I was here for the Pepsi tournament today and it was horrible. First of all the staff was very rude. It was also unorganized the two guys who would check us in were annoying and stupid. The lane always broke down. It was expensive.

Typical bowling alley. Lane #4 gave our league a bit of mechanical trouble on this date but repair service was swift. Food court staff was friendly. Not impressed with the food from the grill. Besides over-priced... Ordered a breaded chicken sandwich. I think it was once a frozen patty, flat, bland and processed. If I have a an opportunity to go back, I would not be opposed to try something else (maybe).

I went to Bowl One Lanes on 03/16/19 with a group of friends. When we were confronted rudely by Jon telling us to move from lane 17 space when he could’ve nicely said can we move but he said it rudely. We were on lane 16 when it continued to stop throughout our game and we didn’t complain until the 4th time the lane was stopped.When I went to the desk to talk to Jon he was very rude to me and said he could only offer us a $6 for a refund when we payed more than $50 for everyone to bowl with shoes. The manager didn’t say anything and watch until I said I was making a review for the poor quality customer service!!! They switched us to lane 15 that lane was better but I will never recommend this place to anyone. They’re rude, unprofessional and a horrible establishment!!! They knew it was messed up because they never put anyone else on the lane!!! The shoes also smell horrible

Went to a fundraiser at bowl one lanes. the people were exceptionally helpful the lanes were nice the only objection I had was to the prices of the concession which is no shock at any sporting venue.

Excellent place to bowl with an outstanding Pro Shop. Fred and Brad are the best I know! True professionals with so much knowledge, great bowlers too. These guys at S & B Pro Shop (inside Bowl One Lanes) are really concerned about your game as well as you as a person. Let them help you improve your game!

This is a bowling alley where a social group I belong to meet once a month. Some bowl and others just socialize. We meet about dinner time so most get food which is above average and good portions. They serve burgers, wraps, pizza. I have found their prices average for their food. Last night I had the chicken club wrap and brought 1/2 of it home. Had a choice of fries or chips (home made) and I prefer chips when I have a sandwich.

Never fresh oil and if you call asking about the conditions the counter staff insist that the lanes are oiled. Ya maybe the previous day if you are lucky when you bowl on a weekend. The do keep up the lanes for league bowling but if you want to get some Serious Practice in go Somewhere else!!

Visited this place on 08/11 in the evening and although the place was decent the service was horrible as the lady at the station was overly argumentative. I was with my old parents for fun and when asked for certain options like railing in the lane or light weight balls for my parents from the other gentlemen at desk, she pitched in unwanted and raised her objections. So, overall not a good experience at this place on this particular day, will try to find some other bowling lane in the area for fun.

Large bowling alley with cool events. The bars were enjoyable. Wasn't a huge fan of the food but i'm a bit of a critic. Used to go there for a weekly gaming event they hosted in alley. Unfortunately the event was terminated due parking complaints by the regulars. For reference of those doing weekly events or parties there, make sure you don't upset the regulars! They are important to the venue and are the reason the gaming event got booted from it.

Great bowling alley. As many bowling alleys have gone out of business, I'm glad Bowl One has continued to stay in business and operate a quality place. Lanes are well kept, place is clean, staff are all friendly, and the prices (bowling, food, drinks) are all reasonable. Oh, and the food here is actually really good too!

Although there isn’t much seating at the lane level, the prices are fair and their customer service shines. It was perfect for my family of four, including two young children. They set us up with bumpers and a ramp away from the other active lanes. Everyone was very friendly.

Fun place to bowl, lanes were a little too oily but we were there shortly after it opened. Scoring system is a little outdated and the pitchers of beer were $10.25, Blue Moon pitchers $15. A little pricey, but the pizza was tasty.

The food was really good. I was expecting frozen quick cooked but it tasted like a fresh pizzeria pie. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I'd give 5 stars but the tech wasn't as up to date so we had a lot of difficulties with the games not running through the frames right. Other than that it was a lot of fun and a good atmosphere all around.
