It was a fun time, I wish the laser tag arena was a little bigger, but I'm fairly sure it's meant for kids, anyway, so I shouldn't complain. The bowling was great, as were the drinks.

The place was fun, there was music going while we were there and the food and drinks were good. Especially the giant pretzel. But good luck trying to find a bowling ball. Nobody returns the bowling balls back on the rack so you're stuck asking other lanes if they are using the 10 + balls in their lane. I don't think the balls ever get wiped down either. They are so greasy from people using them, it made me feel like I needed hand sanitizer after every throw.

We went there for a children's birthday party. It's located right off of the highway - which I thought was convenient. It has way more than enough bowling, and my daughter loved the fact that there was an arcade. The service was great too! I have only positive things to say. Five stars!

Has a great variety of games to play in the arcade. The lazer tag arena is pretty big and has some good spots to hide. The bowling alleys are kept clean and have a nice design. The restaurant is kept clean with great food. It seems understaffed because there might be 1 or 2 employees working at the bowling alleys amd the staff at the restaurant but the prize section and the lazer tag isn't really attended by an employee

Super cool place to go with a group!! The beer is so good and I had the garlic parm fries and they were so delicious. The bowling was great, and pretty easy to do with large groups. The service was so good, the bartender kept coming over and asking if we needed any more drinks. She was so great. The only downfall was that we wanted Jello shots really bad, but they said it'd be an hour long wait because they have to set. Which is understandable, but they were advertising them like crazy so we just assumed we could buy them right away. But other than that I had the best night here with our group!

Went for a late night bowl. Grabbed a drink as we waited for lanes to fer ready. The bartender was super friendly and got our lane under the wait time. It was busy so didn't have a big variety of ball weights. But no one helped us after we got to our lane. We were going to order apps and another drink but no one came by. A serve walked by the the lanes surrounding us but she never stopped by us. We had to go to the bartender to order anything. Even the family we shared a lane with got frustrated and left right aawa. We even asked another server who was responsible for us and she never came. We finally had enough and ended our game and then she finally stopped and asked us if we wanted anything. It was already too late... Super frustrating.

Good customer service, and interaction with wait staff. Easy lane notifications via text message. Food is decent , and drinks as well . The many screens on the backdrop of the alleys can be distracting , and if you are trying to find a particular fit as far as bowling balls goes it can be very difficult. I would suggest going back to old school as far as storage goes and placing the balls on racks rather than just having tons of balls at each alley. Its alot more inconvienent having to go lane to lane asking everyone bowling there what balls they are using and so on and so forth. But all and all a fun experience with good service .

The bowling and arcade games are great. The service was great, but we reviewed several times with the server to not charge the card as we had cash on us since we had a large group. We could have split everything and gave the server cash at the end of the games. The server charged my card with everyone's meals and drinks.

We went to Bowlero for my son’s 4th birthday. It was a blast! We had a group of 27 including parents. The staff was very accommodating, the food was great and the kids had a lot of fun. With bowling and a fantastic arcade I would highly recommended!

We have been here an hour and still have not been asked if we need anything. The people next to us have their kids running all over the place and are not even watching them. They spilt a drink and WE had to clean it up. I would not recommend this place at all. There are dirty dishes everywhere, we went to the bar and asked for a menu and be walked away from us. It was a great family experience with fantastic bowling and a large arcade. A little more than I would like to pay if I were to visit frequently, but okay for special occasions or a good old family splerge night. Food was basic bar food stuff but some items with a bit of "flare".

My kids liked the arcade. You can recharge the cards with tokens and save tickets too. The card recharge stations (they look like little ATMs) are very convenient.

It's a pretty fun place. Bowling area is clean, food tastes good and the laser tag rules are good. Didn't really like having your points and credits on a card that you have to pay $1 for though. Overall, I'd suggest it for parties.

My daughter celebrated her Birthday with a few friends. The bowling alley is really nice and they got to do the cosmic bowling. I was planning to get the bowling, arcade and food special but that's only valid before 6:00. It got pretty spendy, but she's worth it!!

We visited on a Saturday afternoon. They were not busy. Bowling was fun. It was great to have bumpers automatically up when needed. We were disappointed that we had to go through lanes to search for a ball and another guest told us lighter weighted children's bowling balls were behind the counter. We felt that should have been told to us while getting shoes. The bathrooms were dirty. The arcade offered fun games.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! They were advertising unlimited bowling after 9pm on their TVs and posters, but when I tried to pay they claimed it wasn't until after 10pm!! When I questioned why everything said 9pm, they said "we haven't updated our advertising yet". Come on, honor what you say (not to mention I think its illegal to charge more than you advetise...). There are plenty other bowling alleys in the area that are honest and have better service.

Hadn't been here since it was Brunswick. They really overhauled it and it's really quite nice and classy. There's a new bar and lounge to the left as you come in that's got a neat vibe. Arcade is still there, as is a remodeled bowling alley (what I was there for). Good appetizers served in the bowling alley, and they also have burgers and some other entrees as well. It's one of the nicer, classier bowling and arcade places I've been to, I'd definitely recommend it.

Arcade was fun. We got a couple of Groupons for the arcade and laser tag. Attempted to play laser tag. My laser gun was broken (equipment seems old) Spoke with the attendant, she gave us 4 passes to play again for free. We came back again yesterday (4-6-19). The same thing happened I got a broken laser gun. Very disappointed and frustrated. On top of that, their bathrooms were filthy and had empty hand towel dispensers, so there was no way to dry hands. I'll try Dave and Busters next time. We won't be back.

