My family and I had an amazing experience here for my brother’s 19th birthday. It exceeded all of my expectations. Felicia (I hope i’m spelling her name correctly) who is the manager frequently checked in with us to answer any questions and make sure we were well taken care of. The level of service from all of the staff was superior to any other location we’ve been to. Thank you so much! We’ll definitely be returning for future events.

Had a great time bowling with friends here. The lanes and atmosphere were awesome. Staff were also very nice. However, the food for what you get is a little pricey. Spent about 15 bucks on nachos, and it really wasn't worth the 15 bucks. Also, the bathroom by lane 1 smelled like straight mildew and was not very clean.

Great place to play billiards, bowl, play darts etc. My husband and I enjoyed playing on the miniature shuffleboard table although there was no sand bucket and the table leans a little (we think). Downside was we couldn't get any of the bartenders' attention for darts even though my husband opened a tab. They didn't have any signage for how you were suppose to get darts to play which would be helpful. We still had fun though!

This place is amazing. Awesome atmosphere, couches instead of the plastic chairs, a bar, beer pong tables, arcade. Plenty to keep everyone busy having fun for quite some time. Would highly recommend!

I usually don’t write reviews, but I spent $125 for my family of 3 (2 adults, 1 child). We played one game, all needed shoes ($50), $20 game card (50 pts), ordered 2 apps, kids meal and a couple of beverages. Our food & drink order was placed on a tablet, where making any special requests or simple modifications weren’t possible (add ranch, no mustard) . $22 for the sampler with burnt cheese bread. We prob ate 1/3 of the platter because we were very hungry. The “jumbo cookie” add for $1 was about as big as an egg (also burnt) and the kids meal had maybe 10 fries, maybe. $55 for food/beverages. The server was friendly, but knew as much as I knew about how to work this order on this tablet. I asked if I could order through her, she directed me to the tablet, but did offer to let the cooks know my special requests. As soon as I placed my order it prompted me to tip her. I haven’t even got any service yet??? We also requested a lane closer to the arcade, but were told the 3rd one from the end, the other end was what was available but based on the empty multiple lanes between us (that filled as we stayed) didn’t appear to be the case at all. The best thing was my daughter had fun and she was the reason we went. Our first and last time to Bowlero in Eden Prarie.

So me and my group of friends showed up an hour and a half before they closed and they simply refused us bowling. They suggested that we go play in the arcade. I remember coming here all the time late at night for a good couple rounds of bowling and now I can't do that. I just really miss the old days when i never had an issue with coming here.

I visited this Bowlero location with a large group celebrating my birthday, which was probably the best choice I could have made. Austin, the manager at the time, did literally everything in his power to make sure everyone in our party was having a great time. Upon learning it was my birthday he offered me a complimentary drink and later surprised us with a big birthday cookie to share! We've visited this location before and the service has always been good but Austin really outdid himself! I highly recommend this Bolwero to anyone planning a party or just a fun night out, seriously great service and fun atmosphere!

Great bowling alley and darts area! Several beers on tap, good food and menu items at reasonable prices. Free pool, just have to ask the bartender to play. Clean restrooms and WiFi to boot. Had the a double cheeseburger and fries. Fries were seasoned well!

Bowling and arcade games are very expensive here unless you stumble onto a special. Is there ever non-cosmic open bowling here? Bowling under constant blacklight and disco lights isn't really a true "bowling" experience.

Fun place but I found it ridiculous that you order your food electronically at the lanes and then are asked how much you want to tip. I always tip over 20% for good service but how I am I suppose to know how the service is when I am tipping first? And BTW service was not great we never got our pitcher of water we ordered but what does the server care they already "earned" their tip just by me self ordering our food. BTW I am a server but I actually have to provide top notch service to get my 20%

Nice bowling alley with other activities besides bowling. I saw people playing beer pong, pool, arcade games, and they have a full bar and laser tag. My favorite thing is each lane has a computer where you can order food and drinks, and pay right from your lane and they bring your food to you. Food and beverage service was fast and friendly. I will return and recommend to others.

The machine u use to get a card to play games rips u off. U have to swipe it several times before it tells u u have money on the card. I checked my bank account a day later and was charged triple the amount. I called and spoke to manager and he said they were looking into it. But didn't take any of my information. Still have not heard from them. My bank is going to dispute it. Very poor management on handling this situation. I would advice not using that machine to play games. Also had happened to other people before.

Went to my son's friend's birthday party here. The service was good, the bathrooms were clean, and the kids had a blast. They bowled, ate lunch, and then played games in the video arcade area with pre loaded gaming cards. The other parent told me it was a party package. In my mind it went off without a hitch.

Overall what I expected, fun at a decent price. Food was the only reason I rated this 4. Everything else was good. I recently went to a company hosted event here. We went on a Sunday evening so there wasn't much of a crowd. We bowled for about 2 hours before trying to play lazer tag. There was a 30min wait so we played pool during that time. The pool tables were in rough shape but worked just fine. Although I didn't learn what The price was i still think its worth going here even if you only wanna play with a friend or 2. I have to say later tag was the highlight of the night. My group had about 12 of us in there and we did a free for all match. Lots of fun I would recommend it to anyone. The staff were nice and helpful. The food was what I consider average for a bowling place. Pizza that's greasy and thin, but I will say I thought the salad was decent.

