This Bowling Alley belongs to the category of Bowling alley.
This is a great place to go with friends, family, and co workers. It is great for a small group hangout or for a bigger event. The pizza is super yummy and they have a nice variety of toppings for meat lovers to veggie lovers!
Pizzas are really good. They use fresh ingredients and their topping combinations are usually good. Although this location is a lot louder compared to other locations due to sitting right next to bowling area and echo of the building itself.
Happy to welcome Flatbread to the neighborhood. Food is as excellent as in other locations. New wood fired ovens seem to be working well. Bowling space is more integrated into dining then we initially expected, but did not decrease our enjoyment of the food or company. Service was excellent. I noticed on the second floor too large, separate areas for private parties. If bowling, can order off full menu.
Fun place. Great flatbreads and bowling!
Great atmosphere, staff, and the tattooed cook with a nose ring creates the best pizza I've ever had.
I wanted to order a pizza and probably not write a review at all, but the hours listed here are wrong. They pretend to have late hours but they just close early whenever they feel like it and I can’t eat the pizza I was planning on eating.
Decent pizza with good bowling, cool atmosphere
The staff is friendly and attentive, and even on a Friday night the place doesn't get too crowded because it is huge. You can get validated parking in a nearby garage but street spots are free in the evening. The food is consistent with other Flatbread locations, fresh and delicious! We love the organic salad and I really like the homemade sausage. We have also bowled here and it was fun.

amazing food and atmosphere. great date night spot and something fun and new to do in the area!
The olive bread was delightful!
Amazing atmosphere with lots of drafts and beer. They have a brick oven that they make fresh pizza and subs. Cool stuff!
This place is weird. Bowling balls are too small. You will feel like a giant sized human. Pizza is cut oddly. Cut into strips rather than slices. Who does that? Awesome staff, would recommend to friends and enemies.
Very expensive night. Avg pizza and expensive beers.
Great wood-fired pizza in a bowling alley. They also have delicious desserts and a great beer selection. Love it!
Excellent pizza. Very friendly place.
Bowling lanes packed and none available on Saturday nights without reservations. Food amazing, esp the salad with fresh celery and seaweed!!!!!
Pizza was amazing only thing I did there was get a pizza
BlackBerry mojito!

Tons of fun
Staff is amazing, pizza is delicious, great beer selection plus bowling- Can’t go wrong!
Come over for some candle pin bowling and a great beer selection at there location at Boston Landing. If you are parking on the street the best place is on the side of the new balance building towards the train station.
Nice
Definitely go the food is good and the ambiance is amazing
Candlepin bowling and flat bread? I don't get it but their beer selection is strong
Fantastic time at The Flatbread Company Brighton! I hosted a fundraiser there in their private upstairs area and everyone involved had a blast. Great food, beer, and bowling! The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating and I really can't recommend this place enough.
One of the few places in the city to grab a gluten-free pizza. They have plenty of specialty pizzas and sides to complete the meal as well as candle pin bowling. What more could you want?
Fun spot. Was there for a 5 year old birthday party and they were great. Good kid friendly food, private bowling lanes for the party, helpful staff.
There was about 12 people for a work outing and we had a blast! The staff was quick to get drinks, the salad was fresh and crunchy, pizza was delicious. The bar is spacious and bright, they also have a mezz level bar space I imagine would be great for a private party. Overall all, really fun joint!
Great vibe, delicious pizza while bowling? Good clean fun :)
Pork pie is to die for
I love this place!! Love the pizza love the customer service they are sooo friendly I was very impressed by the excellent customer service.
Excellent service and pizza !
Great lunch or supper spot with beer, pizza and bowling.
Good gluten free options
Just like its Somerville counterpart, the flat bread company offers great food, a wide selection of beers and speciam thumbs up for all the local beer options
Fun atmosphere, family friendly, fantastic pizza and craft beer selection. What’s not to love?!
The pizzas at this place is sooo very delicious! I had my toddlers bday party there. The staff was attentive and polite.

Really good pizza, beer, and candlepin bowling at this new Allston-Brighton location. This place has lots of draft beers and cocktails, and there is a bar area and dining room. There is an upstairs area with some bowling lanes for large or private parties. This place is kid friendly. The bathrooms are male/ female. The male restroom is wheelchair accessible.
I went here because that day some of the earnings went to help adult education programs. Pizza was good.
Extremely nice place all around. Take your kids here to bowl.
Fun spot. Was there for a 5 year old birthday party and they were great. Good kid friendly food, private bowling lanes for the party, helpful staff.
Nice place, good flatbread, fun candlepin bowling. Definitely would go again.
Met a group of friends at Flatbread when they hosted a fundraising event for Boston's Forgotten Felines. Wonderful staff, great pizza and awesome beer list. We will definitely be back!
