We had a group trip here.The staff was very nice and accomadating. We had reserved it for 90 minutes and they offered 30 extra minutes due to malfunction in the system. We enjoyed our time there a lot.

Unlimited bowling on certain nights after 9, and cheap, pretty good drinks. Went during glow bowling and they were projecting sports games and popular TV channels at the end of the lanes. Basically all you could ask for in a bowling alley. They have a bar, too! Would recommend.

Brunswick is family friendly during the day and more adult oriented at night. It's a great place to find elusive ten pin in Massachusetts. Alleys are updated and well cared for but the building itself could use some TLC.

The cashier barely knew what she was doing, she kept giving us the wrong prices compared to what we were asking about. And we weren’t even informed about the cost of playing pool so we came out to a high price without even realizing that we were raking up the price. ALSO LISTEN THIS... we’re asking about how much we owed at the end, the lady said 180$, and after along time of figuring out how the hell it was so expensive, it turned out it was only 20$. I would NEVER recommend going there.

I am presently the head of the Men's Ministry at the church and the trip to Brunswick was the men's fellowship outing. I must say it was fun. We had to the chance to get out and just unwind a little bit and it was an experience. Overall, it was a good endeavor.

Good ol ten pin bowling in case you have some out-of-town visitors needing entertainment. Be warned it is busy busy busy on weekends and during specials - expect 45 minute wait for a lane during peak times. Decent video arcade with a card credit system (if you want to play a ton of games, or come often, you can get a deep discount by buying a lot of credits up front). Generic fried food, beer and wine. Lanes and balls are in pretty decent shape. I love me some good ol ten pin bowling so five stars.

Standard bowling alley w/ a few arcade games. Decent & typical food fare, good for a snack. Beer is available, always good for a ☆ in my book. I went on an early Wednesday afternoon so no wait for a lane. Two adults were running the front counter that day, and they were both friendly & helpful,... I've seen complaints in other posts so I want to make this crystal clear, they were great! I'm still looking for THE bowling alley in this part of New England, one with a party atmosphere, super good food, a big ol' bar, tons of games, a place I could spend an entire afternoon or night at. It seems Lucky Strike in Boston may check those boxes for me, but Brunswick Zone Lowell is definitely good for a family gathering for a few hrs if you're in the burbs. Check them out!

We had such great family fun here! The only thing I had a problem with was the groupon process for buying vouchers. The payment took forever 30 minutes to go through, the representative told us to just wait it out and the.voucger isnt valid for the day of purchase (it doesn't day that on the Groupon listing). Nevertheless, my son, husband and I had a blast playing games and laughing. Great way to get out of the house on a Sunday evening!

Great environment, great lanes, friendly staff except for one. This is the second time we had an issue with the bill with the same lady running the register. Please check the charges on your card and always make sure you keep your receipts. The first time, someone from our group paid their lane in cash. When we went to pay the balance, she claimed the other lane wasn't paid. That's when we showed the receipt that our friend texted. The second time, someone from our group asked to pay the bill for our combined lanes. She put his card info into the register and said he was all set. He asked for a receipt. She said none needed so he left and told us that the balance was paid for. Our remaining group bowled a few more games. When we went to pay the remaining balance, the lady at the register said we owe the entire balance for both lanes. Confused, I said I would call my friend to see if he could text me the receipt. She interestingly jumped in and said she knows he never got a receipt. When trying to explain what our friend mentioned to us, she would butt in and tell her story. I decided to call my friend anyways to see if there was a charge on his credit card. While on the phone, she kept trying to explain further and "let us off, this time" as if we did something wrong. I said, no need. If it turns out my friend didn't get charged, then we will pay the entire bill. It was almost as if she didn't want me on the phone to confirm things with my friend. In the end, he didn't see any charges. So we paid the entire bill. However, these two incidences have me and my friends on high alert when coming here again. Not only was she a bit rude, she seemed shady in how she handled his card.

I went bowling here recently and have all been throughout most of my life. Checks off all the boxes and what to expect with a standard bowling experience. I would recommend going during one of their deals as it can be a little pricey if you go during standard hours. For two people renting shoes and playing 3 games it went for over $40.

You have to go during the week when it's not so busy. It's a lot going on if you go on Saturday night. It's ADD Central. The only complaint I have about this place is the thing that comes down to clear the pins takes up time and is unnecessary after every throw. It doesn't matter if you paid to play by the game but if you get a Groupon for two hours of play then half the time is that stupid thing coming down (even if you don't hit any pins down). Other than that it's a great place.

Be prepared to throw up while your there I went with my cousins and their friends and right when we got to our bowling alley I went to the bathroom and after I threw up we left and the next morning I went to the bathroom and threw up too much germs in the alleys like the health department needs to look at this place the arcades have too much germs too never going back here

I love this place, I really do, but I haven't been able to bowl the past 3-4 times I went because leagues take up 41 out of the 44 lanes for 3 hours! So there's only 3 lanes that open bowlers can use? That doesn't seem too fair. I know the leagues pay quite a bit of money to play here but it's has happens multiple times during the week and weekends! I just want to bowl a couple games :(

These lanes used to be wonderful to the local public schools teachers. However, since they were bought and are operated by a company way out of state for the booking, planning our school events there has been an awful experience. It is disappointing that the organization of the lanes has deteriorated so far so quickly.

Great time had by the family. We went and were surprised by a free kids bowling event. Place is clean, well lit, good music and lots of screens. They also have food options and beers available. Pricing is good for bowling and shoes too! Only reason it gets 4 instead of 5 stars is the arcade area. The arcade goes by "points" instead of coins so something like air hockey (which didn't have enough air to float the puck) costs like $3.

1) They force you to rent their shoes even if you have the correct ones 2) I did not get the ball size I wanted and I ended up screwing up my whole night and wasted my money!! 3) Would not recommend on Fridays since it's full and you have very less chance of getting the size of ball you're comfortable playing with.
