We went here for my company party in February. The party room was really great, and the food was far better than expected. We didn't do any bowling because we got caught up in the arcade... we actually won a stuffed animal AND a PS4. The PS4 wasn't in stock at the time, and they had some issues behind the scenes. But, the managers were great working with us and ordered the PS4 which we picked up about 3 weeks later. I was still dubious about it but it works great so far!

We played pool. The said $5 an hour when we got there. Crappy grandma's basement table but thought it was okay for the price. Had fun. Played for three hours. Had to pay $12 an hour when the bill came. BS but they served super strong long island so we paided the price to avoid confrontation. A lot like Dave and Busters. If you are ordering a lot of food at the lanes it really eliminates places to sit and eat. It's actually really frustrating. I put a stool in front of the table and almost sety hair on fire a couple times. I feel like there is a better way.

Reasonably priced for a weekend. Very clean establishment. The restaurant wait staff were excellent with checking in to see if we needed everything. The food looked amazing (seriously, check out the gigantic hot dog). One star subtracted due to staff at bowling register. Even with no one in line there was a considerable wait to get their attention, not very hospitable when this person did finally ring us up. Overall, would definitely recommend visiting here. Will most assuredly return.

First time here since it has been Bowlero. Service was slow. Had to wait for shoes. Had to finally go to the bar after about 20-30 minutes without table service to order food and drinks. Had issues with pins being knocked over by the machine in the middle of the frame. Had to keep asking them to get reset. Tried asking how to reset ourselves at the lane, but was told it wasn't possible. Probably happened a dozen times during a 3 person game. When we were done had to wait in line for 15 minutes to pay for our games. Friendly staff(when we finally were able to interact) pushed the rating up to 3 stars.

I've been coming here since this place was Brunswick, I believe it's only been since last year they changed over to Bowlero? At any rate, I like bowlero better! While not much looks different, you can feel the difference. Went there on a Friday night for bowling and games with the kids and was surprised to see a much younger generation working, they were friendly, well mannered and professional! My children were very intrigued by seeing younger kids working and being so professional! Bowling seemed to average $10 a game per person, shoes included. I believe they have specials throughout the week, but it would be nice to see a daily special or discount on kids... if only a dollar or two less than the cost of adults. Over a this is a fun place for a night out with family or friends, good drinks, and a quick bite!

The staff was amazing and so gracious. We took a school group here and they literally felt like VIPs. Everything was taken care and set up well in advance, the GM was especially kind and checked to make sure the girls were having fun ! He even gave us a handwritten thank you card for coming! Thank you for making bowling and pizza such a memorable experience for these students, especially because they don't get to feel like this often.

Nice family place with the video arcade, bowling alley and laser tag. My children enjoyed this place. As time progress towards the evening hours the atmosphere tends to change towards to adult crowed with the bar and pool table room. One part of me feels like adult only after a certain time, but I guess that those adults can hand out at the bar setting while their kids play in the other areas. So this could be a dating hang out with food and adult drinks and entertainment or a family place depending on what you do here.

Good bowling alley for younger people and friends at night! Went here for my friend’s birthday, had a blast! Prices weren’t horrible, and staff was good. We had a big party so had 2-3 people helping us out for food and drink orders. There was also a bar where we would go up and get drinks, with a super friendly bartender! Drinks were really expensive but that was expected. Great seating at the bowling alley

Was stunned at the prices! Almost $11 for ONE game of bowling and shoe rental. ONE 10 ounce glass of soda was $3.50. Service people acted like it was a bother to help anyone. Moved slow! Very disappointing.

Dirty place and to top it off showed up before 4 last wednesday and the manager said we couldn't play pool due to that the entire place was rented, no signs nothing making you aware of it... they definitely lost my business but they obviously dont care. I definitely dont recommend this establishment you are better off driving 15min extra to get to a friendlier and cleaner environment . PS: the pool tables by the bar are filthy!

Took the wife and kids a few weeks ago and was very surprised at how inexpensive it was. Plenty of gaming for the kids. We loved the lighting and energy of the bowling area. Only drawback was that it could be a little too noisy at times. But that's expected I guess. Our kids didn't want to leave at the end of the day. Staff were friendly and helpful too! We will be back!

To be frank, this place has trash lanes. People, set up all aside; these lanes are atrocious. The entry area is so stiff on the way to the lane that you can't glide or slide into your roll. No powder, no grease. I felt like every time I rolled I was playing Russian roulette on if I was going to blow my hamstring or achilles.

I've been bowling here for the past 4 years in leagues. I enjoy the staff and the atmosphere. The renovation has been a nice welcomed change since Bowlero took over. It can get busy some nights and the bar can get backed up once and a while but everyone is friendly and takes care of you.