We had coupons that were misleading and the service due to that was sub par, but the venue is pretty neat. The prices are higher than your usual bowling prices, most likely due to the place itself being a little more accommodating (food, drink, laser tag, other arcade games, etc.) A good spot for a nice night out if you're looking to spend a bit of money.

I only play the arcade, redemption and ticket games. Never bowled. A bit pricey for games. Prize selection is not good. Could be better. Key master game seems to never pay out and is filled with nothing but gas cards - pathetic - no variety at all. Broken games seem to never get fixed. Finally added a coin pusher. About time!

We booked a private room for a company party and the overall experience was excellent. The pizza was fresh and quite good, the buffalo wings were also excellent. This place is a great bowling experiences. Not only is the decoration adorable (vintage cars and surf board shape tables), the prices are great and the food is delicious. At the end of each lane they have a projection of a TV channel of your choice. Just ask them to change it for you.

After a fun Friday night and spending somewhere around $200 amongst our group, we went to cash in our points. We waited 15 mins in an unstaffed prize room after requesting someone to help us 2 times, finally someone showed up... l asked if my son could have a ball he wanted, that was more(100 points) than the amount of points he had, as a courtesy because we had waited 15 mins for service... apparently the manager said no, my 3 year old left in tears and it was just AWFUL customer service. Needless to say we won’t be going back.

Bowlero is an excellent venue for any party or evening date night! The atmosphere is lively, they have something for everyone whether you like to bowl in a well lit lane or under the black lights. They have pool tables, laser tag, an arcade and the wings were delicious! I personally loved the music they had playing and the fact that they had movies like the Goonies playing on the jumbo screens above the lane itself! It was so cool.

I hosted a Christmas Eve party for my rather large family at Bowlero Lakeville and could not have been more impressed or happy with everything and everyone involved. Levi made the planning and organizing extremely easy. Every phone call and question were answered promptly. Every promise was kept, and every expectation exceeded by everyone involved. The General Manager and our server were waiting for me to arrive to make sure that I had everything I needed and to go over everything to make sure that not a single thing was missed and absolutely nothing was missed. I was brought to the area where our party was to take place and found it beautifully decorated and everything prepared for our arrival, next our food arrived on time and delicious, drinks were always full and not one of my guests ever had to wait for anything. Everyone in the party has continued to rave about how wonderful everything was and how Christmas Eve turned out to be the most relaxing and fun day of the entire holiday season for them. They are all asking and hoping that Christmas Eve at Bowlero becomes our Christmas Eve tradition. Thank you to everyone involved for making our holiday such a wonderful day.

Wow! I called and asked for prices for Saturday night. They said it would be $14 unlimited starting at 8pm. So I came to bowl. They told me when I got there, the special starts at 10pm not 8pm. Then the person said if you bowl 2 games each it will cost $42 for 4 people. They said it would be cheaper overall. So I bowl. Left spending 71.79. Told them you told me it would cost $42. They acting like they never said that! Never coming here again. Beware terrible service and way too expensive!! Over $6.00 a game.i spoke to the manager and he handled it properly. With that said its the cleanest bowling alley in the area.

It’s a nice, pretty clean bowling alley, but it is kind of expensive. And just like some other reviews mentioned they are not honest about their prices. They tell you one thing and charge another. The guy at the counter told my group it was $3.99 per game and $1 for shoes. When we go to pay the price jumps to $4.89 for shoes. Beware they are not honest.

Tried a variety of games and had points to get some candy on the way out. Drink prices were not to bad as well. Overall had a great time and will keep this place in mind for our next gathering.

So Bowlero has a pretty cool arcade and a good atmosphere. The credits are loaded on to cards and you swipe the machines. We had a problem with our cards on some machines, however, it turned out the Ethernet connection was damaged; putting the readers offline. After some time, it was fixed, so if you have this problem, check it's plugged into the wall lol. They have an In The Groove dedicab R21 with working USBs, so you can play custom charts/songs here. They are getting more and more rare now so it's great to see one out 'in the wild'!

Never a bad time here. Hard to find a place that's attractive for kids aged toddler through teenagers. Lots for them to do while bowling or waiting to bowl (that had Disney movies playing on the screen one visit!) and the arcade is fun for all ages. On our most recent visit, I noticed that the restaurant portion is open. And my kids noted that there will be a food truck coming soon as well. Definitely planning on checking out both on our next visit.

Rude, ignorant staff. After spending many dollars and evenings at bowlero the bartender and server were incredibly disrespectful. Lost business here. I can explain the entire story to anyone curious. Ordered a pair of drinks for my husband and myself and about an hour later, prior to bowling, ordered another round and was told he could not serve me. The gm said he knew nothing about this and would "investigate ". Ruined my family's new years. Won't return and will spread the word.

Too expensive. We paid 13 bucks a person for one game. We went as a group of 10 people and the clerk was charging us all sorts of amounts. For example, one set of 2 people paid 20 dollars, then the next single person was charged 17. When we asked him about the discrepancies, he chalked it up to taxes. When we asked the manager, he helped fix the problem but offered no resolution or discount. We spent 40 MINUTES at the check out. Never going here again.

Was a fun time. Kids had a blast bowling. The food we got wasn't our favorite, but would still go back. I liked that the bumpers came up automatically for the youngest kids when it was there turn, as well as the ramps. It was pretty expensive to be here, however we have a family of 7. Also food and bowling went on two separate tickets forcing you to tip twice.