Didn't try the food but bowling was fun! We stayed late and the staff was super friendly
Fun!

WALK IN'S NOT WELCOME. That sums up our experience. If you are looking to bowl you better have a party of 8 or more to make a reservation because if not you will be waiting for hours on the weekend. They only have 9 lanes and the majority of those are filled up with the group reservations. So even if you are told you are next on the list, as we were for 3 hours and that's not exaggerating, that doesn' t put you ahead of the group reservations. Always ask about that if you put your name in and we were even told if we did get to bowl we would have gotten booted off our lane to accommodate a reservation coming up. Really poor setup for anyone that's just truly looking to walk in and bowl with a few friends or family. They will tell you it's an hour wait so you get to spend money on food and drinks and then they just keep saying you are next on the list or only one party ahead of you. I would just ask right away when you walk in how many group reservations they have and that will tell you if 1 hour really means 2 or 3 as well as if you will get more than a half hour on a lane. Staff was apologetic about it but I would have rather them just be honest from the beginning when we were told it would only be an hour wait and then constantly told we're next on the list. Maybe they will get a better system implemented in the future. To top it all off we got called 20 minutes after we left that our lane was ready. So that brought about a good laugh.
So I booked a reservation for this place for my 21st birthday seeing this place is new and it has bowling, drinks, and pizza. Perfect, or that’s what I thought. I called twice just to change the times and the man said that there wasn’t even a reservation for the first time. Ok maybe they forgot to put me down, no problem I still got the spot I wanted. I get there and the staff seemed very unwelcoming. The guy we got as a “waiter” was the worse. First off I didn’t even know he worked there, because there was no way to tell he just came up to the lane and was asking about the lane or something, but he seemed to have an attitude which lasted the whole time. Then when everyone came and we started ordering food it took a while and one women who ordered her own pizza had to keep asking for the same thing like 3 times because they kept forgetting about her food. The drinks were good and the pizza was good when it finally came. Then i guess we had a time limit, because then we had to get off the lane. That’s fine but we still had cake to do. So I asked if we could use a table and and my mom asked the waiter we had and with and attitude he says I don’t know let me see. Then he comes with a bill and he added every ones drinks and all without even asking how we want to do the bill. So there’s things we didn’t even know what it was. So nicely I asked first and with a attitude again he says I just added everything so if u want me to separate it you need to go figure it out. I told my parents and my dad went over and ask and he’s the wrong person to get smart with. So he started almost yelling at my dad and my dad asked him who he was getting loud with and he just stormed off up stairs. The lady down stairs that helped us was so sweet and rang it in and I think the manager came over but I’m not sure because he didn’t say and they’re just dressed like whatever and there’s no way to tell who’s who. He gave me 2 flat bread passes, but unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be going back. It was a really nice place, but some of the staff are horrible. I was supper nice and I don’t know what that guys problem was. I was just asking about the bill that we had to pay for.
If you're looking for pizza with fresh and organic ingredients, this is the spot to go. Their organic salad with goat cheese and the Mopsy's Pizza are two of my favorites. They also make some killer cocktails and are always changing up their specials!
A great place to have a family night. Great food, great beer list. Amazing friendly staff.
Large location, with good
The pizzas are good but service is horribly slow. Like it took 50 minutes for a pizza
Food is good and the bowling is fun although difficult. The system they use for the ball returns is pretty flakey. Sometimes the balls fall out onto the ground or get stuck all on their own. Seems like a new place like this wouldnt have these kind of problems. The only other complaint I have is that the bar is too brightly lit. It's noticably brighter than any other bar or restaurant.
Freaking fantastic place with great pizza and cool vibes
Went here on a Saturday evening. Place was hopping with 2 kids parties. There are not very many lanes so the wait for bowling was hours. We decided to sit down and eat anyway. Took awhile for our server to come over and I watched as the table next to us was also ignored for 10-15 min after they sat down. Great beer selection and I am always excited to see Maine Root Beer on the menu. For some reason our pizza took forever to come out. Our pizza was comped, and the server was very apologetic and kept us up to date on what was happening. I am chalking it up to being relatively new and having 2 parties happening at once. I have been to other Flatbread locations and love it. So this will not deter me from trying this location again.
Best bowling in Boston
Great place to do cadlepin bowling! Great staff! Amazing beer choices!
Great pizza, friendly staff. And bowling. The Mopsy pork pie is phenomenal.
Great place for candlepin bowling and hanging out with friends. Fantastic Pizza
great food, but not amazing service. I felt like our server was constantly trying to talk us out of what we really wanted and into what she really wanted.
Great vibe, delicious pizza while bowling? Good clean fun :)
Food and game, great place to go with a group!!
A great place for a fun time and awesome pizza but for some strange and unknown reason, they don't take reservations, are almost always understaffed, and charge an outrageous amount for an hour of bowling ($30 per hour). Ron's Ice Cream and Bowling in Mattapan is superior in price and availability, but a slight downgrade for the pizza.