The bartender (who forgot to make our drinks immediately after we ordered them, and also charged us incorrectly for larger sized drinks than we ordered or got) told us that pool cost $5/hr, but then handed us a tab 3 hours later that charged us $12/hr!! She refused to acknowledge that she had said $5/hr, so we had to pay the excessive amount. Every other bar EVERYWHERE charges reasonable amounts for pool. I'm not going back to bowlero again. Rediculous.

Pretty fun place, appears clean. A few issues with the bowling not tracking correctly, but the manager more than made up for it. You can choose what players to have bumpers up for and they go down for everyone else. Tons of screens for videos across the lanes. Awesome laser light/ black light type of lights. Spent time in the arcade as well, a few games not working which is frustrating. The electronic tickets with the electronic coins is awesome.

Just had my daughter's 7th birthday party here and it was more then what we all expected. We walked into a well decorated table and a welcoming sign. We were greeted by the managers who were both AWESOME! Great service. The food was good. The kids and adults had so much fun. My daughter kept saying this was one of the best birthday parties she ever had. I recommend calling Bowlero and purchase one of the birthday party packages like we did. It was ALL worth it. The cookie cake came with fire sparks, which was surprising to all of the guests. Made the birthday girl feel special. Anything we needed and asked for we got. I will definitely come back again and doing more birthday party events here. Thanks again Bowlero staff from the event schedulers on the phone to the managers at bowling alley. You guys were all awesome!

okay son the beginning start off early Rocky the waitress was really rude but the manager was able to take control the situation it was my birthday at family there with me the waitress ended up giving my reserve seem to someone out and was rude and unwilling to pick the situation but he didn't amazing job with his customer care hooked up myfamily checked in with us every 30 minutes to make sure everything was okay we had fresh food and was refilled when needed overall I really enjoy the location and experience he made it an amazing experience and I would recommend going here for many events

It's pretty dark inside, it's more of a fun house to party/bowl at like Pinz. Would not reccomend for professional leagues. Drinks like pop are slightly overpriced and small in size, but they do include free refills.

The lanes itself were fine and fairly clean. Just had a wait of 5 mins or so at the bar because no one was there and someone cleaning tables sprayed the cleaning spray that got in our drinks. A little spendy, but meh overall.

Bought a Groupon for this establishment and was told that on Saturday's after 6 p.m. they don't accept Groupons...ended up buying two lanes anyway so my kids and nephews and niece can bowl once we got to our lane it was dirty with the previous guest drinks and food. My sister and I cleaned the tables off ourselves. When asked by management for some type of discount he told us that he could only give one person a discount. He wasn't apologetic and didn't seem to care about our concerns. I won't be back to this establishment because the customer service SUCKS!

Went there to celebrate my sisters birthday last night. After standing in line for nearly 20 minutes we finally made it up to the front counter. The person at the front counter said they didn’t have any open lanes big enough to seat 6 people. So I asked what our options are. They said they could put me on a waiting list and I would be the first on the list to they would call us as soon as a Lane big enough would seat all of us. We were hungry anyways to we decided to go into the bar/lounge area. After sitting there for 15 minutes the bartender finally looks over at us and says they are the only one working in the area and there was no server to wait on us so it would be awhile till they could make it over to us. Which wasn’t a problem until another hour goes by and we have yet to even get our drink order taken. I would’ve never even waited that long but I figured within that hour we would get called saying a Lane was open but nope. Even after going to a restaurant right down the street to waste some more time they never gave us a call. They never did! It was my first time there and I will definitely never be returning.

So we purchased 2 lanes and when we got to our lanes there was a bunch of left over food from the previous guest. Tables were very dirty. One of the workers paged for someone to come clean the area twice and nobody came. So we started cleaning our own tables off and asked to speak to a manager. He came and finished off the cleaning. He never once apologized about the mess or cared about making us feel comfortable about being here. His attitude was nonchalant. I wouldn't recommend coming here with your family. Also, we could use our groupons after 6p.m.

