Fun time with family! We attended a birthday party and had a great time. My 4 year old had a blast thanks to the ramp for rolling the ball toward the pins and the bumpers to help it stay in place. My 6 and 8 year olds enjoyed a bit of competition as well as my wife and I. Good time!

If you are a young BLACK/AFRICAN AMERICAN/PERSON OF COLOR etc hanging with your friends, do not patronize this establishment. We went as a group of about 12. From the moment we arrived (and it was only 5 of us upon arrival) the young Caucasian workers watched us like hawks. After the rest of our group arrived and we started to order food and drinks, they first came over blaming us for the servers bringing us too many orders of wings (which they did not). Then another employee came with another issue. Finally, one of our group members went to use the restroom, and disposed of his cup in the restroom. Mind you, there were several cups in this garbage can because the only other garbage can is located near the concession. The employee went in the restroom after him grabbed the cup and made accusations against our friend. This was the THIRD time these employees came over to our area trying to pick with us. They then had security ask us to leave, for no reason, the security guard even stated he didn't really know what was going on, and the employee came back said they called the police. For what, I don't know. Again, they did not bother anyone else. Only us. The entire 2.5 hours we were there.

Went the other day and was very disappointed. Lady at front counter was very rude I think her name was Cathleen but she was mumbling and when I asked her to speak up she got an attitude. The teenagers there were more polite and gave better customer service than she did. Not coming back.

Usually bowling alleys leave me with a sticky feeling, but I was really surprised at this one. It's so new, really a refreshing take on bowling alley. It's very clean and everything WORKS! They charge much for a cup of water, but that's expected. My kids have been spending time here on hot afternoons during the summer and wanted our family to have a date there before school started. I can see us going again, probably sooner than later. Really nice!

Friendly staff! Fun family atmosphere. Great food and games. I can't bowl but I tried and had fun while rolling gutter balls. I was really excited when i did eventually knocked down a pin or two. The group birthday event was fun and the staff were every friendly. My group enjoyed themselves.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday are the busiest times for Andy B's in Bartlett. Andy B's provides a shoe rental service, arcade games, bowling and food. The food is a bit pricey, but well worth the cost, saving you a trip to a fast food restaurant. Andy B's also allows you to hold birthday parties and VIP access. Took my six year old daughter bowling and couldn't find a child sized ball for my daughter. Luckily, another patron saw that I was searching all the racks for a small ball and was kind enough to inform me they were kept behind the counter where we paid. It's unfortunate the staff wasn't as helpful as the paying customer was. Overall, it's am awesome place to bowl!

Today was supposed to be a day of celebration however it did not start off that way. We went to Andy B's in Bartlett to enjoy a few games of bowling but decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. I have never been so disrespected before in my life. Those who are Veterans or Active Duty know that Andy B's offers a military discount (free shoes up to 4pair). They asked for my ID and I showed them my State Issued ID with my veteran status across the stop. I was told that this is not acceptable as proof of being a Veteran. So the 1st manager asked Todd who is supposed to be the night manager and he stated this is not proof of service. Keep in mind me and my family bowl here everyday and we have also received the military discount each time. At this point I asked him how is it not proof? He stated it's not proof because he is a veteran and he doesn't have it on his Driver's license. So I said well I do it was put into place so veterans wouldn't have to constantly carry around multiple IDs. So he goes on to ask me did I retire and I said no I did not retire and he then made a little noise under his breath as to hint at that I was lying about my military status even though it's on my driver's license. Keep in mind I'm an Iraqi Veteran and had 2 other veterans with me. At this point he has started yelling i told him that he needed to lower his voice and he is not going to talk to me like that. His response was I will talk to you how I want to and I will give you what I want. He said this in front of other managers, employees and customers who where waiting in line. I also asked Todd to write is name on a card and he stated I'm not writing anything down and gave me the and walked off it took the other manager to write down the requested information. This was the worse experience I have ever had at Andy B's in Bartlett. Something has to be done about there front counter staff most of the them are very rude especially Todd. If this is how they allow their managers to treat customers and talk to them any kind of way that is a real issue. The way he talked to me and my guest seem like he knows he can do it and nothing will be done to him. This was supposed to be a day of celebration but thanks to Todd it was not and also Andy B's can also thank Todd for 30+ customers not spending money at their location.

