Had a work event here, about 20 people, we were well taken care of along with others that were bowling too. Good food, friendly staff, and the equipment functioned well. Very happy with the experience. Older furnishings, but nothing in disrepair.

Horrible customer service. Employees were rude, made me pay for an extra 3 games, after I already paid for my 3 games and 2 pairs of shoes, basically called me a liar in front of my group of teachers. So total I paid $25 bucks for 2 people to play 3 games of bowling?!? After I gave him money for the extra 3 games (which I didn't play) he refused to give me change until I demanded it. Won't be going back there again.. The bar is a joke also.

The older man who was working was rude and seemed irritated that I needed help. He spoke to me like i was an ignorant child. He eventually just ignored me and my family. The younger man was helpful and friendly.

This is a great place to take friends and family. At dark the strobe lights come on creating an awesome effect. They have a game area for a smaller crowd with a food stand near by and a pool

Great deal on Friday and Saturday nights at 9:30 pm. 2.5 hours of bowling for $12 per person including shoe rental. Electronic scoring system worked great. Fun place.

The man working during the day is EXTREMELY RUDE!!! You know it's bad when you heard about it before you got there, while you were there from others and even after you left. It's pretty sad that while you're there, there are others thinking of other bowling alleys in the area you could go to, to avoid this guy. I understand that it may be frustrating with the children and stuff running around, etc. BUT, it is a place for families to go and that's what you get yourself into. At my young age, I have learned that you smile at customers when they come in the door and greet them, say please and thank you, answer any questions they may have politely. If kids are doing things they shouldn't, kindly approach the parents and explain "Please have your children up here on the carpet before they go down there with their shoes, the gravel may wreck the hard surface. Thank you so much." It's pretty sad when you fear a worker so much you're too scared to even order food. Which by the way, the pizzas are not good. There is hardly any family friendly things to choose from in Austin and this is how people are treated when they walk in the door. Absolutely sad. I will most likely never go back and I have lived in Austin my entire life.

32 lanes for bowling. League, open, family, groups and parties are welcome here to bowl and enjoy themselves. Short order grill available. Full service bar (Twister Lounge), enjoy a beverage in the bar or have it brought to you where you are bowling. Bowling balls available, as is shoe rental. Pro shop on site if you need a new ball or wish to adjust your current ball. Friendly atmosphere, reasonably priced.

This is my favorite bowling alley I bowl leauge here every Saturday morning the staff is amazing as well as the food if your kids enjoy bowling you should have them join the Saturday morning leauge it starts at 9am and your kids will have a blast the owner is also my high school bowling coah.

This bowling center has been around for over 60 years and definitly shows its age. The lanes, especially the equipment needs updating. Does have a small kitchen and a bar but nothing else to offer for entertainment.
