Went for a "team-building" bowling session. Lanes are highly oiled, approaches are dry. But I doubt any real bowling happens here. Appetizers were very good, thin crust pizza is not my choice but ingredients were fresh and sauce was flavorful, a bit sweet. The arcade had many many games, new and classic.

My company had our holiday party here yesterday and we had free-reign of both floors. Bowling upstairs was fun, with comfortable seating and a giant, beautiful bar (with friendly and fast service), as well as 3 pool tables upstairs. Downstairs is seriously huge, with a million games if you're in a game-playing mood, as well as a horseshoe bar and more pool tables (all of which in the building are 8-foot, as far as i could tell). Although our visit was more fun because it was free and had a fully open bar for the 4-hour event, the venue would be an excellent choice for a semi-expensive night out, i am quite sure.

Went for a work function. Had a great time, good food, pool, bowling. One flaw, the house bowling balls are ridiculously tore up. They look like Fred Flintstone used them at one time. Staff was great to us. Nice place . Full bar. Good date spot for the younger crowd. It is up stairs, not sure if the have a elevator for wheel chairs.

I have come many times to this establishment and the games are great times. But when it comes to service they are always standing around as it also takes a while to recieve your beverage. The food is great when you get it but the time it takes to get it makes it not worth the patience to dine there. Since there is many great restaurants next to it.

Do not book a big party here. Absolutely trifling. They did nothing right for my Godsisters Sweet 16. Some of the staff were disinterested, annoyed that we needed their help with just the basics. Whole thing was a disaster. We were guaranteed a personal host but never got one. They gave no direction no schedule we wandered through three rooms got split up on the way down after bowling to find our place downstairs for dinner and arcade games. Lucky Strike charges *far* too much for us to have to flag down a server for every little thing. I am still not understanding how a single medical emergency in the kitchen sets the entire party schedule back an hour. And even so why are you telling us after the fact..? Make it known when it occurs so we know what we're in for. We had to cancel the drink tab because no one was around to run one for us. Food was hella late .. then we couldn't even get plates to go with it. Waited another 10 mins for that. We're starving picking napkins out of the food cuz it's sticking to it or eating in our hands cuz it's our only option. Then half the dishes were canceled they ran out or something. Redemption was awful games were just okay. You couldn't pay me to come back. I serve parties a tenth of the price of this garbage same number of guests and go above and beyond everyday. Even when there are call offs and emergencies you have to make the best of your situation push through and EARN your tip especially because it's included! They were unalert, uninformed and unapologetic. Every last one. Change your procedure. Hire more folks make us understand.. do something. This party was truly the saddest thing and my sis did not deserve that and it hurt for me to see it go out like that.

Absolutely awful experience, everyone from the waitress to the doorman was awful. A total scam to get your money, no customer service experience necessary, obviously, and no training! I’m embarrassed for the owner of this establishment, the staff had no idea what was going on and were just looking to get your money. Got there at 7:45 and paid for points (for games $$) and food, had to cancel our food (which wasn’t out) and got asked to leave at 9 without any warning! So upset with how this all turned out, would NEVER recommend to anyone.

It is a fun place to go. You can just let go and have fun no matter how old you are but a guy from the staff had an attitude over a misunderstanding. Not good but overall an good place to go with family or just your partner.

It's over priced, and the food/drinks are mediocre. That being said, you won't find much better at any family fun center/bar. They also have a pinball machine or two and even though the vibe is getting dated, it still is nice inside. One caveat, get rid of the weirdly sexualized women dressed as little girls hanging around the entrance. It's 2019 and that's creepy.

Well showed up, got sent way, then security came to their senses and allowed us in. Then we met the manager Matthew and the lead server Danielle wow what great people. Our lane went down for 20 min. Unacceptable, the manager and lead server stepped right up made it right and then some. Customer service will keep us coming back, we could go anywhere. The customer service of Matthew and Danielle will keep us bowling and eating for years to come. Love Lucky Strike for fun and games.

