Much like all great finds.. once a great place to quietly enjoy awesome great pinball. Now has become much more like a flashy adult chuckie cheese. Majority of tables are a dollar a play. For that price they should be perfect and or there should be a tech on duty to fix and accept problem reports. Thrilled to see 2 of my favorite tables out... then heart sank when both had problems preventing real enjoyable play. No longer worth the drive in my opinion.

Drove in from Minneapolis and it was totally worth it. They have a great selection of pinball games and other arcade attractions. Though we didn't bowl we plan on it next time. They have pool, poker tables, dart boards, a few bars and food. Place is massive, you could get lost in it

Had a group of 8 to bowl. We were on a list for 2 lanes. Were told we would be on when bowler was done with his last game in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later, lone bowler was allowed to add another game. When I challenged this, I was told ‘10 more minutes.’ I said ‘you told me that 20 minutes ago. He just started. One game takes longer than 10 minutes. Can he be moved to another lane?’ So they scratched me off the list. Lousy customer service.

Awesome staff, good atmosphere, and clean bathrooms, nothing to complain about here! Nice, cheap entertainment. We went bowling here and got a really nice deal through Groupon! It was a lot of fun and definitely one of the best bowling alleys I've been to.

We used a groupon for bowling. While the bowling experience was great the wait staff and service was mediocre. It took a long while for our food to arrive. For bowling there didn’t seem to be enough lighter balls and the shoes were old. But it was still good value for money.

This is a very nice bowling alley with the twist of having a old school state of the art arcade. This place was a lot of fun. The food was much better than most bowling alleys and the drinks pour freely. Lots of room and a large parking lot for easy in and out. O recommend a visit.

I would give the establishment no stars but it is not possible. They are not friendly to league bowlers who want to prebowl. They dont understand lane courtesy for league bowlers. And they get an attitude when you request new lanes. The staff speaks poorly about customers to other staff and other customers they know I will never bowl in this house again. If I wouldn't have had to worry about being blackballed for the future I would have left the ill run league months ago!!!!!

Went on a Sunday with a group of pre teen boys who had never bowled and we had a great time. The place is a fun and friendly atmosphere, the food is good. Thank you to the staff that seemed to be happy that we were there. Can't find that at a mall!

Super cool people running this place. A lot of my wife's side birthday parties end up happening here. The pizza is good, but can end up a bit greasy, which is good when you're drinking. Newly renovated lanes and a great atmosphere. They have an arcade, bar/restaurant, and the lanes. Over all I do always end up enjoying myself when we go here. Plus they have great deals on cheap lanes and serve alcohol

This place is a little to spendy for the quality of food and service. Our server clearly had better things to do than helping us. My burger was thrown together and way too salty, my daughter said her fish and chips were soggy and too salty. I was shocked when we got the bill and there was an added charge for paying with a card!! Seriously?! Not sure if we'll be back.

Place smells like old feet. The older lady at the bowling counter seemed irritated when I asked how long the wait was. There are way better bowling alleys in the area. I thought it would be nice to play some pinball, although they have a huge selection of machines, most of them did not work properly and you will spend most of the time asking the irritated lady for your change back...and she will make you feel like it’s your fault.

Pretty fun pinball action, the rest of the place is a dive. Bowling alley as well as full bar and arcade machines. It's a big place and can accommodate a lot of people. Would recommend this for family.

I'm not a huge fan of bowling to be honest, but its a great venue for parties. Have been here with friends on numerous occasions and never left disappointed. Pizza is surprisingly good and only slightly pricier than Dominoes.

Good place to go to for Family aspects, especially in relation towards bowling. For the services; food, drinks, etc. are a bit on the negative side of things. The server we had, had an abrupt demeanor when it came towards the group of us giving our money. Other than that, it's a good place for me and my family to watch my little Sister do her thing during the bowling league she's apart of.

My family and I had the worst experience here. I was told my family as I were not “real business.” And of all the people to be rude it was the “manager” who told me that and despite being refused service I didn’t even get an apology when I emailed the owner. I guess this is what this world is coming to. I’ve always been a supporter of small and family owned businesses but this one is by far the first and most ridiculous experience I’ve had.

The waitress was fabulous. The girls wanted cheese burgers, I told her we would cut the burger in half. She did that. She even cut the pickle in half. It was a bummer for bowling because there weren't any balls left for my granddaughters twins to bowl. We had to wait and 5 year olds get restless.

We had a great time here! It was my son's birthday and it was inexpensive and really great. Low stress, bowling, pizza, and the arcade made this a fun birthday activity that we would definitely recommend. The lanes have bumpers and easy roller contraptions to use for the littlest ones which was very helpful, too.

Pizza and bowling were great. They had 1 person serving the entire alley who was not in a good mood. Service was slow as a result. Ended up waiting for about 5 to 10 mins after the rest of our group had left just to receive a bill for our food.

Takes forever just to get a water! Not only is the staff terrible, I got ask to leave because I had a $14.08 tab at the bar that I couldn't pay so I was asked to leave the premises and all I was doing is to try to pay my tab. Waited for several minutes to get service. If your not purchasing booze or food your not an issue to the Bar tenders,servers,or even the security they may have. Ask to leave for asking for more water. Not cool bb.

Stopped in to spend time while waiting for a soccer game to be rescheduled. It was a bit difficult to find and outdoor signage was small. The facility was huge. Lots of lanes. We spent time in the arcade which was a rather large area as well. Food smelled great but we didn't eat. Great place to spend time out of the rain. Didn't give 5 stars solely because not one person said hello, nodded or even smiled towards us while we visited. We are not from the area so felt a bit unwelcome.

I held a birthday party here and was very pleased with every aspect of the venue. The environment was clean, the staff were courteous and helpful, and the entertainment selection was large enough that at no time was anyone waiting or wishing for something to do. With almost 50 pinball machines from across six decades, Blainbrook is an absolute haven for pinball enthusiasts. There are several billiards tables and an air hockey table. There are also around 30 arcade machines including classics like skee ball, basketball free throw, whack a mole, and a variety of newer machines which award digital "tickets" that my friends kids were able to keep themselves entertained with for hours before spending their tickets on prizes at the end of the night. Don't forget about the bowling, with somewhere around thirty lanes there was no shortage of open lanes while we were there on a Tuesday evening. There are also a number of dart boards that were being used by leagues that evening. We ordered a large pizza and were very satisfied with it as well. Overall it was an excellent experience that I would like to repeat in the future.

Nachos were good. Server was attentive. We also bowled. The sitting area is a little tight for the amount of people we had, only enough for 3 people on each side but it is nice and new. Lanes were good.

Though the establishment has much to offer in their arcade for pinball and poker, the atmosphere is outdated and some of the staff aren't as professional as you would expect from a family friendly place. The shoes are old. The food is amazing and the selection of food and drink is just right. I'd recommend this bowling alley for eating and poker, but not much else.

Fiance and I went on a Friday night, first time there. Pretty big place with lots of things to do but we went for the bowling. Not very busy for Friday early evening. Bowling and the beer were great however I wouldn't recommend the waffle fries or nachos, and maybe none of the other food