Took the family bowling this past weekend and after we waited a while to even get checked in to get a lane and longer still to get shoes (2 people working on a Saturday night??) we headed to our lane. We got our shoes on and started bowling the first frame when my wife went up to the bar to get us drinks. As she was standing in line at the bar, a server came over and asked what we'd like to order and I motioned to my wife that she had it covered and the server went up to her and told her she'd bring it. Well after about 20 minutes we finally get our 4 sodas and a beer and that was that, she never came back to see if we wanted refills or anything else. At the end of the night she asked if we wanted to pay the tab separately and I asked if we could just combine it with the bowling. Both her AND the front desk had taken our card to "ensure payment" before we even got started but I wanted to pay using cash and was assured that I could at the end and that the card was just to "hold" the charges in case and I quote, "we skipped out on them without paying". Ok, well that a lie. You see, the server went to the desk to have the add the bowling to our bill and I indeed paid her in cash for both the bowling and drinks then got $11 change to which I gave her a $5 tip which I thought was fair for bringing us 5 drinks literally 10 feet from the bar to our lane. Well sure enough, just like the other Yelp reviewer here, I had a charge on my bank account that posted this morning for $80 and some change for the bowling! THEY DOUBLE CHARGED US AND LIED TO OUR FACES!! DON'T GO TO THIS BUSINESS AND IF YOU DO, INSIST ON CASH ONLY AS THEY WILL DOUBLE BILL YOU!! I'm going to have to wait until 4pm now to call them to get my money back because I guess nobody likes to have fun before 4pm, the earliest time they open.

I went there with my team for bowling. It has a lot of lanes , i mean a lot. We went there in afternoon it was pretty much empty. 3 lanes were booked. We had ordered pasta, chicken tenders and drinks. Food was good , whatever we ordered came quick and warm. One of the lane bowling machine where you type player name. The keyboard was not working properly. You cant type 'R' so our name were coming a little different. I would go again

Went to 1st bar and he said they were closing, not sure why? It was around 11. Went to the bar in the back where there was about 7 people seated, took about 10 minutes to get our drinks, thought that was way too long but realized the one bartender was making drinks for the entire bowling alley as well so why did you close the big bar in the front?! Also wondered what the heck be jumpin off there that 2 police cars are parked outside and 3 officers posted inside

My first visit here today. They open up at 4pm, I got there around 4:30. Bought some games and some shoes. A game was $3.99, not bad. They've got I think 48 lanes, an arcade section and a laser tag arena. I didnt visit the laser tag. The bowling alley is split in two. Half of the building is lit normally and half has black lights. I was on the black light side. The plane worked well. I did have one jam, but there was already someone out there so it was fixed without me even finding anyone. I bowled TERRIBLY, but that was my fault not the alleys. I'll probably be back to embarrass myself some more.

Prices were decent, specifically their daily specials. However, the customer service was horrible. The bartender in the pool table room, made us wait to get a table, once he noticed the pool cues in our hands, went to serve other people behind us with drinks first. Next the bartender in the middle of the bowling area made me wait 20 minutes to get us a pitcher of water, since he was more into visiting with his friends at the bar, not to mention he was extremely slow at making drinks.

It is to bad that google won't give a "ZERO Rating"... ! Few months back, Bowlero hosted a USBC, Seniors tournament for MPLS. Our team was ASSIGNED on lane 5. I walked up to test the floor to see how my approach slide felt. As I look at the lanes, there were chunks of laminate missing in multiple spots, on the pair we were to bowl on, and in the area of were I target! As I was bowling, it was so distracting that, this is were you looked when releasing the ball, trying to avoid the missing laminate! We asked to be moved but we're told we could not that these were are assigned lanes and were not able to move because there were no open lanes in our tournament area... After the team event ended, we shifted a few lanes right. To my amazement the next set of lanes were also missing chunks of laminate ! This was a bad choice for the USBC to choose for a tournament. Very poor lane conditions. While I was there for most of the day, I made a bad choice to order lunch, (I should have known by the way the lanes were cared for...) And yes... I got violently sick from eating their greasy, bad tasting, Very Bad oily food, the food tastes old, and the oil the fries were cooked in, also tasted very old. Should have call OSHA to inspect the kitchen area ! Is this what I get for entry fee' s ??? Poor lane conditions, for a USBC Sanction tournament, and Rotten Food ? Experience is a virtue! NEVER AGAIN "BOWLERO" Bklyn Park.

Best bowling experience ever and I used to bowl in a league for years. This place has excellent food, drink, and entertainment in a very large, well decorated building. Highly recommend New Years Eve package.

Nice place for bowling. The garlic fries were just okay. One complaint was I asked about half price appetizers and the server went to check. Then came back 10 minutes later and told me that that it was 7:01 and the sale was over.

Great place nice people. when ever we want food we didn’t have to ask. They just came up to us and we wanted bumpers . So they did it for us definitely good place for bowling. We will definitely come here a lot.

Always fun with the kids to bowl, play some games and eat. For 'bowling alley food' it was quite good.... Although much more expensive then a dedicated restaurant. Games were cheap, show rental was where they seem to make their money, but overall worth the cost for an evening of fun. Place was well maintained, clean, and had everything it needs.