Very good place for Bowling and can accommodate big groups. Seating arrangements is well laid out. I won’t say food is one of the highlights so I would recommend you all to eat at nearby restaurants and then head out here to play with your friends and enjoy few drinks instead. The French fries is not on their updated menu but it’s the only thing I would suggest you to get. The place is not crowded on weekdays and is good to throw parties for special occasions.

Not too bad of a place. I would rather go to places like Dave & Busters. This is almost the same as Dave and Buster's but a smaller version of it. it's nice place but I don't know I didn't feel comfortable maybe it's the atmosphere, this is completely my personal opinion and preference, but I would rather go to Dave and Busters if I had the two choices. The location is very nice there is food nearby, pizza places etc... This place might be good for parties, for birthday parties, for getting together and playing some arcade games not too bad for that kind of thing.

This would have been an amazing experience and the burger I ordered would have been really good but, the food took over an hour to arrive and when it did it was cold. Like it had been sitting waiting to be delivered for probably at least 30 minutes. Not sure what happened or if this is usual but my food was definitely not delivered warm Edit: I want to be clear that this was up in the bowling alley portion. I forgot there was a downstairs. And I want to be clear that there was no acknowledgement that the meal was late or apologies. We also had a lane that kept freezing and the reset button would't work. We did have a large group but not everyone arrived and ordered at once.

This ia great place to do a multitude of activities including, arcade, bar, billiards and bowling. Very clean all around with gracious and professional staff that are actually willing to help. Austin at the bar and Rob the manager made me feel warm, welcome and appreciated as a customer. Highly recommend for a nice place to have fun and relax.

Food was mediocre and the service was terrible. It took almost an hour to get our food and the place was empty. The server also did not seem to care about it either. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who would want to eat some dinner or something. Stay away from this place!

Went over here to bowl with my family, they told me it would be 45 minutes till the lane opens up. 2 hours go by, still no lanes available they told me i would have to wait another 25 minutes so we did. we ended up ordering pizza while we waited, no pizza came. we finished the bowling game and asked about the pizza and they said they forgot to put it in. very unprofessional.

Bar service was ridiculously slow and there was roughly 20 people in the whole building!? Bartender asked to take our order, then jumped to the people next to us and prepared their drinks while we waited and waited for her to come RE-TAKE our drink order. What kind of place is this. We ordered food at the bar because we are in the arcade and the arcade bar area is closed. I asked for 2 extra ranches and she informed me I would be charged for them. Didnt know I was at McDonald’s but anyhow, food came without the 2 overpriced ranches. Food runner said he’d check on them...that was 30 minutes ago. This place sucks. Make the extra hike to Dave and Busters.

I visited Luckys with a group of co-workers to celebrate a birthday. Atmosphere was very nice and all of the employees were super friendly. Food and drinks were great. I would have given 5 stars if the games were working properly. I played a coin game and won 1,523 tickets within the first hour plus way more before I left. I went to get a big ticket prize with my tickets but the attendant said I only had 430 tickets. I told the attendant I had picture proof I earned way more than what it said. I was told to come back another day to talk to a manager. The attendant was awesome and let me use some of his points to get a prize for my wife.

The games at the arcade are pretty fun but a few of them don't work properly and there are no signs on the malfunctioning games. So you'll possibly waste some money. The food at the restaurant is pretty delicious but there's a bit of a wait. But if you're out for the evening, the wait just makes for more conversation with whoever your with so it's not an issue.

Bad service. Bought two games, second game wouldn't start and cashier tried telling me I only bought one... Had to look through receipts to prove I paid for two. Bowling balls are in really sorry condition. There was a gutter ball stuck in our lane at the start of the night, no one removed it. Only two stars because the arcade downstairs is halfway decent.

The most expensive bowling alley ever! They wanted $140 for 2 games for 7 people. Regular bowling alley would have cost around $60 for all that. Go downstairs to their off brand Dave and Busters and spend tons of money on games that don't even work. Don't bother coming here!

