This is a fun enough place. Not super flashy or youthful. Which is great because you don’t have to pay a bunch of money just to see flashy lights. The food is just run of the mill bowling alley food. It’s the quintessential small town bowling alley except in the middle of Hagerstown. I love it. Just wish they played music.

This is a much nicer facility than others we have been in around Hagerstown. It seemed clean and only semi dated. There has been a few renovations, that you could tell had been made. We didn't make it downstairs for regular 10 pin, but duck pin was fun with the kids and the staff took a little interaction to warm up, but once we talked with them they were very friendly. We will definitely be back here when we want to go bowling again.

I was charged for 5 games when I only played 4, my first game was restarted after the lane they had me on malfunctioned, their system is outdated, when you walk in it feels like you're walking back in time and not in a good way. The newest thing in there was the TVs and they weren't even the newest, maybe 2006 models. I still had a good time with my date but wasn't exactly the best time nor the time we were hoping to have!!!

If you are not a regular the staff will be very rude to you. The person behind the food counter ignored a friends of mine for 15 min while they were trying to order food.

Great place to go when you want to have fun without killing your wallet, great food, great lanes, and a friendly staff, that they use to beat you with if you don't pay. Lol jk the crew there is great though.

For bowling place, this place is really nice. We had a lot of fun here and we enjoyed even the bowling alley food. The staff for overly friendly even though we broke our Lane. I can't say that I would go back here, but if you're in the area and you have nothing to do, it's worth going to.

I had the worst time bowling they would not allow us to eat cake inside for my sons 8th bday unless i paid for the party so i offered to pay the $75 which was only 5 dollars more then i already paid but they refused i had to eat cake in the parking lot!

As for the review saying service is terrible, that is a straight lie. I attended a private school. And for 3 Years was on a bowling league at this bowling alley. Had the best of service i have seen from any Buisness. They truly cared. Ad at our yearly graduation, they came personally and handed out awards!And i know from experiece that i was coached very well by these people!

The bowling was fun, the staff that you interact for just bowling was friendly and all around nice and helpful. The food staff downstairs, specifically the older of the two that we saw, need some better customer service manners. My husband took back a pitcher of Yuengling that was obviously soured and got some major attitude for it, I suppose we should've just drank it and got sick. Other interactions with her all seemed like we (and other people) were annoying her when wanting to buy something.

Just recently found this place. It has duckpin bowling which my husband has been doing since he was very young. Hard to figure out automatic scoring at first ( he has always done paper scoring). Very fun time. Has food and drinks also.
