Not impressed. I've been here several times and it's very hard to get a lane to bowl on. The staff was not that friendly either. I will continue to go to Andy B's which is much better or the Cordova Bowling Center.

They're customer service was terrible on this night. They never called our party to bowl after putting us on a list wasted about 30mins of our time to bowl. Then wouldn't even allow us to finish the last frame of bowling, ruined the entire evening. The lane kept giving us problems, super delayed ball return and it was sending our balls back with black gunk on it. But above all this place has really lost its essence with they're terrible and borderline disrespectful customer service totally unacceptable when I've had to interact with most of the employees here!

I made a phone call to this place asking if a ramp was available for my son, who has Autism, to use. I was told that they did indeed have a ramp but that it would be better for us to wait until tomorrow when the manager comes in to find out if he could actually use it! Needless to say we won't be waiting any amount of time for these confused people to do anything. We will just be bowling elsewhere, as well as, spreading the word that unless your confined to a wheelchair you probably won't be able to have access to a ramp. Hire people that have a little bit of sense next time PLEASE!!

Went here with my daughter. Everything was cool including the food. Until the lady came running to me saying I didn’t pay to bowl. Which was true, I paid for my daughter to bowl with friends. I was simply showing her how to hold and roll the ball. I also add the kid name as we waited for them to arrive she even removed there name and was loudly saying You didn’t pay and why do you have two names up there. I’m like dang I can’t show her what to do and get everything prepared?

All-star lane love, but Ms.J.Williams that was handling the front desk on yesterday is the rudest person i ever met at All-Star. We visit All-Star all the time. On yesterday we ask for two lanes, of course, she said no. But when asked for an extra 10 minutes to finish our game and try out some new gloves we had purchased. She could only give us 5 minutes. The bowling alley was empty did see anything wrong with an extra ten minutes. She needs to work in the back with the pins.

Had a good time with my friends. First time most of us had bowled in over a year, and the cosmic bowling was just as fun as I recall it being when I was in college. Reasonable enough pricing, but I'd return more frequently if they knocked a few bucks off. The bathrooms could use some more regular attention. Overall satisfied with the experience.

Great, clean and friendly! This is without a doubt my favorite bowling center in, or around, Memphis. They have a large bar, with more than just draft beer. The place can get busy on the weekend, but you can always call ahead and place a reservation. The few times I have shown up without a reservation, they work quickly to get us a lane or two.

Don't let the exterior fool you.. This is a great place for family and friends. Maybe you wanna ride solo, throw on a Metallica tank top and cut-off blue jeans to better your game, and do all you can top bowl a perfect game? Well this is the place for you. Staff was very friendly for our group outing. They handled technical difficulties in a timely fashion and took care of us when our assigned lane monitors were not functioning properly. THE FOOD WAS FANTASTIC. We ordered all kinds of appetizers, pizzas, milkshakes, you name it.. burgers... every bit was fantastic. It was a very busy Friday afternoon, but Billy Hardwick's knocked it out of the park!

Had a great time during cosmic bowling here with my boyfriend. Though I'm quite rusty, the game was quite enjoyable, and the music helped to enliven the fun atmosphere. I also purchased beer and cocktails from the bar, and they were great pairings for our fun night. Can't wait to do it again, maybe with a bigger group, since cosmic bowling is so reasonably priced.

Billy Hardwick's All Star Lanes, this place the best kept secret in the neighborhood. Between whitstation and quince it's the neighborhood bowling lanes and a neighborhood local hangout spot. On Sunday afternoon you can get bowling lessons, Billy Hardwick have bowling scholarships and there for training. And you rent out several bowling lanes for Birthday parties. Most important fellas you can watch the games as you bowl and drink your beer. And ladies there is a bar area and ask for the Long Island ice tea special. You will get a serious BUZZ!!!

They keep out the trouble makers! The lanes are fantastic. Oiled well and the balls are in good shape. I feel safe taking my family there and I don't have to worry about any hood-thugs causing problems, getting loud and swearing around my family. GOOD JOB GUYS!

We(kirby's girls Basketball team) attended the bowling alley last weekend to bowl with Mike Conley as we do every year. We enjoyed ourselves and everything was very nice. Cosmic bowling is the absolutely best bowling experience in Memphis especially for the price (shoes included)!! Just make sure you eat before you go because their concessions stand is of course expensive and not a big quanity of food for the price you pay.

My husband, my kids and I went bowling for family night and the league beside us was upset because my child didn't know how to play the game. She is 7 by the way. The management came over and told us we had to move because we were disturbing there game. We left without finishing the game. I will never return. The whole situation was horrible just because they are a bowling league we were treated wrong. Not right at all!

From 9:30-12 (midnight) it was $5/person including shoes, a GREAT deal. The big guy up front wasn't very friendly and would not allow us to occupy two lanes until all our friends were there about 8 people. Completely understandable about policy however there was NO-ONE on the one side of the place he was going to put us. Still super fun, turned all the black light stuff on for us even though it was just a Wednesday.

Previously were able to pay by game but this time we were told that just isn't possible. We were told we had to bowl by the hour. During our hour of bowling, gunk started to stick the bowling balls Had to spend time cleaning the balls. Finally complained and told was no big deal. Had to shut down the lane to fix the issue. They added additional time but I think it should have been more since we were cleaning so much. Also, why do you put a group of kids who don't know how to bowl on the next lane to serious bowlers especially when you had plenty of lanes open? It was obvious we were bowlers because of the equipment we walked in with.

My husband and I had a terrible experience here. The staff were RACIST. Our lane just blacked out in the midst of our 2 hour session. We hadn't even been there an hour. My husband went to the front to notify staff about our lane going out, and 2 employees (both young, white males) would not even acknowledge my husband's presence. A white man walked up after my husband and he was immediately acknowledged. My husband asked to speak with management. After explaining what happened the manager gave us a refund, but not once did he apologize or acknowledge the wrongdoings of his employees. This was our absolute last time coming here.

I liked it a lot - much better than that new place on 40. It is a classic bowling alley, that has many lanes. The employees were friendly, the prices reasonable. There is a juke box, so the music was interesting at times, but a great experience overall.
