I have attended two parties at this location and have always enjoyed myself. We always are set up to the far right in front of the bar and for a little added privacy. The staff is always kind and helpful and attentive to our needs. The drink selection is above average the food is what you’d expect being served at a bowling alley but all in all it was fine. The bowling is amazing the lanes are well-kept and out of our group of 20 people I did not hear of a single person who cannot find a bowl to use

Pretty basic place. I love the concept of it but the execution falls flat. Luckily they rely on a local crowd that just wants to bowl and doesn’t have high expectations for an establishment such as this. They should look at places like Radio Social in Rochester and maybe learn how to gain some character. The food was below average. Obviously frozen food heated up. They have unnecessary high fees for bringing in outside food such as cake. Half of the games are non functional or score incorrectly. They only saving grace are the the lanes and the furniture are comfortable. You pay twice and much for the music videos and the couches.

One person waiting on 45-50 people took over 1-1/2 hours to get a turkey club sandwich and the bread was either hard from setting out or stale. Then went to the bar to get a drink and the bar only had one person working it. Several people just walked out stating they were going somewhere else. You would have thought having a well known band and on a holiday night when people were out celebrating they would have been better prepared !!! Me and the dozen people in our group won’t be back .

When you first walk in. Good atmosphere. But service is TERRIBLE. When first paying, staff seemed annoyed to give answers to our questions we had... since we’d never been there before. Had to approach a waitress to get an order in. Drinks took over 30 minutes to get. We were almost through our first game by the time we got them. Then took another 40 minutes to get the calamari we ordered. It looked as if it was someone’s leftovers. No sauce. And the waitress basically threw the plate down and ran off before we could even comprehend that she’d brought that over. Not asking if we needed any more drinks or wanted any silverware/ napkins. At this point we went to as for a manager to come over when possible. When 20 minutes went by and we were done with bowling no one had yet to come by. Boyfriend went up to ask again. Their come back is we can bring you another serving of calamari... which was beside the point at this time. The whole “good atmosphere” had basically been ruined at this point. They took it off the check and comped is with a $25 gift card. Which at their rates will hardly cover anything & we plan NOT on coming back

No complaints here. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Perhaps they changed their employees from the previous ones. Bowling prices are very reasonable, show rental is high I think. We didn't eat but checking out the menu it is definitely over priced for food and drinks considering it's all frozen food that is reheated . I recommend highly if your going for the bowling.

Went to seven 10 last evening and wanted to see for myself and not judge a book by its cover. The review you read are complete accurate. The establishment is great. Modern, Clean, updated, and over all "fancy". The service was above par. She was attentive, polite, making sure we had everything we needed while juggling 4/5 other groups of bowlers and walk in customers. Major disappointment is the pricing!! I am not so much upset about the bowling price as I am the alcohol. IT IS EXTREMELY OVER PRICED. My girlfriend and I had a total of seven drinks, two of which was a draft beer. We also had a flat bread and our bill was $85. I was blown away to say the least. I was there with another couple and between bowling and our food and beverage tab we spent a total grand total around $260.00 for 3 hours of bowling and a handful of drinks. Will not be going back until the adjust there prices for the location. We are located in Hagerstown Maryland, WE ARE NOT IN THE CITY so do not charge us as if we are!

The atmosphere was very nice but the lanes themselves had some issues of their own. My friends who would use spin techniques couldn't ever bowl correctly on these lanes. The lanes didn't allow the ball to spin freely and instead gripped the ball too much. These are not properly maintained lanes even in amateur sense. Hopefully they'll add more oil so others can enjoy the facilities completely.

This is one of the worst establishments I have ever spent my money in. Not only, are they overpriced, but the staff is horrible, and acts as if customers are a bother. The cashier placed my change on the counter, after it was placed in his hand, the waitress brought menus, and never came back to take our order, and no one said anything when we walked in the door, although the manager and 2 other staff members, were literally standing in the way. I wouldn't throw my dog a party here!!

Went for something to do before the ball dropped on 2017...kind of pricey but I maybe that was because it was 12/31. A modern feel, serves alcohol (many beers on tap), staff wasn't the best.

The most expensive bowling alley that i ever have visited! Three games with shoes for 2 people was $50.00+ . The bowling alley was so dark i couldn't see where to roll the ball! Lol. The numerous amount of t.v. screens were impressive. The best deal they had was bowling from 10-1pm... $25.00 for 3 hours on Friday and Saturday night.

This bowling alley is very nice. Awesome interior that really has a modern feel. This place has a huge arcade and nice pool tables. The dining areas and seating next to the bowling lanes is a great idea. It's over priced and pretty expensive here though. I came with friends during the all you can bowl night on Friday/Saturday and you need to make reservations to get a lane or end up waiting for about a hour for one. The wait staff was not very good either cause they messed up our orders and couldn't keep the drinks full. The laser lights and big screen with music videos playing was a very cool attraction though.

