I love this place. Cool and nice place to bowl with your love ones and significant other. Well seniors bowl here more often but I love it because if their experience and they are all willing to share if you want. One of them even gave me a learner video CD, which really help me as a beginner. I love it. Good music, friendly staff. I love it.

Staff is rude other than that it's a cool place, however they dishonor their policies such as kids bowl for free and the special with a group of four. Also an adult environment explicit songs and videos shown. Not kid friendly as advertised

Eveytime I visit this bowling alley they are closed to the public due to league bowling. On top of that the customer service sucks.! The one time I visited this bowling ally the manger by the name of Burnie was very rude. As I approached the front desk he didn't acknowledge me nor did he speak when I greeted him. When I spoke the second time he turned around and said mam I'm busy instead of greeting me and telling me he's busy give him a minute....I then asked for the manager he stated he was the manager and if I wanted to speak with someone else I need to speak with the owner. He told me have a nice day as to say he would no longer service me. I was turned off and left the bowling alley.I will never return.

Riverdales bowling alley has put a twist on the lanes on Friday nights they turn down the lights and turn up the music. Then they turn on the black lights and drop down movie screens and it's fantastic

I have always liked Rinaldi. Now you have to go through security check and follow their rules, but that doesn't bother me. My family enjoys Rinaldi everytime we go.

REALLY NO DAMN STARS switched lanes 4 times within 7 frames, score talking was completely off then they tried to say no refunds. THE PLACE IS A JOKE NOW, I SEE WHY THE PARTING LOT WAS EMPTY

The lady at the front desk was very rude...she rolled her eyes and walked away while i was asking her questions ...could not give any directions on how to get there...then when i got there she said mon thru sat is for leagues only..so why couldn't she state this over the phone....bad business for those who are not with a league

Historic place. Still in great shape. Great for anyone, of all ages. Do note that on Friday and Saturday nights are open later and after 9pm the prices change (slight increase) but you get so much more. Light show, live DJ, crazy awesome vibe. This is wonderful for dates or group dates as well.

My Family and I had a great time at Rinaldi's in Riverdale. I made reservations for my Husband's Birthday for a party with children and our lanes were equipped with bumpers as requested, food service was slow because Ms. Jackie was with no assistance. Thanks and GOD BLESS YOU Ms. JACKIE and KUDOS to the front desk, and the bartender. We will be back!!!! Real Soon!!!

I called on Friday to inquire about bowling on Saturday. I was told it was first come first serve during the day but once we all got the was told it was league only until 9pm. That was a waste of time. We came all the way out there for nothing and it wasn't as nice as the website or pics.

I've came here just once. And they had a group special that wasn't honored when we arrived, it was for a group of 4(maybe 5) or more. If it wasn't for the bartender I'd given this place 2 stars. Hire a better staff

This is a nice, family-friendly bowling alley. The lanes are modern, with electronic scoring. Prices are reasonable, particularly before 5 PM, when the cost is $3.99 per person per game. The on-site grill serves basic bowling alley food (burgers, hot dogs, pizza, sandwiches, etc.). There's also a small lounge with a bar and a pool table. A fun place to spend time when the weather is too hot or rainy to do anything outside!

The Bowling Alley was really great and theirs music and video's (R&B and Rap). It's people dancing while bowling but theirs a line for lanes and shoes. The Police is in the Bowling Alley so when you walk in they check you bag and scan your body, but it's worth it to have fun.

The lanes and equipment seemed pretty great, but the customer service here is probably the worst I've ever experienced. Me and four other friends showed up to bowl on a Saturday night at 7:30 PM. When we all arrive, we attempt to ask about the special they have for groups over 4 on Saturdays. The older woman at the front desk was very quick to respond in a curt and stern manner, as though we should've known better to even ask, that no we could not get the special because all the pizzas were gone and League bowling would be starting within the 2 hour time frame of the special. I've worked in customer service for years and I've never experienced such hostility from employees then at this place. The people working in the bar and kitchen were the same. It was as if they'd rather us not be there! My friends and I don't plan to ever come back.

The silliest thing ever. Came in during league bowling and waited for the open public bowling. Had to go back to the door after league bowling ended to stand in the line for security to do bag and b9dy checks. If someone had a gun they would've already stashed it. Not recommended. And staff personalities suck.

This is my all time favorite bowling alley in the DC area! They have been closed for a long time, but they have renovated and are open again! As of Sept 2013. It is a no nonsense real bowling alley. You can bring your own bowling gear, plus grab some bar food and a drink if you so inclined.

Great. Well secured, family friendly. Does not allow loitering. Food kinda expensive. Bar lines get long. Prices are kind of high compared to some of the other locals. It's nice, especially at night during gallactica bowling. Only thing I didn't like was our pictures didn't show up under bowling photos.

The kids have a wonderful time bowling but trying to get something to eat there is horrible they claim they don't have anything back there to cook but I've been there on too different days and the lady that work in the food station has a bad attitude but after being told the last time I was there we was told they that no pizza crust was there but as we was leaving I ask the group where did they cry the pizza from they tell me from the same lady that said they didn't have any. Management really needs to fix that