Yikes. So, my family was going to go to Dave and Buster's for my birthday outing. But it didn't have power, so we came here. And it sucked. The food took forever. We waited for ages. It took hours for some of the food to get to our table, and then we didn't even get some of the food we ordered. Portions were bad too, a plate of fried shrimp for $6 only had 3 pieces of shrimp. Our family walked out of the place joking about how much it sucked. Our waitress blamed the kitchen for it. She said that they kept screwing everything up. She was trying really hard to give us good service, so that was nice. Food aside, the arcade was average. ( * We pretty much got kicked out because kids aren't allowed after a certain hour. We walked out, and we never got a couple of things we ordered, and I never got my drink. ( It was a glass of water. ) )

Went here with a small group around 6:30 in the evening to bowl. Upon arriving, we were told that they had reservations for most lanes, but they would have one lane available in an hour. We decided to order food and wait for the lane to open up. About 45 minutes later, we were informed that they made a mistake and they actually had a reservation on that lane as well, and that they now wouldn't have anything until 9:00. And by the way, our son can no longer bowl with us because it's 21 and over after 9pm. For the entire hour we waited, there were no more than 2 lanes being used at any given time, which left at least 10 lanes sitting there open and empty. I don't know who those phantom reservations belonged to, but those people were certainly not there bowling. We left without bowling, and the only reason I'm not giving them one star is they did not charge us for our food because of the inconvenience. However, I'm not sure we'll be returning to this place anytime soon.

I really enjoy this place. It has a little something for everyone. A full bar, great food, pool tables, bowling, an arcade! Truly a great night out! Kids are allowed in until certain times during the weekends. It's a good time for all. Sometimes there is even live music, which is great as well. Great staff (See Derek at the bar! He's literally amazing!) Highly recommend!

We had a company event there on 12/17 and everything was amazing and done 100% correctly. They were on point when I walked in and gave me all the paperwork, bands, tickets and game cards. Our area was ready to go and food was brought out on time. They refilled in a timely manner as well as helped the guests with any drinks proactively. The entire team had a great time and was talking about it for days after! The staff that assisted us was spectacular and were very proactive which for a group our size is very helpful.

It is extremely difficult to book the party slot. After 3 different calls in different time in a week, no one can tell me the available day and time over the phone and online application needs to be filled out, then wait for manager's call to confirm schedule. It is too much hassle compare to the other similar bowling alley.

Lucky strike has shockingly good food for a bowling alley. The lanes here are classy, and make for a fun upscale bowling experience. There are also endless games as well as pool there too. Plan to spend at least four hours there with friends. Worth the price for sure.

The workers have no respect for customer service skills. This is merely a bowling alley that they try to give a club atmosphere. Had an issue with the managers ending our game at an hour but proceed to suggest we buy one lane for 8 people. total waist of time and money do not go here.

I've had a bad experience in the past where me and my boyfriend were completely ignored. This was about a year ago though and we went tonight and it was soooooo much better. Our server Shawn was amazing and took incredible care of us. He listened to our likes and dislikes and suggested things. We will be back just for him. The food and drink were delicious too

Went there to grab something to eat before going to see the Avengers: Endgame. This means my time was limited if I were to make it on time for the movie. Since this was the case, I asked the waitress who took my order how long it would take? She said "15 mins.". I thought great, I'll definitely have time to wait, eat, and make it to the movie on time. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. Well, it took more like 25 mins. which made me nervous and annoyed. And I had to keep flagging her down to get an update. The pros: when I finally got my food, it tasted excellent! Also, I made it to my movie on time with a few minutes to spare (I ate fast though). The cons: the customer service from her, sucked. She was nice, but she never came to check on me for updates, or to see how the food was, or if I needed anything. I wanted to order another Perrier but I didn't due to time, and she never came by to check. By the way, I was at the bar area near the doors, not the main floor area with the video games. I would eat there again, but not in a time crunch.

