Fun place to burn off steam with kids! Didn’t cost too much when you get the three games and shoes deal. They have a couple bars to get drinks from and fried food selection. The staff was friendly as well and there are lots of lanes.

For my two kids, my girlfriend and my self for one game it was almost 30$ that seems a little high for a subpar bowling atmosphere. Kids are 4, and 10.

Food worker handling money then touching food without gloves or washing. Waited 20 minutes just to place an order before he told me to go order it at the bar. By then I saw him handling food after taking money so I went and bought a bag of chips from the machine. I have never seen a more incompetent worker. If you go there, don't order food and don't expect much. There were 10 of us, so we thought it would be a good deal, but after we got there we saw that kids could have bowled for free. There was a nice guy handing out shoes that seemed to care, but everyone else didn't. I wish we had not wasted our time or money there.

Employees couldn't keep track of us paying, fighting employees in front of paying customers at a child's birthday party. Dirty, broken bathrooms and poor maintenance all around. Not very pleasurable.

What a joke this bowling alley has become, it is quite obvious that they are lacking in management, with urine soaked bathrooms (one of the mens bathrooms was temporarily closed because someone had puked all over in it and management "couldn't get a hold of their cleaning lady" come on "manager" throw some gloves on and do what ya gotta do! Apparently they also have some "unreliable kitchen staff" (not my words) because the kitchen was closed on this fairly busy Saturday night because the cook didn't show up, and the drinks we ordered had rotton lime wedges on the rim, complete with dead fruit flys on them! Looks like northway will now be our go to for now on.

Horrible bartender. Over priced drinks. Bartender used table salt on a margarita glass. Also I don't mind paying $5 a beer at a strip club but a bowling alley should not be priced this high especially with how slow the service is. Poor quality lanes and will not recomend.

Rude staff, over-priced bowling and comedy events, and an absolutely disgusting environment. If you happen to go here, it may be worth telling your doctor that you’ve been to an area where certain fungal infections are common. Their food inspection reports are shocking. Employees placing their own half-ate meals on top of dry-stored food, raw chicken improperly stored, etc.

Yuck. Went to the Back Alley, having paid $50 in advance for a comedy show, where tickets were $10 at the door. Bartender was drunk, comedians not funny, just profanity. Want that Saturday night back. On a good note, they were serving a 17-year-old booze, so there's that.

The counter guys, Kam and Colin were fantastic. Bar service sucked. Didn't feel welcome at all. Chairs were up, TV's were off at 8pm. Bartender could of cared less. Drinks took too long and even longer to ring in and give me a total.

The place is a bit outdated, and pricy at that, but the aesthetic is very nice, and everything works fine. I barely ever go here for bowling, as I mostly go to the arcade which has one of the greatest arcade games of all time ( DDR ). The staff are friendly and there's a lot more to do then just bowl, trust me.

The lanes are very cheap and the in house restaurant was poorly managed. We had to go back 3 times because they had either messed up the order or forgot to bring something out. The bells weren't organized and the lanes were plastic.

The crew are always great. Helpful, friendly service always. But every time we go there, we end up having some kind of problem with the bowling lanes. Either the ball return stops working or the score board is not working properly, something happens and we end up never getting to finish a game. And we go there for parties where a couple hours of bowling are included.

Went there with friends to watch Billy Ryan's show, and had a great time. He's a great piano player and did a fun show of 70s, 80s, and 90s music! The bartenders were also pretty great.

Bowling is a michigan winter sport for sure and this place does it right probably why its stayed open when AMF lanes started to fail. The staffs cool and easy to work with just make sure to call first there's a lot of leagues using this spot so open lanes can be hard to come by on certain days.

This is a fun place. Saturday and Sunday they have a $12 deal, which includes, 3 games and shoes. But check on the website first because I'm not sure if they always have it.

Friday nite, one bartender . What kind of place runs like this? I felt so bad for the gal, it was super busy and she had no help. The owner was there and left with not even a bat of an eye. Very disgusted with this place, that is a horrible thing to do to a person trying to do a job. What a POS of a boss.

I am usually lenient and generally easy going when it comes to establishments, but I feel that I must speak out about my time at Sherman Bowling Center. First off, the customer service is utterly horrible. Workers were extremely rude and completely unwilling to help. I waited 30 minuets to get a lane and it wasn't even busy. The place is also incredibly unclean even for bowling alley standards. I am extremely disappointed with this place and for sure know that I will never come back!

Sherman Bowling Center is a great place to get together with friends. The bowling center was packed on the night we went but we were able to quickly get a lane. They were also nice enough to switch our lane when all the tables were taken. The lanes were clean. The food our friends got looked really good. And the employees were really friendly. We'd recommend this center for anyone looking for 10 frames of bowling.

Looking for a night out with some friends and feeling a game of bowling, this is the place to go. With a hot dog joint, two bars, some pool tables, an arcade, slot machines, and 50 bowling lanes you can’t go wrong. I come here with friends all the time to have a good time and relax. Prices are good, staff is friendly, but more often than not I have a problem with a lane that takes away from the fun. Other than that I have never had any other problems here.

Went there for my daughter's birthday. The first lane the balls would drop down in to the return had to them fix it three time and the machine got stuck resetting the pins so they put us in the next lane down. Then the 3 balls got hung up somewhere between the pins and the ball return the staff was great did their best to correct the issues. But all in all this place is way behind the times still stuck in the 80s somewhere I think. Really need to be upgraded for the prices they charger

Place was packed, but we still got in on open bowl within a half hour of getting there. Arcade machine in the bar worked perfectly, but the dart board appeared to have eaten our quarters. Wonderful experience overall.

My experience at Sherman Bowling Center. In a word "Amazing"! Sunday 10-8-17 I was there for a PBA/PWBA tournament. I was there from 11:30ish in the morning until 9 PM at night spectating. And entire time I was there I felt at home. With over a hundred people there, the center was kept clean, and organized. Once the tournament ended the manager of the center Don Veltman extended the greatest hospitality ever! I was curious about some products in the pro shop. But since it was closed I figured I was out of luck. He told me that he'd be more than willing to open the shop and allow me to look. Also, being a huge fan of bowling I asked if I could open bowl on the PBA'S Bear oil pattern from the earlier tournament? He said yes and I paid for 5 games. Which only costed $2 a game. Great price IMO... I would have easily paid $4 per game for that experience! Omg... It's a Very difficult pattern!!! Which ever reviewers said that it was dark inside the alley... Staff was rude... Musty odor Etc? Completely False!!! I've been in a lot of bowling alleys and this is a awesome bowler center. Period! Thanks again Don Veltman and the rest of the staff for a Amazing experience! I'm all the way from Flint Michigan... And I will be back!
