Classic bowling alley but terrible service and staff. Couldn't get food or a drink without waiting 30 minutes or more. Staff training seems non existent. Too bad because it's a great facility.

This place is the WORST IN THE WHOLE world. there pizza was horrible I nearly threw up. The man at the counter was so rude and, and ignored dme for a really long time until I finally went up and told him for the 15th time. The food and service were horrible might never go again, I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Bowling is great, and super fun when they turn down the lights. They should invest in one or two more kids "dinosaur ramps" for multiple kid parties. As for the food, popcorn was so salty is was inedible and the pizza had a lot if cheese, but the sauce needs some more flavor. I used to bowl here with my family when I was a kid, so it's been around for almost 50 years I think. Always fun, though!

A great place to visit. The people are always nice and friendly. The lanes are maintained very well. We have never experienced a broken or defective lane. The restroom is clean and presentable. Tables are constantly cleaned. The food is your typical bowling alley food but good to eat. They have large salads with generous helpings of meat.

Went for 2 straight Sundays and told there was a 2 hour wait. The lady at the desk took down my name and number on a small square of paper so we could reserve a lane for my nieces birthday for the 11th of February at 10 a.m. She said there would be a lane for us! Upon arrival, the lady denied ever taking down my information and said there were no lanes available! We will never go there again!!

Went bowling on a Sunday morning with adults with disabilities. Customer service was great. She offered us bumpers and a lane with no one beside us.

The place is in pretty good shape. The ramps for the kids were pretty rough looking and crooked. There was no option to only have bumpers up for just the kids. We all had to use bumpers.

Came here with my family, which includes young children one afternoon for a little bowling fun. We reserved two lanes earlier in the week and were able to add a third lane when we got there due to extra people in our group. We bowled two games and decided to add a third when I noticed the bowling specials sheet by the register showed Tuesday and Thursday were buy one game get one free, just like the website says. I checked my receipt and noticed we weren't given the deal, so I inquired. The man said specials are not honored if you reserve a lane ahead of time, you have to just show up and hope they have lanes available for that. He told me that should have been explained when I made the reservation, but I told him it was not. He refunded me over $30 on the spot and I felt that was fair. During the course of our game, I realized that it was Wednesday and should not have received the discount, so we settled up before I left. I work rotating shifts and just came off nights so I had my days wrong, but I give them an "A" for customer service. Overall, I'd say I was pretty happy with our experience. Great customer service. Prices are a bit high though if you don't grab a special, and it would be nice if the website reflected the no special on reservations policy. Will return.