Been going here since I moved to Novi...several years now. Good place to have fun and "decompress" after stressful day. Prices WAY better than Dave n Busters. Place is beginning to look it's age, though (imho). They need to "jazz it up" a little.

we went sunday night at 6pm were 8 people w/group on , when we ask their counter the lady says can't accept group on after 6 , and we ask again she changed, say yes( was Friday and Saturday only) w/out any excause, and we wait about 30 minutes , lane was full except last two lanes( was open) we ask them about two empty lane and they said it is out of order, little later they call us and try to put us on only 1 lane for 8 was by another lady next to her and we told her we can't accept it how we can play 8 in 1 lane ? Zee ~~~~~~ ( that time they redeem our group on already ), even the manager says its enable to put 8 people, we say what ??? and we were think about cancle and go to other place because we been wait so long and everytime we ask them they seems doesn't like people who has group on !!! finally they gave us two lane , butttt , was last two lane they said just fix it ! OMG whos gonna believe It was so terrible !!! we won't never ever go again this place !!!

Terrible place with terrible service. Owners should reconsider manager and staff on duty on 2/17/19 (closing time). Refused a group of 8 in every way possible to make their life easier and take money away from the establishment. Cut us off after one game, overcharged our tab, and the manager on duty was a total jerk about it. Definitely won’t come back.

We came to bowl at 10:30pm for a friends birthday. We were told there would be a 2-3 hr wait. We saw several lanes open during our wait (over 2 hrs) no one bothered to inform us that the lanes that were unoccupied were also malfunctioning. Terrible service all around, we should’ve just gone somewhere local. Good luck

If I could give this place a negative rating, I would. Firstly, the games are OUTRAGEOUSLY priced. Secondly, our games kept messing up and I had to go up to the counter 3 times to talk to them about the same issue. I paid for 3 games each and the machine shut off at 2 games and when I went up to the counter to explain what happened, they didn't even bother to refund my money for the 3rd game, after telling them we were leaving and not wanting to bowl the 3rd game. It looks like a cool place it it's absolutely terrible. I will not be coming here again.

Terrible experience with completely pathetic service for a party of 10. The company should completely reconsider staff and manager on duty 2/17/19. When I spoke with the manager regarding our experience he blatantly told me he would not do anything to help accommodate a better hand at the situation. I won’t be coming here again..period!

Service was horrible, for example it took them over an hour just to get us water. They gave us an issue about bringing a birthday cake in (our party called ahead to make sure they were ok with us bringing in the cake and they said it would be perfectly fine). Our reservation for the bowling lanes (which was planned weeks ahead) was delayed for reasons unknown...The staff was rude and had horrible attitudes. On top of it all that, the bouncer (who is there to deescalate issues) was the one causing issues between staff and customers and threatened "if push comes to shove just throw them out the back door". Never going back.

Came here for a job function the place is wonderful! The drinks were good tho a little overpriced for my taste but still better than Dave and Buster's the bowling was fun the food was decent! The arcade is sweet too, there is something for everyone. Will definitely be coming back here frequently!

Zero stars. Terrible customer service and communication. Don’t come here as a walk-in. I was told to come in and they would have lanes around 4.At 4 I was told they would text me when lane was available-in about an hour. I went to check back at 5 and they said sorry we don’t have anything for the rest of the day. If you have a reservation, you’re probably ok. Stay away and don’t trust them without a reservation.

I came in with a party of about 8 people. We were having a very tame bachelor/bachelorette party of drinks and dinner. We sat AT the main bar, but were largely ignored by all 3 bar tenders. I would have accepted this if the bar was busy, if there were less bar tenders, or if they would at the least had apologized for the long waits. That was not the case. It took about 20 minutes of waiting for a bar tender to get my first drink. I'm a female and the other females in our party noticed that we were not being helped as frequently as the men. AT ALL. Men in and outside of our party were served and checked on while we still did not even receive a glance. This is while we sat at the bar, eyes locked on the server, our hands raised. Once I ordered food for myself and my fiance, it took an hour for the server to apologize and let us know that the kitchen hadn't even started one of the two meals. The good part is that the manager came up to us and apologized, comped the missing meal, and gave us two free drinks. Had it not been for her, I would have just left. The bar tender, Derek, upstairs in the bowling area was fast and attentive. Any further drinks that night were only made by him.
