I've been once- on a Friday night.not bad! The food is decent. It was clean. Service was great.people were very friendly. Family friendly spot!

The service was okay, not great. However, the chef who I assume writes up their menus clearly does not know much. I ordered a tossed mixed green salad. I was brought a plate of romaine with some tomatoes onion and bell pepper on top. That is neither tossed, nor is it mixed green. It was a decent salad but the fact that I wasn't brought what was advertised in the name of the menu item is not a sign of a good chef.

Excellent burgers, gotta be 1/2 lb. Perfectly cooked. The rest of the menu looks fabulous. PLUS! They have great live bands every weekend. Always a great meal and a good time with nice people. The wait staff is very attentive. Kelly was our server, none better!

Loved the food , real Chicken Parmesan. No fake frozen Patty. I was thrilled, it's my favorite thing to eat out. The mudslides we're great! I'm not a drinker. I drink 2 times a year and that is when my friend and are able to get together. We always go to Westgate Pub!

Had not been bowling in years but it all came back, eventually. What a blast! We had drinks and pizza and waiter service.. The lanes are beautiful in excellent condition. It was a Wednesday night and there was nearly a full house. They have 10-pin and candlepin. Reasonable rates, friendly helpful service.

Did not have a good customer experience. The staff were not friendly and top it off very rude. Plus the card machine was down that day and no signs were up to indicate that. Asked where the nearest ATM was, told to go to the mall in a very grouchy manner. Unacceptable and inappropriate. Don't waste your money where customer service is rude.

Automated bowling sucks. The lanes don't allow you to get action on your ball. Excellent for beginners and children. Bowling is lots of fun, Westgate just not for me. The bar and pool tables are great. Still had a good time with my bro.

I've traveled a lot and been to many different bowling alleys and this has to be THE WORST what I have ever been in. They take your CC to run a tab...but every thing is separate (food, pool, bar and bowling) The have a banner that says cosmic bowling Fri and Sat but nothing. We ask the guy at the bowling desk are there any specials and he says no...after reading more of their signs i see one that has a special so I ask him what about this one he says yes we have that special...(DUH))! I frequently go bowling while traveling and rest assure I will not come back here.

Terrible experience! Multiple lanes were malfunctioning. Bumpers were broken. Owner was inconsiderate and rude. After being patient and letting them try to fix multiple lanes for close to 30 minutes, my little brothers had enough and I asked for a full refund. They fought me on it and only offered half back. I Insisted I only would accept full since we never got a to play a full game. After they got tired of me rightfully complaining, they gave me my full amount back. Wasted a whole Sunday afternoon. What happened to the customer is always right?!?

The bumpers don't work on the lanes, which has been an issue for a long time and still hasn't been fixed. Issues with their new system for bowling. Staff has an attitude and rolls their eyes at customers when they are upset that they can't go bowling as planned because of all the unfixed issues. Save your time and money.

Nice place to go bowling with family or friends. It's not a super fancy place, but it's pretty well-maintained and their prices are a lot cheaper than some places in the area or in Boston. They have regular and candlepin bowling, as well as an arcade.

Manager told us place was getting gutted and remodeled summer 2018.needs to be rehabbed. Prices were ridiculous. To bring a 5 yr old bowling $15, 2 strings and shoes. The poor mom beside us with 5 children all under 8 yrs old, $75 plus. I feel for young parents today

Haven't been to the bowling section in years, but I visit the pub section every so often to see a cover band okay. Again, I have not come to the pub to sit down at a booth for dinner, so this review is strictly based on the bar area- specifically during events. It is tight. It can be congested. And service can be a bit slow. I don't typically mind. I enjoy the show, the food is always tasteful. You definitely get a good amount for your dollar. Drinks are good. Staff is kind. It's overall a nice environment. It doesn't attrack an aggressive or incoherent crowd.

This pub is in a bowling alley at the Westgate Mall. Bartender was very friendly and took time to talk to everyone. Had lunch and the food was great. If we're in the area again we would definitely go back.

Enjoyed our time there, there is plenty to occupy all ages. Just didn't appreciate being assigned the only 10 pin lanes with no monitor for scoring. Of course I will be back, and will note what to not accept (lanes 17 - 19).

