I went there about 15 times with my wife mostly for the happy hour. It was a 2.5-3 star experience at best all of those times. Tonight I brought 2 friends in and the main bartender was extremely rude. She is the one usually wearing a flannel and has black hair. I guess that is what you get for supporting local places and bringing in business. Totally embarrassing. I was never asked if I wanted food at the bar and I have ate every time but once. In the middle of my second drink and 8 minutes left of happy hour I let a bartender know I wanted food. With 3 minutes left I told the main bartender I wanted the special that ended in a few minutes. She said it will be a while. When she went to go ring it in she rudely said you sure cut it close, you only had one minute left. I told her that I had asked the other bartender 5 minutes ago. Her response was well you did not tell me. I repeat myself and get told to watch my tone. I was wronged and now I am being scolded too. I brought people there. Never again. May go back only if someone begs me to and that is not likely. Too many places to go. No reason to go somewhere and be treated horribly. Wont be spending any more money, eating, drinking, bowling, or buying kids summer passes anymore. Contacted management and received no input. They made their choice.

The aproach to the lanes are a little tight, bar area is newly remodeled, a fun place to go bowl or watch a sports game.

My 3 elementary aged daughter and I have fun here in the past, then we went in 1 day to bowl with our summer passes, and got placed on lane 11 that hooks a lot to the left. This doesn't bother me but after 2 games each of my daughters having 30 or more gutter balls after rolling down the center is super annoying, being told by the employee "oh yeah that lane just has a hook to it" makes it worse, if you knew that ahead of time don't give it to someone with 3 elementary aged girls...

Great place to go and take grandkids for some "rainy-day" activity! It's also great at other times, too. Get a pass and make repeat visits! You'll be glad you did!

I would recommend this place for multiple reasons! First, we made reservations for bowling during the Super Bowl, which was super easy and when we came in we were greeted by the kindest person ever! He helped us get shoes and made sure we were taken care of! Next the bar tenders were great, walked up to the bar and waited maybe 30 seconds (he was helping someone) and was wowed by how nice and polite everyone was! My family and I will definitely be back!

Love it here. They are friendly and were more than willing to work with our autistic son so that he could be a part of the festivities. Handled several kids parties with ease and pretty clean for a bowling alley.

The service not so great from the bartender and server. The bartner stopped helping my boyfriend to go and get a regular pull tabs that was very rude. Need to finish helping customer even though not a normal regular customer. The server not once came to my table to take our food order. We asked her to and she ssid would be right there. Haf to go to the front desk to get it ordered and get our own beer. Server was also more concerned with the regulars. Only thing good was the food.

From the outside it looks kinda sketchy. But the inside it has been remodeled very recently and is very nice. I liked that they don't turn the lights off at night and have the blacklight bowling. They have a nice bar area that isn't right behind the lanes so it makes it nicer for families.
