savings or something and saw that I was being charged for the transactions. Brought it up to the manager and was told they were having issues with the machine and that it had been happening to a lot of people and the charges would drop off as they were just holds. Guess who’s debit card got charged today? If you go here, bring cash and don’t expect much from their management if you need assistance

Wednesday's are great here will unlimited laser tag, half price arcade and great rates on bowling. If you go on a Saturday night, be prepared to drop some money.

Best place to have a birthday party! We usually go to kokomo joes and pay double the price. This place is worth having a kids party at. Anna was super nice and helped us whenever we needed it. I didn’t get the servers name or the general manager but they were also very nice and helped out! We will be back for our other sons birthday! Very pleased

This is a pretty cool place but they are kind of expensive for bowling. When I went bowling I signed up for a coupon and they told me I couldn't use it until next time I came. I then proceeded to order chicken tenders. These were one of the worst chicken tenders I have had. I sent them back thinking it was how they were cooked but they came back with new ones tasting the exact same. Its a cool place but there are other places I feel have better deals.

We stopped in between Christmas and New Year's. The lines to check-in were very long and moved very slowly. The bowling was fine - good selection of differently weighted balls. Food was pretty decent. Service was a bit slow. Checking out encountered long, slow lines as well. I may return, but I'll try some other local places first.

This is a pretty cool place but they are kind of expensive for bowling. They have cosmic bowl and do lots of other fun events. Great for parties or just a fun night out. Its a cool place but there are other places, if you are needing cheaper.

Overall it’s nice but it’s the little things that make a difference. In our case it was our waitress. She seemed either overworked or completely spacey. She constantly forgot who we were, what we ordered, and when we tried to order she basically was walking away before we could order more. There was a sign in EVERY seating area that PBR drafts were $3 all day every day. I ordered one and they tried to charge me $5.50. I showed them the sign and she said that’s wrong. I said well that’s false advertisement, I’m only paying $3. Reluctantly she went and checked with manager which took about 15 minutes and came back and said she would honor it. Besides the other waitress antics the night was fine. They did however play Bruno Mars way too much.

Keeping this short but I asked for an extra cup during a party which alerted staff to the fact that the adults had drank some soda. We didn't even need pitcher refills... they insisted that we would be charged more regardless. Which pretty much meant due to us wasting LESS soda. And this was after our planner told us that our party (adults included) would have unlimited soda. Nope.. I argued and they "split" the charge because they said it was only fair to their company. So they either dumped the rest down the drain OR re-used it... the entire thing was just bad customer service. Overall the place isn't horrible outside of that (hence 2 stars), we already were planning on having my daughters party there. But now we will not be going back.

we took the kids here one time. it is a very nice alley but overpriced for the same things you get elsewhere. this place would be great for a date night or group of adults but if you have kiddos like us you can get all the same stuff for less just about anywhere else in town. :) but the lane side service here it great too! its nice not having to chase the kiddos to grab a drink or something to eat.

Been here for a few birthday and team parties and booked a trip for a group of students from the school I teach. Rebecca was our event planner and did a fantastic job. We've brought the kids back several times. They love it. Dark lighting, loud music, oiling of the lanes-are not ideal for serious bowlers-but for entertaining kids it is perfect.

I participated in an event organized at work to support a charitable organization. This is a large bowling place with some food. Tagging is also available. Had good fun playing. The noise inside makes you want to leave after sometime.

Would get 5 stars except I don't bowl. Huge arcade here for the kids and a full service bar for the big kids. Food and drinks are reasonably priced and the food was actually pretty good. Take your family and you will have a blast.

First time ever going there. Was really nice inside. Lots of lanes and an arcade too. Been a long time since i went bowling. Was a lot more expensive than i remember. For 2 of us to play two games and rent two pairs of shoes and 2 bottles of water was $46 bucks.. next time we will go on a discount night.

Friday Night: $7.19 to Bowl per game between 6-8 $5.24 to rent shoes for the night. Bar service was great. Service at lanes was not great. I would recommend keeping a tab open with bartender rather than server at lane unless ordering food. Popular place so expect to wait when checking in/out. Staff doesn't seem in a hurry. Non-smoking which is great for kids.