Fun place for adults of kids. New England style candlepin bowling. Great drinks and friendly staff!
Good for groups with a focus on bowling, snacks and drinks, but in general I felt the food was underwhelming. I've always enjoyed the stone ovens and open pizza prep area, so that's always great for kids.
What a fun place!
Great beer selection, friendly staff and vegan pizza options!
Had a pizza which was very good. Service was fine. I guess if you are going for bowling it would have been more fun.
This was my second time visiting Flatbread and the staff is always welcoming and super friendly. The drink selection is on point and the food is always amazing! It is walking distance from the office and anytime we pop in we always have a wonderful time. You are able to let loose and be free while bowling or just hanging at the bar. I have never had a bad experience!
Great pizza chain with good selection and nice staff. I got the Applegate Farms Pepperoni and Mushroom which was delicious and chicken and blue cheese salad which was also tasty. I would definitely go back

Great pizza and the kids love bowling.
Good place for kids
Love it! Great pizza and fantastic beer selection. What else do you need? Bowling? Got that too.
Cool bar, lots of beer on tap, and candlepin bowling
Great pizza chain with good selection and nice staff. I got the Applegate Farms Pepperoni and Mushroom which was delicious and chicken and blue cheese salad which was also tasty. I would definitely go back
We came in here with our 4 kids for an early and were seated upstairs. The waitress was very nice and the owner/manager(?) came over and said the kids could use these two private lanes in the upper level. All in all, the service and quality of the food exceeded all of our expectations! Would definitely recommend checking this place out. Would be a blast without kids ;).
This place is great for everyone, all ages, especially kids! I was there on a Friday night, after 8pm. I got lucky with parking, found a spot on the street, right in front. All the lanes on the main level were in use so they took us upstairs. What an upgrade! I felt like a rich fool with a bowling lane in my living room. I think most will wait it out for a lane on the main floor because that's where everyone is. I had 2 kids with me and the 2nd level was perfect because we ended up having the entire space to ourselves! And there's a bathroom upstairs too. Meredith was our waitress and she was amazing. Listen to her when she describes the size of the pizza and how many people it's intended for. We over ordered! Flatbread pizzas - my favorite was from the specials menu. The Italian (vegan) one. Let me just say, I eat meat, plenty of it, and I still vote this one as the best. Just a warning, they're very generous with garlic on this one. I only knocked off a star because I didn't experience the main level. I don't know about noise level, or service, or juggling your space with others.
Newer place was told about that specializes in micro brews, pizza and candlepin bowling.
Good food, though a little pricey. Customer service was good, and bowling is an option here if you like that. I would return again.
Amazing pizza and drinks! Great place to spend an evening. Monday night's are great for bowling if you don't want to wait for a lane.
Fun place for bowling and food
Good beer selection and pizza is solid
Great Stuff
Great pizza and fun candle pin bowling. Service (especially front of the house) could really be more friendly but the place is great itself!
Fun atmosphere and good pizza.
Great Candlepin Bowling! Would be 4 or 5 stars, but it is EXPENSIVE. $30 for an hour?
Great new location that stays in the spirit with the Cambridge version. Kid friendly, great pizza, great beer selection, great service, great bowling (kids are welcome) . This will be a very popular place. If you want to get a lane, a reservation is recommended. In total they have 9 lanes. 7 downstairs, 2 upstairs.
Fun place. Great pizza.
Best pizza in Brighton! Bowling is fun too. Great plave
We had five different varieties of flatbread in every one of them was awesome! Thumbs way up
Good pizza
Great pizza & good variety of local beers to try.
Good service. Pizza is good. Nice selection of beer and wine. Has a bowling place so great for groups of friends who want to eat and play.
Friendly and yummy
Great pizza, seriously. This is thin wood fired pizza with organic ingredients by people who care. The bar is solid, with a deep draft list and good mixed drinks. Bowling is $30/hr, regardless of how many people are in your group. The salad with seaweed is one of my favorite menu items, hands down
Great pizza!
Just like the other ones in the chain. Very good. Plenty of seating. Two floors with bowling alleys that make it a little loud.
The best pizza in the area!
Great Pizza, great atmosphere, lots of parking on the street
Very good pie
Lots of fun and good real pizza
In a party of four we ate upstairs. There is a private function room on the second floor with two bowling lanes. It looked like a fun birthday party. I missed the ability to watch the pizza prepared upstairs. Service was good and as always at Flatbread, very friendly. Parking was free on a Sunday, i parked about a block away on the street. This appears to be an emergent neighborhood that will only get more exciting.
Nice to have candlepin bowling available again. Small balls work well with little kids, plus gutter guard rails.