I was there today with my kids and the manager Jennifer started yelling at another employee across the bowling alley criticize her it was the most unprofessional thing I have ever witness. I felt so bad for the employee. I will never return and do not recommend taking your family there very unprofessional and very out of line

Expensive bowling definitely worth the cost. I am holding the 5th star hostage untill they repair their DDR machine. (Edit: Had an amazing time with close and dear friends out of state. Our server, Taylor B., was amazing making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. And... DDR was fixed. Fifth star earned and more. An amazing place to go and have fun!!!!!)

This place is one of the nicer bowling alleys I've been to. It's definitely be renovated and they have a nice bar. The food is better than standard bowling places. But be warned the nice amenities makes this place more expensive than your average bowling alley. Plan on going when they are running specials during the middle of the week. 2 people, 3 games with shoe rentals was around $50 on a Saturday afternoon.

Not impressed. The atmosphere seemed nice when we arrived, couches were nicer than typical bowling alley chairs. That's about all I have positive to say here. Restrooms we're not clean, both paper towel dispensers were empty, and the air dryer was the least effective I've ever used. The first lane we bowled in broke on the third frame. When maintenance couldn't fix it, we were moved to another lane. The second lane broke twice more by the time we'd finished a second game. I usually think of bowling as a family friendly activity, but here the music and videos were not family friendly. I would not bring my children here and cringed that the children in the next lane over were being bombarded by the same images on the screens and lyrics in their ears... I have no interest in returning to this location in the future.

My good friend and I went here on a Friday and I was amazed how nice this place is! The bowling alley was very well maintained, they have pool, a game room, a bar, a sitting area to eat as well a bar and then they have a club! This is a great place to have a party with friends family and enjoy it with the locals. We're actually going to get a party bus from Frederick to start attending because Frederick doesn't have anything close to an all in one fun house. The staff was great and although the club was not packed...we had a fabulous time. I went 2 weekends ago. I did forget one thing...it can be expensive but great place for a date or hanging out with friends.

Great atmosphere horrible lane conditions one of the worst bartenders I have ever seen. I could serve drinks faster with my eyes closed. his bartop and behind the bar were fifthly and he acted like it was an inconveince to ask for a drink. The staff in general acted as if they were upset customers were there. The prices was pretty high as well and the music was great if you were a 17 yr old girl. Under good management this place could be something special.

The bowling lanes were good and the facility was clean and not very busy. But the food service took forever and when it did come the fries were soggy and the chicken tenders were dry. The arcade was adequate but there was no staff visible at all and the reload card machine that said it took both card and cash only offered the cash option no card at all. The prize area to redeem for prize items was bare bones! The only items available were the 750 tickets or higher! Kinda sad. Probably won't be coming back here anytime soon unfortunately!

Nice place when you walk in but they nickle and dime you for everything even the arcade cards and it was 20 dollars for the pool table and they said and I quote " Its 20 dollars for a hour even if you don't play for the whole hour it is still 20 dollars" Plus I brought 12 people with me and they would not cut me a deal. I would find another place to bowl!!

The arcade is okay. Things turned sour when the waitress and my date started flirting. All in all, it was kind of awkward. When I first showed up it felt like going to the house of another friend's friend. Where you have to explain why you're there. Wasn't worth it. Also, apparently the thirst is real.

SevenTen is AWESOME! I've been about six times now since it opened, bringing different people with me each time and we always have a great time. Very modern and clean, not what you would expect from a typical bowling alley. It's worth the 40 minute drive!

I went to 710 for the first time last night. I was pretty disappointed. We had no reservation and the wait was at least an hour. I was fine with waiting. However, the staff was aweful. I got told 2 different things by 2 different people at the front desk. First it was an hour wait then over an hour. So we asked about getting some food while we waited. Again 2 different stories. One said oh we can send a server over the other said just go sit at one of these tables and a server will come. The restaurant part was apparently closed though they were still serving food at the tables in the alley. So we sat down at the tables and waited... waited... waited.... servers constantly walking by but none bothered to stop. I'm a patient person and it was busy so I gave them plenty of time. We sat there 30-45 minutes. Still nothing. The servers were realtively quick to get the new people on the lanes menus and drinks as i sat there waiting. After that I was just done. Tired of being ignored. I complained to one of the staff at the desk and they were very unconcerned but said they would tell the manager. I'm sure that never happened. We also checked out the little arcade. It was in decent shape. But the prize counter was closed. There was a sign that said it closed at 8pm but we were there before 8. A little disappointing to anybody who wanted to play. Imo if the arcade is open the prize counter should be too. Its no fun to have your child win tickets and then not be able to redeem them! The prize counter and a couple of the games really didn't look like they belonged in the building. Rather 'run down' by comparison to the rest of the building. Prices were also a bit high at $7.50 per person per game and a $4 shoe rental. I expected them to be a bit higher considering the look of the place. But It wouldn't be a good place for those on a budget or multiple children. However, they do have some nice weeknight specials. Bottom line the building was nice and it looked well kept. Staff and service need a lot of work. Highly doubt I'll ever be back. Very disappointed.