I don't write a lot of reviews. I had to write one for this place. I have a 7 year old who needed a birthday party. I am extremely busy and had to go in on my day off to set it up. They gave my 2 kids arcade credit to Play games while I talked about the party. Amazing. Fast forward to the party I have never seen such amazing customer service. Seriously how is this place not better known?! I will be back many times. Food: great Price: super fair Fun: 10/10 Customer service: 10/10

Terrible experience. First we get there and there's no one at the front desk so we waited. We sat there for about 10 minutes and finally decided to go to the bar while we waited to get drinks and food for when we did get a lane but there was no one working behind the bar either, so we waited a few minutes for someone. When we finally saw someone walk by they totally ignored us and a couple of other groups waiting and walked to the back. We decided fine we'll go get the rest of our group who waited at the front desk and then finally someone showed and helped us. They then put us on a lane next to a bunch of kids who weren't being watched by their parents and kept stepping into our lane. We finally got ahold of someone again and got our lane changed. When we were able to order food and drinks from the tablet on the lane they made you choose gratuity before you got your food, which I've never had happen nor did I think was good practice. Throughout the whole experience we never were apologized to and never received good service. I will never go back here or recommend it to anyone. This place was a fun place to go to with great service when it was still Brunswick and now it just looks slightly different but has a total different experience.

So much to do here. They have lazer tag, beer pong,video games, bowling of course and so much more. Also a full bar for the drinkers. Friendly service. Restrooms and place were clean. Recommend but it's expensive. The days of bowling being able to go out with an economical family outing are over. $30 for appetizer $10 for each game of bowling PER PERSON, 2ND game is $5- drinks about $7 each. But the place is super fun with LOTS TO DO!

Great place for family fun, great bowling lanes with exciting digital score screens and a great big row of movie channel screens above the lanes as well as good pizza and and other snacks, and a big video arcade too. Highly recommended for a great time.

Definitely a great date spot, and there were plenty of groups and families out as well. My girlfriend smoked me in our first game of bowling before I took it to her for the last two. There was also a sick arcade, bar area, darts, pool, games, and other fun bowling alley type things. Definite recommend for a week or weekend night out with the significant other or the homies.

Not a family priced place. Total of 10 games with a cost of 88 bucks. Ordering soda is a joke! Almost 5 bucks for one glass of soda. The pitcher price was 20 which got a hell no! I will never go back and will warn others who might want to go there.

The young blonde man with glasses behind the counter tonight(6/2/19) was very helpful and down to earth and explained everything nicely, it made my night! However I was displeased with the service once we were at our lane our "server" didn't approach us whatsoever. I'm not sure how things work there, maybe something has changed but you used to be checked up on by a waiter? The waiter should at least inform the customers that they can order food and drink on the computer or offer help with any questions etc. We ordered several things of food and soda and she only checked with us one single time throughout the 3 hours we were there. I also disliked having to tip on the computer before even getting service. That is backwards.

Honestly, there are better places that are cheaper to go bowling. We had parties on lanes next to us on either side with a completely empty alley. While we didn't have an explicitly negative experience, I will definitely choose a local business over this Bowlero in the future.

Bowlero is a big roomy facility. It's probably a great place if you're a younger person than I am. I was invited there by a co-worker so I thought I'd check it out. This not a bad place, just not my thing. I f you like to bowl, play carnival and arcade type games, give this place a try.

Had my son’s 12th birthday party here and it went so smoothly. From the first call I made with the party coordinator to the end of the party; the staff did an amazing job to ensure our party was a success! I highly recommend this location for bowling and arcade fun for those pre-teens. Food was also delicious and surprised me for how tasty it was. Best part was at the end of the party my son took home a real bowling pen that all of his friends got to sign.

The building is good, the staff is good, the environment is fun, however it's pricey. They also have weird house balls. They skip out on having 13 and 15 pound balls and only have 12 and 14s which was disappointing, I will probably not go back because there are places with better deals, but I'm nit picky and cheap, so you will probably have a fine experience there.

Fun, very busy when we visited on a sat night. Quite expensive but so many options of stuff to! Bowling, pool, laser tag and arcade games. You need a reloadable card to play the games, come prepared to spend some money and put your name in early for bowling if you dont want to wait.

The place is nice the people are nice the lanes are nice, BUT!!! the lanes played like absolute trash!!!. I played 2 games trying to figure it out and could not. The boil seemed super short and super worn out like they have not maintained the lanes for weeks. I'm a ok bowler could constantly get 160's. The ball broke late some times then broke before the arrows other times. If the lanes are like this all the time I will not be back

Atmosphere was nice but unfortunately the TVs in front of the lanes was very distracting. This place is nice for people just looking to hang out not for league bowling or even practice. The lanes were super slippery and shoes were very loose, worn, slippery. Arcades were fun but the price is outrageous. over $6 per person per game for a Friday night, Insane! Also the bowling ball sizes are very strange and are mostly huge, barely any for people with smaller hands.

Great place with great staff. Brought my daughter here last night for her 4th birthday. She told everyone it's her birthday because she's so excited. Each person on staff acted super excited for her, asked her questions, and helped make sure it was awesome. After we finished, one of the staff gave us a game card to use as well. She was still talking about it when she woke up this morning. The alleys are well kept, the equipment feels well kept, and there's lots of options. The only thing that's a slight negative is that it's really pricey on the food, but you're paying for the service and location, not just for the food We'll definitely be back with her (and friends!)

This bowling alley is insane. I think they offer laser tag, and an arcade, but I am way more impressed with the bowling alley features that this place offers. They have touch screens so that you can order a drink or food and also pay for it right on the screen. If you are running low and dont see a waitress then you can simply jump on the screen and order on up and will be their in just a few minutes. TOP NOTCH BOWLING ALLEY

worst experience with the guy (Alex)at the front desk. we were 8 ppl and we asked for 2 lanes but he was relucatant to give 2 lanes but instead we had to sit and play in 1 lane through out. It was conjusted and ruined our friday night. We ordered lot of food and the food was all over the place due to lack of space. The worst part is the guys next to us were given 2 lanes for 8 ppl. I dont understand the partiality with them. Why this discrimination??
