Love the fact that everyone is nice here. I honestly never had to tell someone what I wanted to do at a bowling place before. The lady knew when I said "I've never been here." She said "oh well do you want one lane and do you want to rent shoes?" All said was yes and she was extremely nice. She didn't make me feel embarrassed by my lack of communication skills. I get bad anxiety when it comes to telling people what I want and I think she understood that.

As far as the bowling, the house is well maintained. Usually Lane's are finished with a House shot for league play. 48 lanes. Usually two leagues simultaneously and some open bowlers. Overall, knowledgeable staff, cold beer, pro shop carries the latest gear.

I had a horrible experience here. I came here with my daughter and she had a sleepover. The cashier at the time was a sweetheart. But a lady named Sarah was very rude. While the cashier had a line full of people I asked a lady who was standing behind the counter scrolling through facebook could she give me a bigger size shoe for my daughter's and she rolled her eyes. Then I walked around looking for a small ball for the kids and she was standing by the whole rack of them and she acted as if I was bothering her. So I said forget this and asked for a refund. If you can't give good customer service then why are you there? Won't be back!

I stopped by on a Monday night with my wife and two daughters (2 and 4). The facility was very nice and the staff was amazing!! They could not have been kinder to my family. Every one there from the girls at the counter to cook at the grille. I felt very welcome here and the family had a great time. I wish we had a place like this where we live.

Was clean. Need to have a waitress. We spent $150 on bowling and food and had to get our own food and drinks, clear our tables. Had to hold up games for ppl to go do that. Was all adults playing and the bumpers were left up in the two lanes we were in. (Helped those of us that suck at bowling) but didn't need them. First time all this has happened to me at a bowling alley at night. Haven't been there in about 20 yrs so wasn't sure how it would be. Met a few ppl for a night out. The staff was pleasant. Just wish we didn't have to serve ourselves.

We wanted 2 Lanes one for kids and one for adults. 8 people bowling. They said no because of winter break and it's too busy. We were the only ones there. Well 2 hours later only a group of seniors had come in. Needless to say the adults didn't have such a good time as the kids.

Always enjoy bowling here. Only complaint is, not enough wait staff. If you're on a league, you're usually going up for your drinks in between frames. Otherwise, food is good, bowling is fun, and we always have a good time.

Been here a handful of times due to its close proximity to me. Outside is as already mentioned a little dated but modern internally. My last experience kept me from coming back ever again, tried to have a date with my girlfriend and entire hour we tolerated staying for our one game they were blasting rap music, I can as much as anybody understand there's a need to cater to a large audience of different tastes but it was all rap all the time. There were underage teens drinking and being belligerent and obnoxious. The staff were average, not friendly enough by far to stand out but certainly not rude either which is something I could accept but we simply couldn't be comfortable in the atmosphere.

My first time at Skore Lanes was great to say the least! From the outside the alley looked a little dated but everything on the inside was great! The staff made the place feel like we were part of the family. The cashier, I think his name was Billy, was dancing as soon as we walked in. He helped us find the best price and made my daughter laugh her butt off! The bar had really modest prices and the lady working the bar was really talkative and quite nice! The manager seemed a little strict but no problems with us. The food at the snack bar was also pretty good for the price. The interior gave it a nostalgic feel in a good way! All in all it was a great time and I definitely recommend this place!

Minor issues with the computer software take away from what is otherwise a positive bowling experience. Scoring is no-tap, but lane does not reset if nine pins are knocked down on the first ball, and if the bowler knocks down the remaining pin, the next frame (for whoever is bowling next) is recorded as a strike. The lane must be manually reset after a no-tap occurs to avoid this. There were a couple times where the pins were reset in the middle of the frame, leading to inaccurate scoring if the second ball is thrown. The television screen above the lane does not always display the current frame, although the small display shows accurate scores.

Wish I could leave half a star. Most of the employees there are just miserable and don't have clue what there doing. The manger there bites your head off for asking a question. Wouldn't recommend going there for new comers.

Worst management and customer service ever. "WILL NEVER GO BACK" When you pay for the night and they cut your game off in the middle and then have the rudest employees ever, what makes you talk down to me. Management handled it by saying he was okay to go home. and didn't say anything to him. Management also feels its appropriate to call me "Baby Boy" because I'm younger than him, as if I didn't pay to be there. Long story short waste of my money. wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Well maintained lanes, vry capable pro-shop staff, good food, clean bathrooms and lots of specials to make prices affordable for both families and the serious bowler. Certainly the best house in the area and they treat you like a friend. :-)

My nephew has had 2 birthday parties here and both times our experience was great. The staff is very helpful and patient especially with our little ones. I would recommend having parties here or even just to hang out.. There's of course bowling, a small arcade, a small Coney style restaurant and a bar so there is entertainment for everyone. I've lived in the area for about 20 years so I've been to Skore Lanes on multiple occasions an I can't think of anything I would describe as a bad experience.

A metro trade partner ! Wonderful. We came as a semi large group, mix of kids and adults. Everyone here was great. Courteous staff, who provided a wonderful experience. From shoes to food and bev service was good. Glad to have such a nice time with the family. And if i must add ask about the flavors for the pretzels if your into those ! Yum

This place is great for the price. Only $9 something for shoes and two games on Saturday night. The only problem I have with this place is there rules at the bar. My friends and I were bowling 3 games one Saturday night and had 7 people, so it was easily going to take at least two hours to bowl. Went to the bar to get some beer and figured since I was going to be there a while I might as well get a bucket of bud light for myself. The bartender grabbed it and then said I can't sell you each your own individual bucket which is only 5 beers, unlike some bars I been to where it is 6 beers in a bucket. She said "a bucket is a little much." I get that they don't want drunk and belligerent customers who are stumbling down a lane while trying to bowl, but I just find it insulting that they try to limit you when its a bar. Long story short I won't be drinking while I go bowling here anymore. I'll wait till after bowling and drink at a real bar, not to mention $14 something for 5 bottles of bud light. To make matters worse I have an older friend who bowls in a league here and I asked her and she said they never give her a hard time when she gets herself a bucket every night she bowls on her league. So maybe there just biased against open bowlers and more lenient towards league bowlers. I'm 23 years old and shes in her 40/50's so there's that too.