Arcade Craziness!

Ever since the change in ownership, the place seems to be having trouble operating how it used to. After complaining to ownership, they finally honored my game card issued by the old owners. However, ownership is really poor. The owner also isn’t the most friendly person. After I won two jackpots on the game, he came over and would not let me play anymore. He unplugged the game and put it out of service. The staff at the bowling desk can be rude at times. Very poor experiences overall.

I really didn't enjoy myself. I went to the pool hall area, as they have flashing lights after a certain time in the bowling area, which affect me as an epileptic. So, we decided to play pool and have drinks. The waitress was timid and didn't want to approach us as small group of ladies. We had to search her out and reassure her, especially when we had questions about drinks. Not fun!

This is a good old standby for a night out that is close to home. The food is decent. The bands are ok. The dance floor is small. It attracts all ages. The billiard room is nice. The bowling alley is fun and clean. Parking can get tight but there are other lots close by. Wait staff are experienced and the security is good. I've never seen a fight or scuffle. Security has walked me to my car on 1 it 2 occasions. The lounge could use a facelift and a larger dance floor. Keno is always fun too.

We always loved going to WestGate Lanes. The bowling package was perfect for our family. We would get 2 hours of bowling, shoes for all, 2 pizzas and 2 pitcher's of soda. I was very dissapointed that the price of 2 hours bowling went up and you only get 1 pizza and 1 soda. Our lane kept freezing and needing to be reset. Not sure we will be back amytime soon.

You cant sleep on this place. Great example of dont judge a book by its cover,or surroundings if you get me. Food is amazing and cheap. Bowling is great with up to date screens on which you can request food and drinks. They have a quaint arcade along with full bar and a pool hall. Yes all that fits in there haha.

The night started out well in the bar and playing pool was fun. But when we decided to bowl, it all went downhill. It was $59 for 4 of us to play 2 games. The manager put a 5th person on our lane, then accused that person if "stealing" our games when they shut our game off after 4 frames. He turned it back on and it shut off after 3 more frames. When we asked for our money back, he told us he never charged us for the 5th person (that didn't exist). Rather than reimburse us for the game not played, they offered a free game for each of us and by that time, we just wanted to leave. Then the manager yelled for security and asked them to call the cops before we could get any reimbursement. I wouldn't bother going back...

This place is awful! My friends and I went here for some drinks and bowling, we happened to be the only ones bowling this night (it was a slow Sunday). They still had 45 minutes until closing so my friends and I paid for one more game and one more round of drinks. The guys that worked there were standing behind us glaring and waiting for us to leave and then the guy at the front desk told us we need to leave. Didn’t even finish the game that we PAID for!! Remind you, IT WAS EVEN CLOSING TIME YET WE STILL HAD OVER 20 MINUTES LEFT. The guys were terribly rude and I will never return here. I understand what its like to have to stay late because of one group of people but its your job!! I definitely do NOT recommend this place !

The restaurant is old but the food was excellent. There is plenty to do in there as there are two or three pool tables plus a big gaming room. You can exit out of the restaurant into the mall which saves you from going outside.

Under old ownership, I was hired as a DJ who would come in every Saturday night, play music and over prize contests. Under that old ownership, I was treated with respect, my guests were treated with respect, and I never had any problems. I can’t say the same for the new owners of the lanes. Each week they had something to complain about and were very rude toward me and the company I was previously working for. From what I heard from waitresses and other employees, they were not paying them correctly either. I put up with their nonsense until they approached me and told me my guests were no longer welcome at their establishment (for no given reason). You’ll spend a fortune to play an under average game of bowling, pay an arm and a leg for concessions, and you’ll have to put up with nonsense from management. My advice, stay clear from this dump, and spend your night out with family and friends at another bowling alley.

The waitresses take a long time to come to your table if you are playing pool, if they come to your table at all. And they dont check back up on you if you needed drinks refilled. I went here to drink one time, and got so mad because I lost my buzz by the time I got my next shot. They need to hire new staff, or retrain their waitresses on the bar/pool side.
