Compared to other trampoline parks, this one is very small. We have been to trampoline parks instate and out of state and I have never had an issue with checking in and jumping. I understand you have to sign a waiver, no problem. Usually, the park provides seating within the trampoline area for parents to watch and supervise their child, here you have to buy a pair of socks and go upstairs with them. I’m ok with that, but today 9/15 I was told by an employee that the policy had changed and I would have to pay to jump since my child is 3 years old and requires supervision. When I questioned the manager to make sure, he states I don’t think that policy has started. Ok! I go to the register to pay and state we would need socks, she tells me that they only offer a certain pair for me (the watcher) which were very small. Her reply was, “You will just have to make them fit.” Continuing to look at her like she is crazy, I said, “I should have brought my other socks.” Her reply was, your not allowed to bring in other socks. I wasn’t, that had not even crossed my mind, this was our third visit, I had a pair of orange socks that I purchased from them. I just said forget it and just walked off. I will go back at least until the other one opens in the mall because I have a 3 year old that loves to jump and I live here in Meridian. The bowling was great and the process to check in and get a lane was smooth. Go check it out and have fun.