I went here first thing when they opened an the bathroom were dirty from the day before staff acted like they didn't want to be bothered by us or you couldn't find them half the time an it wasn't even busy. Terrible customer service provided EVERY time. I have been there a handful of times and it's always bad! In the bowling alley and in the bar/club area. It's expensive, and the atmosphere is nice but if I am spending $200+ for bowling with my family I expect good treatment! I doubt we will ever go back. Just not worth it.

$175 for unlimited bowling and some food for myself and two friends last time I went. But if I'd waited for a deal it could've been around $100 so the pricing is really up to when you go. Also probably just don't eat here because the food is definitely too expensive. The staff is pretty nice and it should be expected they'll be slow on nights when every alley is being used. It's loud as all hell here, which I love, but it had the older people in the lane next to us complaining forever.

We took our children and had a nice time. It is a little pricey but a nice, clean bowling alley. Our server was attentive and quick to refill drinks. We ordered burgers, boneless wings and a grilled cheese. The food was good and quantities were large. I look forward to returning in the future.

Terrible experience. We were insulted at the register when asked about a promotion and the manager is a joke. One of the employees basically said we suck at bowling? Like seriously?! All we wanted to was to bowl and have a good time but they made sure that wouldn't happen. I've never had worse customer in service in my life! Steer clear of this overpriced craphole.

The building is really nice. Great staff, decent food. The pricing is very aggressive, though. $20 for an hour at a pool table and then it's $.33 every minute after. Almost feels like they don't want customers to stay, buy more drinks and food. I wish the pricing was less aggressive. I wanted to stay longer, have a few more beers and play pool. But I just am not willing to spend extra to play pool and buy drinks. I can agree with a time limit, but 1 hour is just too short.

Avoid, if possible. This place is way too expensive for bowling. $7+ per person PER GAME?! That's insane. Also, their games appear to be timed, so if you can't bowl a game in the time allotted, you're out of luck. We were cut off mid game with no explanation and no returned money. Just kicked out. Total rip-off, go somewhere else.

The staff attending to the game activities (bowling, pool, arcade) was great, and other than the food service this place is cool. We played almost 2 bowling games before we were finally served half our food which was cold to the touch. Obviously it was returned and we were never billed. Food service staff was pathetic and health wise the food is a concern due to their lack of proper food temperatures. The fried calamari was soggy, cold and looked like remnants, or staff walked by and snacked on my food for 45 minutes before serving it...or the price to portion is completely off based on location. Don't call something gourmet if it comes prepared and frozen.

Had a party here. It was nice. Great for a mixed group of work people. Honestly I've been there three times now for staff parties. Its been nice every time. Not a big fan of bowling but they do a nice job of hosting people. Pizza was good. Chicken strips too. Kids love the game room. Previously we had pasta type dinners and I remember them being OK too.

Customer service was absolutely horrible. They claimed 1 am was 2 am and then acted bothered that customers were there. When we walked out they basically complained, called us names and said they could’ve left hours ago if it wasn’t for us, (we only played two games). The waitresses had no trouble attending to the males of our group, when it came to the females they didn’t seem to interested to . Definitely will not go again.

We had our annual holiday party at Seven Ten yesterday and it couldn't have been better. The staff was helpful and attentive, the food was excellent, and we all had a great time. While we were there I stuck my head into the restaurant/venue area. Looks great. If you're planning an event or simply want to go bowling with friends, I would recommend this place. I remember the days when bowling didn't cost you a paycheck to enjoy it. Nice lanes and playing area. Ball selection should be improved. I prefer balls that fit my fingers without breaking them because of the weight. Bathrooms not clean at all. It looked like someone smeared their snot all over the place. Food is pretty good if you don't mind tacking that on to the price tag. Speakers playing music kept going out and crackling. All-in-all I'd go here again, but not often.

We went there for the first time for our company Christmas party...and we were very impressed. It supposedly was renovated recently, and it shows...the place is very nice inside. It is quite upscale for a bowling alley, which is a welcome change. We would definitely go back.

After five years of passing by finally took the family in and I have to say I was very impressed with the upscale look and feel. Beautiful lanes, bar and lounge. Very nice staff and surprisingly very good food. I will definitely be returning for bowling and checking at the after hours lounge. Big thank you to Maurice for his hospitality.