The bowling was fine, but the staff at the shoe counter were incredibly rude to members of out party. Their attitudes definitely gave the place a bad vibe. Our lanes were reserved in advance including shoe rental. We had exactly 12 people in our party (6 people to a lane). Two people were coming in late, so we went ahead and put their names into the game and played for them. When they arrived and went to get their shoes, the man had a very bad attitude and wouldn't give them shoes. He said that since their game was already being played they can't be on our lane. He refused them service. We were about to just share our shoes with them but it was so messed up. Someone from our party went up and debated with him before he finally said he'd get their shoes. THEN he charged them for their shoes! He was a freaking rude idiot. So at the end of the night AGAIN someone had to debate with this man to get their money back for the shoes that had been paid for already with the lane reservation. Also, someone from our party dropped a 20. She went to the counter to ask them to let her know if someone found it. He was giving her a tone and shouted, "Can somebody come handle this lady?" Everything he did gave off racist, sexist, jerk vibes. The couple dealing with the shoes issue were black and he wouldn't let them play or get their shoes until the white guy from our party talked to him. Then the dumb "handle this lady" comment. I bet he wouldn't have said "somebody come handle this man" if it were a man. We will NOT be going here on our next group outing. Hopefully you get some employees who aren't trying to show off their gutter balls.

Great prices and fun atmosphere in the VIP area, but lanes were disappointing. Your plant foot sticks like velcro, so a natural approach and roll is impossible. You basically have to walk up, stop and roll or your momentum will cause you to fall into the lane like you slam the front break on a bike and tumble over the handle bars.

The time to have a birthday party for kids is 1:00 on Sunday’s. Hardly anyone playing this time of day. Birthday party had the run of the place! Staff was excellent and establishment is clean. Restrooms are exceptionally clean! They have nice bar for adults to enjoy and there’s also a arcade to enjoy when you get tired of bowling. There are also 20+ big tv’s on sports channels for the sports fans

We were supposed to meet friends and got there early for a lane. The girl told us we could get a lane immediately (w/o our friends being there) but that we couldn't reserve it 30-1hr ahead..they only took reservations 3 days in advance. We decided to play games since there were tons of open lanes until the friends got there. When we went back to get the lane we were told it was a 2 hour wait. And she got snobby with us. Now tell me why then, if they had lanes open, we couldn't hold it for 30 min?? We left and our friends met us elsewhere. Everyone was annoyed how this employee acted. Stupidity and attitude will lose you business everytime.

After tonight I will NEVER set foot in this place after my family and I was RACIALLY PROFILED. Today, my family and I decided to get out and enjoy ourselves after the burial of my grandmom. After sometime trying to decide on where to go we decided to go to Andy Bs, like we always do to have fun and create a good atmosphere for us. We are a black family that travels in a large group, due to having a extended family in town. It was about 16 of us. As we walked to the counter we received great customer service at the front and they got us into our lanes quickly (11-13.) As my family begin to enter names into the keypad, my girlfriend decided to get a drink. When she returned, myself and my cousin decided to have a sip. Which prompted my cousin to go get a drink herself. As we finish our second turn (of the first game) I see a staff member approach one of my other cousin. I was thinking nothing of it, I was thinking he was letting her know her food was ready or something of that nature. As I was finishing my third turn, of the first round of our game, I see another staff member (the bartender) approach her aggressively and rude. By this time I get up and go over and see what’s going on. He states that my cousin had to leave because he ASSUMED she was underage (she’s not.) At this moment I asked the man to calm down because he was causing a big commotion and none of that was necessary. I told the man that if having drinks around my other cousins bothered him (some were underage ranging between 13-24) that we would remove our drinks away from the younger cousins. The bartender, gets even more aggressive when I was trying to talk to him, and told me not to touch him or he will call the cops. He abruptly walks off.At this time, the original staff member who approached my cousin, said he was instructed when we first walked in to watch us because we are “a large black group.” He also stated that my girlfriend looked suspicious because she had TWO straws in her drink. He also further state that the bartender said my girlfriend and cousin looked suspicious because they was chit-chatting and laughing in the bar area. As we was leaving the same staff member told us to “have a nice day” followed by laughing at us while exiting. This was humiliating not only to myself, but my family as a whole. As long as we live, we will NEVER set foot in this establishment again and regret ever choosing this place as a place to embrace each other as a family.