The BEST pizza in the allston/brighton area hands down -
Stopped in on my way to Boston and was very impressed by how delicious the food was and how fresh the ingredients were. I didn't get to bowl but will definitely be back!
Love there pizza
Cool place, great vibe, fun bowling
Very loud. Flatbread was delicious. Many good draft beers. Seemed to be popular with families
Fun for all ages
Reasonably priced pizza, great bar with tons of natural light and a fun atmosphere of candle pin bowling in rhe background. The bowling is a little expensive but fun to watch.
Wonderful place to go for a date or even with kids.the food is delicious the atmosphere is very fun.up and downstairs bowling lanes music and tasty pizza.plus up and down bars with different beer on tap.who couldn't have fun there?drinking or not.the place is cool
It was good.
Awesome pizza at a reasonable price as well as a wide selection of beers. The manager Evan is also really nice.
Love this place! Service was good. Bowling shoes were in good condition. Pizza was good, especially for a bowling place! Had a salad that was really fresh. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars was because we had to keep score manually.
The food is good. However, we must have came on an off night. Sunday evening before a Monday holiday...place was busy however the staff seemed very new. Apparently they weren't expecting it to be busy. I'll try it again but if it's anything like tonight, I probably won't be coming back.
Almost no wait even though we had a party of 12. Great, service, food and bowling. They have vegan options if that matters to you. Can not recommend enough.
OK place for a drink and a bite.
(Translated by Google) the style of this bowling alley restaurant is quite special if you wish and have fun with friends made a good place to have a drink and eat a good pizza or salad we enjoyed our experience at this place which is close by Boston Bruins Training Center. The only negative thing about the experience and the slow waitress during our visit aside from this item was excellent (Original) le style de ce restaurant salle de quilles est assez particulier si vous désirez et avoir du plaisir entre amis fait un bon endroit pour prendre un verre et manger une bonne pizza ou une salade nous avons bien aimé notre expérience à cet endroit qui est à deux pas du centre d'entraînement des Bruins de Boston.le seul élément négatif de note expérience et la lenteur de la serveuse lors de notre visite mise à part cet élément c'était excellent
Decent enough pizza and beer
Finally some family entertainment in Brighton. Pizza, bowling. Great family hang out
For a Place right next to the bruins practice facility it was amazing they could not put the bruins game on
Visited Boston with the family and decided to try out candlepin bowling. We had a great time!! Bowling was fun and pizza was yummy. One thing to note, our Uber driver both to and from this place didn't have exact directions. It's like the GPS couldn't find the right address.
Excellent hand made flatbread pizzas! The sauce is impeccable!
Second time here and was again happy with everything. Menu is super simple, pizza and a salad, which at first I was not happy about but they do both items really well and it works out really good for groups. Pizza is solid, fresh and tasty ingredients. Great beer selection and to top it off you can play candlestick bowling. Can see this being a hit for larger groups/parties. Was all recently built so very modern and sleek etc. Location is close to transport.
I'm usually not a flatbread-style guy, I loved their pizza. The place is laid out really cool, and it was a fun environment upstairs watching the bowlers via the catwalk. Good beer selection and every staff member I interacted with was very friendly. Great time all around
Great pizza, really lacking service. Was hard to get a table despite many being open (???), wait staff was neglectful, took eight minutes to get a glass of water after asking for it, for example. The upper deck of seating is HOT, probably because it’s literally near the heating ducts. Place is too bright. Drinks were okay. Basically if you can go to a different Flatbread location, do that instead. Or just get take out.
Had a fun night with the wife, bowling and some Pizza!
We really enjoyed our bowling and pizza at Flatbread. The pizzas were creative, fresh, and delicious.
Came here for my best brothers birthday and we weren't disappointed. Delicious pizza, ice cold beer, and some bowling? What more can you ask for? My family knows I love bbq, and their bbq pizza was unforgettable. Cheers!
Delicious pizza while having some cozy bowling. Had a lot of fun.
Fun place. Really sweet and nice staff. Great beer collection. The bowling alley has lighter balls for people with back pain issues like myself. 4 star only coz all the flatbread pizzas we ordered were burnt. They have the brick oven which could be a bit difficult to maneuver so as to say ;P Overall nice place with okay food.
No reservation for parties less than 8
Great beer on tap, awesome pizzas
My family and I had a great time, and the pizza was delicious
Good place to hangout and bowl a few frames while enjoying the solid selection of beer on draft. There's two levels - both with tables for dining and adjacent lanes for bowling. The space is open and airy, with wood paneling throughout to give it a warm feel. They just opened a week ago, so bowling lanes come with a long wait on weekend nights.
Fun place with candlestick bowling. We didn't eat, but I'm sure the pizza is great. It's handtossed and baked in a word fire oven.
Nice atmosphere. I was so impressed on how fresh everything tasted. Definitely will be back
Great time and welcoming staff!