It is okay if you want to spend lots of $$$. Very overpriced and terrible service. When we went our group of twelve people, two lanes was reserved on a Tuesday for the time spot of 10PM to 1230AM on a Saturday. The people at the front desk were unaware that one could book online for reservations and had a manager come out to fix the situation. $22.00 a person for unlimited bowling. It took ten minutes to get our shoe size for bowling shoes and we were the first in line! Our server, upon entering the lanes was no where to be found. Once found, we ordered 3 buckets of beer $20 for 5 bottles, and 2 pizzas, ($12 each). The first pizza came out after 12 people bowled a whole game. The waitress assured us that we would receive our second pizza in a shorter amount of time than the first. WRONG! Our pizza came midway through our third game of bowling and I spoke to a manager about our very dissatisfaction of service. I told the manager we would not be back. EVER! From the time we came in to the time we left was the worst experience. I get if your busy but the manager tried to say that the reason our second pizza was because of the cooks misinterpreting the orders for the people beside us. I used to be in the service industry and this place has no class whatsoever. For being the "best" bowling alley in Hagerstown; I was very displeased.

Food is pretty good, but beer on tap was stale/flat. Probably was in the line too long as we were one group of maybe 4 all night. Lanes are very dry if you're an experienced bowler it will haunt you. Still a great place to have some drinks food and relax with friends.

I was there last night. We got lane 5, then after 4 games it had some issues. We went to the Front desk and explained the the guy that our lane wasn't working. He said he fixed it, we walked over there it was still the same thing. Then he said i told you guys to go to lane 7 instead. So we moved to lane 7. Then after two more games it ended without us even finishing our game. We gave up and wanted a refund since we wasted our time and money and didn't even get to play one full game! The guy at the front was extremely rude and gave really bad customer service. He told us bye have a nice night when we tried to tell him how unfair it is to us since it's their problem and not ours. I'm extremely disappointed in this place! Paid $23 for nothing! SMH

Where to begin? We booked a Birthday Party for my 12 year old daughter and were not very pleased at all. Management needs a wake up call. We were treated as if we were just another table in the waitresses section, NOT as a special party that was dropping over $400.00 to bowl and have pizza. After I complained to the manager, he never spoke to me again the rest of the night. I waited around for 45 minutes after the party was over to pay the bill, but no one ever came back to give it to me. I then stood at the waitress station, waiting for my bill, ignored. I had to go outside to call the place and leave a message on the voicemail for someone to call me so I could settle the bill. After 4 days, I was finally able to speak to the event coordinator. I explained the following problems to her: We were promised a dedicated attendant for our party that we did not get. We shared a table with some random guy drinking beer. It took 20 minutes, from the first to the last pizza, to get all of our pizza delivered for our 16 guests. We were promised 3 lanes and then were only given 2 because in the fine print of the contract it says they can do that. Four of the kids had to hold their bowling balls on their laps because there just isn't enough room for 8 to a lane. I wanted to also bowl, but that just wasn't possible with only 2 lanes. The kids only got a chance to bowl 1 game.....1 game in two hours. To top it off, the 2 hours we were there, the lanes on each side of us were empty. After listening and writing it all down, she says,"Ok, now all I need is your credit card number." Her only concern was the money, not the problem. I asked to speak to a manager before I paid the bill, so I was transferred to the Owner, Ash. His first statement to me was," So I understand that you will not pay your bill" and that he was going to call the police and have his lawyer contact me. I was dumbfounded. I still did not know how much my bill was yet! How could I pay it? I expected at the very least, a discount or an apology, but it was clear that wasn't going to happen. He would not listen to anything I had to say. I was told that after I paid the bill he would listen to my complaint and make everything worth my while. So I paid the bill and he offered for me to come back with my family and he would pay for my bowling....sorry, but not enough. After I stated to him that wasn't enough, he then said he would go so far as to pay for my meal as well. Too Late, the damage was done. I don't usually do this, but the management is appalling. I have been in the hospitality business for over 20 years, and all I can say is that I am ashamed at how I was treated. I will never go back. Had he treated me with respect and offered an apology, I would not have written this review. With that style of management, I don't look for them to be around long.

This place is absolutely amazing the manager Terry is great people. He was energetic and engaged the entire night. Hagerstown is a small town and 7-10 brings us together. If your looking fun, great drinks, and no drama this is the place you want to be. The security is delightful and accommodating. The dance floor and atmosphere is amazing. The bartender is quick and pleasant. The DJ provided a mix of music that kept people dancing. Arrive before 10:00pm and its free. After 10:00pm it's 10 dollars. I arrived at 9:45pm not Alot of people. However hold on tight because by 10:30-11:00 the people were flowing in. Can't say it enough 7-10 is going to put hagerstown on the map. Go check it out. LOVED EVERY MOMENT. Take it from me 7-10 is the move. This spot is going to blow all the others out the water. Ashley Johnson-Promoter