We booked a lane to visit this Easter with our family. I had to make an educated guess about our arrival and chose 4 pm. We booked for 8 people and paid in advance. I called around 3 to ask if we could push back till 4:30 and they said sure. We arrived in separate cars and they started the clock on our 2 hour window before we all got there and before anyone bowled ( we had all arrived by 4:40). I asked for our 10 minutes back and they said "no". While we were bowling, we noticed that they were advertising this promo for $5 towards games for every hour you bowled on Easter. We asked about it to see if we could get the credit towards the games and they said "no". The manager, Tracy, even came over and said since we were late we couldn't use it. Also, that promo was only for walk-ins. So, here's the short-cut for all of you: DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME MAKING A RESERVATION HERE. THEY DON'T APPRECIATE ADVANCED RESERVATIONS AND YOU WILL BE TREATED ACCORDINGLY. YOU'LL BE AT A DISADVANTAGE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ANY PROMOS. All in all, the place is nice and we enjoyed bowling. However, the snippy attitude of the counter lady and the manager Tracy will make me think twice before going back. I feel sorry for the owners. Either they have passed down this poor customer service attitude or they are just totally in the dark.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The way we were treated for no apparent reason at all other than the color of our skin was very unacceptable! The moment my group and I arrived the bartender (white guy blonde beard) was very hostile and rude literally just acted as if we was bothering him when we were only ordering drinks. I went spoke to a manager (Todo) regarding the way we were being treated he never apologized or attempted to see what the issue was all all he stated is I'll see what I can do. Really you should be able to make sure your employee is giving great customer service instead you also had a whatever attitude about the situation. We purchased at least over $500 on food and drinks and was treated horrible! Also I ordered jack with red bull I was charged 6.50 okay fine fast forward to 3 drinks later when my friend(gay) purchased me the same drink for my bday the bartender charged 9.00 smh. I had an wonderful experience the week prior at my daughter bday party here but last night was unacceptable! Within two weeks I spent SO MUCH money here to be treated as if my money is not wanted! I will NEVER patronize here again at all and I will be posting this all over social media! Unnecessary racism because there is a group of mid age black young adults out having fun is unacceptable! Its still bothering me because even though we tried to make the best out of the situation my birthday was ruined! Wish I could've got the same experience from my daughter party here but all in all I will never be back!

I came here last Saturday while on a trip and Cat at the front desk was very helpful! She gave me so many fun facts about bowling I didn't know. I noticed she worked so hard while alone with a leg boot on. She delivered much good customer service and was very nice. I had such a fun time bowling here because of her. I do wish the bar would have been open while I was there. Don't be fooled, it looks like a strip club but its a actually bowling ally!

Nice lanes. Nice drinks. Nice atmosphere. Njce food. Good service. Had to wait an hour for the lanes, we had a group of like 9, which was no big deal at all. Cosmic bowling from 11:30-2 on Fridays and Saturdays for 15$, which I didnt think was bad. Would definitely return.

This is a great place to take a group. They have a VIP room that has it's own private bar and it's fantastic. We went there as a team outing for work and it was great. We had the VIP room all to ourselves which was nice and could order drinks and food from the bar that only services this room so we got quick service which was nice as well.

We really didn't wait that long to bowl. We played games before and after we bowled. Even though it was busy it was a very clean place. If games aren't your thing while you wait you can always hang out in the bar and drink or play pool.

I had the worst at Andy Bs and I will never go there again. The lead bartender Adam Ciancioso is rude and racist, The manager is also unprofessional and racist unwell. The non refund policy is based upon their rude as service and knowing that after they give you terrible service you can’t ask for a refund.

Amazing place to hang out with friends and family. It is a huge space with lots of activities to do for all age groups. Starting from video games to bowling. They have about 40 dedicated lanes only for bowling and couple more as VIP lanes. Customer service is exceptional. I suggest making reservations during peak times. But they do offer amazing pricing options throughout weekdays. Ample parking available.

We love this place. The st as ff is so friendly and very accommodating. Kids bowl free is a great way to spend your Sunday afternoon. The bathrooms are clean. The food is great and affordable. The entire bowling alley is well kept and doesnt linger of 1980s smokey bowl. There are always specials and I think a groupon you can look out for. Overall totally amazing. Oh and dont forget the arcade!! You add money to the card and keep tickets on it. Lots of fun

Been 24 yrs since I last bowled. The new scoring equipment is way cool. You get computer tips for picking up spares and when pick up spares the animation is awesome

The overall quality of the place was impressive. It was clean and up to date. However, when it came to the food, I ordered a sampler plate for way too much and got a plate of disappointment. It had microwaved cheese dip, a handful of stale chips, soggy onion rings, a couple of wontons, and (the only things that were actually good) two tiny sliders. Definitely eat before you come to bowl here.

We had a great time at Andy B's. We were with a large group of about 15. We had 3 lanes and there was plenty of seating for everyone with space for all of our stuff. There was also additional seating just behind the lane that we could have used, if needed. We were on the side with the bar. No children are allowed in this area which was nice since it was an all adult event. The bar had drink specials at reasonable prices. Everything was clean. All if the equipment was working perfectly and was easy to use. I would definitely go there again.
