Burgers are great Broadway Fries, the same. Nathan All beef hotdogs, should be, but they choose to boil them until they are mush in a bun. Make you gag and hope you can go 50 feet to the "throne" and gak!

The Pro Shop has some of the best, well educated, and experienced people. I won't purchase ball, or get a ball drilled anywhere else.

Great Lanes, very up to date, food is terrible. Shoes are new. Very accommodating for kids. They brought over the Alley-gator, they keep the kids sized balls together so we didn't have to wander and wander looking for them and they had toddler size bowling shoes.

As for the alley Itself its ok all in all. But pro shop hours are not correct online. They are only open Monday thru Wednesday and sometimes on Saturday. Other then that don't bother. Two star rating is for the pro shop only. Update your hours so people don't waist gas and time if your not going to be open.

Quiet place for bowling inside a military base. Fast-food, liquor, beer, pizza and video games for the kids. The place is well maintained and clean but compared with more modern facilities is a little bit old fashioned.

Bowling was fun with the family. The facility was a bit aged, but clean. However, the customer service at the food bar was sub par. Supposedly the 5 PM employee didn't show up on time, so in turn the employee present felt his shift was over no matter what. He refused to take any orders, informed my family there was no food, closed the food bar and left. Definitely not a good experience.

Had a great time visiting the area and bowling with my son who is stationed there. The facility feels run down (but that's every military bowling alley in the world)... But it gives it charm. The lanes were a bit over oiled IMO but I had to use house equipment since I was on business travel, so no telling how my own ball would've reacted on the lanes. Fun time, and great prices. Son was a cheap date.

Lanes were well-maintained and consistent throughout play. Affordable pricing for military members. They also run a lot of different promotions, so be sure to visit to get all the details. When we went, there was holiday pricing, Tuesdays had $1 days including games, hot dogs, pizza slices, etc.

The Lanes at Fort Meade is easily the best maintained bowling alley in the DMV. It's difficult to get too as it's on the military base Fort Meade, but well worth the hassle. The food is typical lane fare, but the staff at the snack bar is always ready and willing to help. The Lanes Fort Meade is home to the Buds Scratch Trio PBA experience league, and the house always puts on a great league experience.

You cannot beat Dollar Thursdays. $1 bowling, shoe rental, pizza slices, hot dogs, mini burgers, french fries, and soda. Dinner and bowling for around $20.

I often came here on Thursday nights for Trivia night and would be pounding the $1 beers (trivia night special) in hopes that it would jog my memory for some hard-to-remember answers to questions. The bar staff is adequate but due to only being one server, it often takes a lot longer to get your food. But in general, the time it takes to get food, even going to the food counter takes an unforgivably long time but since I never got food here, my rating is based off MY personal experience. I did bowling after the Trivia nights to help "sober up" after the beer-pounding during Trivia night. It's a fun time and the $1 games on Thursdays is an added plus to going out here. I will have to come back sometime as soon as my schedule allows. :)

Incredibly, inexcusably rude older man issuing the shoes around 3pm today. Blown away that you would talk to customers like that. Telling people to shut their mouth, and to hurry up because they were cutting into his lunch. Just gross.

So, my daughters and I came in on a Sunday. The place isn't that busy. The guy doing the food is Rude! I paid with Cash, he snatched it out of my hand and quickly slapped my change and receipt back in it . The guy running the counter is a bit old...which is why he couldn't 1) tell that the Jukebox wasn't playing, 2) figure out how to turn up the volume so he went back to his newspaper, and 3) "accidently" turned off my lane instead of the group that left. The problem is that since it is on base, and are convenient for Soldiers, they don't have to respect anyone or hold a standard. The last time I was in with my family it took them over an hour for a slice of pizza. SERIOUSLY!!!!
