We came as a family for bowling. We used a Groupon which gave us two hours of bowling with shoe rentals, a large pizza, and unlimited fountain drinks for 5 people. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The facility was clean. We will definitely come back.

Ok... I normally dont give bad reviews... but our experience was horrible!! The lane didnt work well... and they wouldnt switch us to one that worked... so for 7 frames we delt with missing pins, downed pins... no bumpers for the kids and when they did come up only one side would come up. The food is expensive and of very poor quality. The pop machine was broken so we had to go get pop from the bar side and we could just get it our selves but when i got pop like 30 fruit flies flew off the pop machine.... I will definitely not be going back there.

I went in on a Tuesday evening and it wasnt that packed which was nice. I liked the atmosphere and the food was great too. Apparently when I had went there they had $1 burgers (burger and bun; extra topping cupple more cents) so that was awesome!

A good place to hang out with friends. There is bowling, game room and they offer birthday parties for the kiddos. There is a bar and grill also where they have karaoke and paint nights on certain nights of the week.

Ham Lake Lanes has hosted a few parties for us and they have always done a great job. Bowling with a ton of kids is definitely chaotic but these guys handled it with a smile on their faces. The food was also very good and came out in a timely manner even with a large order. We have also been a few times for open bowling, this was also a great experience. Friendly servers and everyone was willing to help us get the games setup etc. Overall a great place for a party or just for the family to bowl.

The bartenders are the best at this location! Andrea, is my favorite! Karaoke nights are fun here. This establishment is in need of an update! TVs should definitely be updated as well. Move the bar area to a wall instead of the middle. Let me create!

I came here with my family, Friday night. It was pretty packed at around 6. But even though it's a little packed, our service should not have been effected. Shortly after we got there, I placed in a pizza order. Everything was good, family was having fun but I kept noticing our pizza was taking a while.... nearly 45 minutes in my sister asked if our food would be ready soon but they had said our order wasn't even placed... so what happened. So we thought our order was priority so we waited a little more. 20 minutes or so more i got very furious. I went and asked again, I know pretty annoying but waiting over an hour for ONE pizza was wayyyyy too long. I asked the cook how long it takes for the pizza to be made and out and he said 10-20 minutes. I told him how long we've been waiting and so that's when he put in the pizza. So yeah, we waited nearly under 2 hours for ONE freaking pizza. No apologies made at all either. Worst service EVVVVVVEEERRR!

Great place to go and have fun with family and friends. Sober group meets up every Thursday to have fun and enjoy sobriety there. The staff is nice and accomodating. Plenty of lanes open to bowl on they have some arcade games and a bar as well for those who are into that. And the food is a little wait but fresh and good. Im impressed with the light shows during bowlong and the shoes are relativley clean and dont smell.

Bright and clean for what it is. The seating is a little different, not much for tables laneside, just some rows of chairs. Bar type seating above the settee gives ample place for drinks and such. Service can take a bit, like anywhere, depending on who is working but once you're on the radar is good. Don't be shy, if you need something say something.

Went here for a first date the other day and had a great time! We bowled for an hour then got lost in conversation after that. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating in approaching us when our lane needed to be used for open bowl. We completely understood and were grateful for the alternatives offered (the lounge, bar, etc.). It was refreshing how professional and understanding the staff was. We will definitely be back in the future. Thank you Ham Lake Lanes & Lounge.

Bowling was good but the food service was horrible. Constantly waiting. Waiting for service, wasn't offered refills, and overcharged for our food. I witnessed another waitress using her e-cigarette while filling up the beverages for other customers. Made me wonder what else they allow there.

We had a large group there to eat dinner and bowl. Everything was great, our waitress was very attentive. When we were finished and trying to pay for our bowling the kid behind the counter didn't understand how to ring up everyone separately. I had people in my group that bowled the same number of games and were charged different amounts. The last few of us still there were walking out the door and the kid behind the counter came running over to tell us there were still games unpaid for from a lane that all of those people were gone. Very frustrated, I had my husband pay to avoid a scene. I don't appreciate having to pay for other people just because I know them when they were at the register paying but were charged incorrectly. It was not my mistake nor anyone else in my group and should never have had to pay extra for a mistake done by the cashier.

Overpriced food with terrible service (Did not even get what was stated on the menu for sides with my burger), The pin machine broke down four times. Had to stop bowling and wait forever for an employee to reset it. Which they had to be told multiple times to even do so. Just terrible not worth the money or the time to go here.
