Had an awesome time today bowling at Cordova Bowling Center. Only reason for a four star rating is because the place is stuck in the 90s, and also couldnt believe that there wasnt any specials for fathers day at a bowling alley! Come on! Overall had a blast with my boy and the staff was very friendly and helpful. O wait there is more! A shout out to Dave and his wife at the pro shop inside the bowling alley. It is a small shop but had alot of wicked bowling balls and gear, im no pro but had a great selection. I will be back!

Getting in was fine, bowling lanes in great shape, but we never got the kid ramp we asked for, and the snack bar was grossly overcooking food. Our "funnel cake" was 3inches around and crunchy.....

Horrible horrible! I took my daughter and a couple of her friends here for her 16th Birthday. Wayyy overpriced and the older man with the glasses at the counter was extremely rude when the lane messed up twice and he said we don't give refunds (we paid by the hour & we had had enough and wanted to leave). Then when I asked him if he could give us more time because the clock was ticking and nobody could bowl he accused me of yelling and I said I wasn't yelling at you & he said yeah you were. If anyone knows the number or email to the owner of this place I would appreciate that information. I'm taking this to the top!

Went for a Thursday evening "special" before school started back and when we got there was told that the person that could ring is up for the special had stepped out and we would have to wait. Nobody offered to let us get started or keep track of our games but that we had to wait. So us and 3 kids waited in the video have area with another family of 3 for more than 30min. We finally got tired of keeping the kids wrangled and left. We've been before with good experience or I would have left it 1star. Will give them another shot but that wasn't a customer centered experience.

At first glance, this bowling alley seems like a hidden jewel. However, the lanes aren't worth the money you pay. The lanes and screens kept malfunctioning and were never fixed. We couldn't make it past the fourth frame even after we were switched to another lane. The games, food, and prizes are overpriced. No wonder it was empty when we went.

Honestly wish I could give this less than one star. We came in at 9 and they closed at 10 and nearly refused us service. I was immediately met with rudeness, huffs, and puffs. They rushed us. Throughout our game the employees were hovering over us. Slick remarks were made under every employee's breath. The older lady also refused 5 times to put up bumpers since "the game is almost over". Not to mention one large employee tried to physically pull my two year old son away from a chair. Never have I ever felt this violated and attacked at a "family place." Not coming back here AGAIN....

2 words. HORRIFIC. SERVICE. I went in with my aunt and I am absolutely appalled by the rudeness and emotional distress from this so called "kid friendly" place. The security employee attempted to put his hands on my 2 year old baby cousin. I knew then we should have left. However, we decided to stay after the incident, but as it would happen, we continued to endure badgering by the rude employees. If someone is reading this, please think twice before coming here.

I got every month with my friends to bowl and for some reason this month a different lady rung us up. It was 9 of us and we paid for 1 game yet our total was $80! She convinced us this was the correct amount for 1 game and so we all paid. After that she gives us a receipt that says we get 5 free games. Turns out she charges us all for 2 games not one and then gave us 5 free games. It was really a mess and although they apparently have a no refund policy there was no sign displaying that anywhere. We really got ripped off. And as someone who works hard for her money I was really let down. This place usually is great and it's close to my house but I don't think I'll be returning and I know my friends won't.

Cordova Bowling Center screens did not work consistently. Had to continuously turn them off and on to make them work too many times tonight. The bowling center as a whole is ok but improvement needs to be done on the screens especially when money has been paid and customers come for enjoyment.

This place was awful. It started off with the old guy with glasses getting an attitude because we ask for a pair of shoes for my friend as she was paying and he told us naw she gone wait until i get her money. Just very rude and they wasn’t playing any music but as the night went on and more African American came in they started to play rap music like that’s not what we want to hear we ask for old school music.I even walked up to the booth and and ask if they could play some R&B or some Country music and the guy told me no so as me and my friends got up to leave because we felt uncomfortable and even the caucasian guys where like hey mane can you play something everyone can vibe to he told them no, so they went to the jukebox and played different songs. I should have ask for my money back because this place was rude and made me and my guest feel very very uncomfortable. We will not be returning. Bad business. This is not how this place is on a Wednesday because they play different kind of music then

Arrived at 8, said we couldn't buy more than 2 games even though they close at 2am, as it was said they're under new management and they would probably close early. They left the lights on bright during "twilight hours" and refused to turn music on. Terrible experience, rude staff, won't go back.

This was our favorite place to bowl ( we were bowling 5 days per week) until my son fell on the lane due to a very large splinter sticking out of the floor! The maintenance guy all but blamed my son for the incident stating he was bowling incorrectly! I repeat a very large splinter was sticking out of the floor! The supervisor took an incident report and no one called to check on my son or attempted to replace the damaged shoes! I even left a message for the owner to no avail. We have not bowled there since! Bowlers beware!

If I could give negative stars I would . Mark the so call night manager is the worst manager I ever seen. Lane wouldn't work we where not offer discount and wouldn't offer us a money back so I didn't even get to bowl but one game. Mark the so call night manager is the worst manager by far I have ever seen. I run a business that has 10 store and 10 managers.!if mark was one of my managers I would fire him that second he just cost you a every weekend customers and I will share this experience with everyone I know and all of my customers. I will use him and how he acted to train my managers exactly what not to be. His negative attitude,never smiled and agruementtive attitude. I want to know what happened to "the customer is always right" that is differently not the case trust me according to this company mark is always right! Needless to say I will post this review all over every site I can find so people wont make the same mistake me and my wife made. I asked to speak or have the number of the owner or supervisor and was told he didn't have their numbers. Mark is a lier and a cheater and the company allows it which is just a shame. Like I said before if he worked for me i would fire him and he should have been along time ago . WORST MANAGER EVER truly embarrassing that companieslet people like him run a store. I would like to be contected about this event
