We waited for ten minutes before anyone came to the counter so we could get a lane and shoes. When the lady finally waddled out she was so rude we ended up leaving. This was our third time going in three weeks and we won’t be going back. Furthermore the place is absolutely filthy.

Gone a few times in afternoons. Hasn't been super busy when we have gone. Food is just so-so, but it'll do in a pinch. They participate in the Kids Bowl Free program so kids get 2 free games every day in the summer.

I love this place always have. It has been my forever rock and bowl night. But what pissed me off along with other bowlers was that The workers will allow their families to come and let them do whatever. If your family don't know how to act appropriate and respect others don't bring them outside! People are so disrespectful and rude. Had their idk prolly 1 year old running around going to people's lanes rolling balls, even walked off and their parents not knowing or caring. It's not a daycare watch your own damn kid! Complaining was pointless cause they are "family". People left early and we had to get moved to another lane because they took our lane over when we stepped outside. It was definitely a disappointment!

Horrible customer service!!! Place wasnt even 30% full and a pizza takes an hour??? Bathrooms are dirty. People are rude and have no manners. Staff at the counter are more concerned with their cell phones. Never again

My family and I got food poisoning on Saturday November 12th. We're still recovering nearly one week later. Fun for the family but don't eat their food. I have a feeling the kitchen and/or the staff handling the food is/are very unsanitary.

They don't honor group on. Put people behind the counter that are not employ. Made us wait for an hour to see if a lane opens up, and when it did the supervicer attended us and said that they wont ascept our group on. They wanted for us to pay cash instead. Told us to call group on and get money back and that the lanes that are open are already rented for the rest of the knight. After they made us wait all that time. Very roude people unpolite.

My friends and I purchased a groupon to try duckpin bowling since this is a new version for us. We had fewer people than the groupon was for and the staff was helpful and let us use the extra game as a credit for one person toward a second round. The concession stand was well run and the pricing is extremely reasonable. We had a great time and will definitely return. It was refreshing to see such a friendly staff that listened to customers and tried to help them. They also have cosmic bowling Saturday nights.

As an avid bowler of regular 10-pin, going duckpin bowling was pretty fun. It's definitely different, and requires a different approach, but I can totally see myself going more often. Overall the facilities seemed nice, I didn't try any of the food so I can't speak to that. The staff were welcoming and informative. The lanes they had going appeared well maintained, though like most bowling places, the systems seemed dated.

Good for little kids who can't pick up big bowling balls. Service wasnt so great booked party for 330 had to wait til 4 to start asked for the food to come at 430 got an attitude from lady qhen asked where was the food at 450 then got more attitude from her when asked where was the drinks. Other then service it was ok

Blacklight bowling night. Staff gave incorrect information on when to register and when bowling time started. We had to wait 20 minutes after start of event to see if lane available even though we had been there earlier that evening. Most of the arcade games were not working during the day but were working for blacklight bowling. Food portions are generous and kept warm under heating lamps because food is not brought out to the bowlers lane. Coke products only. Beer is served for those who indulge. The music is country, oldies rock and karaoke kid singing. The bowling was the best part of the night. The dj lacked a playlist of contemporary modern music. We will not be returning nor recommending to others.

Duck pin bowling is a lot of fun with children (and adults!) The place could use some small updates to vending machines and video games, but the alleys are decent condition. Also, some of the calls are dented/cracked.

Was only there a quick second.. Its not bad, not many people were there I think its more of a local spot. Food was good though, a little pricey but good. Bowling is $14 person including shoes. They had music and strobe lights going when we went.

Great facility that is very presentable. As a standard bowler, I enjoy the lanes and the uniqueness of duckpin bowling. Saturday night cosmic bowling is a blast and well worth the price (only $13 for 2hrs all you can bowl plus shoes). Highly recommend for a night out or family event.

Went in at 6pm after calling and being told that we could make a reservation for open bowling and use a $59 Groupon. 1)cashier was at the counter talking to another employee when we came in. Employee said he was leaving, left and cashier walked away even though we were clearly standing at the counter waiting to be waited on. 2) 5 mins later cashier comes out and we explain we want to use our Groupon for open bowling. He takes off to the office and gets a woman, who comes out with an attitude rolling her eyes while she’s wrapped in a blanket like she just woke up or something. She tells me I can’t use the Groupon or even bowl until 7:30 bc they’ve had tournaments all day and were not doing open bowling. But that’s not what I was told on the phone. Explained this and she got all nasty saying she didn’t know who I talked to but she’d been there all day and it wasn’t her. We came 7 hours from NY state to see our family and waited all day to do something together only to be severely let down and treated like trash. Do not recommend going there. I’d give them no stars if it let me.

To start, the staff was friendly, and that's where the positive ends. The rental shoes do not slide. Instead , you have to avoid falling on your face the whole time. Next, it was struggle to get all 10 pins to come down at one time. Either there would be 2 to 3 missing, or some would fall over when all 10 did finally did come down. I could go on, but the bottom line is, I won't be coming back.

Love this place!!! I was on there bowling team and I played bowling here for 13 years !!!! It was the best bowling team ever !!!! Great place to make friends !!! My favorite coach was Mr Tim !!! He helped me a lot to make it to state tournament and win state finals !!!! Sadly I didn't get to compete but my best friend that i met at states she cheered for me even though she wasn't on the same team but she was really nice to me she gave me a hug :) then when I came back from my cruise she told me we won the state final !!! Man it was the best 13 years of my life !!! :) I really miss it :)

DO NOT EAT HERE. Not only is the food over priced but it’s unsanitary to be served. Me and my friend went in for burgers and waited 20 minutes for the food only for my burger to be MOLDY and hers to be Uncooked. The employee serving food had a broken arm that had a cast that was absolutely filthy and was eating while taking orders and preparing meals. In all honesty it seemed like she was on drugs because of how unfocused she was and the way she slurred her words. Her excuse for the moldy burger was “I looked at it but it was only a quick glance”

So my daughter turned 4 she had an awesome time celebrating her birthday and sorta celebrated mother's day as well. With to teenage sons and a pre teen daughter and my work schedule it's hard for us all to have a good time together. I haven't seen the smiles on my family's face in a long time. They let me bring in a cake and just have fun in general great staff great DJ awesome atmosphere with the cosmic bowl. Thank you for giving our family the opportunity to celebrate and for get about the two tragic losses we have had recently

I put a 1 because they are nasty ,all have an attitude. The pins kept getting stuck and they would have an attitude if we went to tell them about it. They don't provide a party host to assist with the party. Definitely don't recommend this place

The new owner is great. Awesome place for a fun time. We went to AMF for 2 hours of bowling and spent a ton! Inexpensive for a fun time with friends or family. 10 out of 10 would go again. Highly recommended!!!!

Read a lot of negative reviews but I always use my own judgement. Glad I do too! It was very slow on a Sunday afternoon. The place could use a remodel, but the employees were very upbeat and fun to interact with. Didn't eat much, but the area was presentable and the ladies there were also very friendly. We didn't bowl, but came for the pool tables. There are 2 and in decent shape. It's a small place so not a lot of pool room, but the peace and quiet there made t worth the trip! We're going to go back to bowl!

They only had four lanes available with bumpers for the kids, but apparently the bowling league were on those lanes. We waited over an hour, but gave up and went for a normal lane. The ladies at the desk seemed stressed and unorganized. Only one register working with four families waiting. The girl behind the counter advised us that the pizza would take an hour to get to us. Of course the food is overpriced, but that's expected. If your're bringing kids, call ahead to see if the bumper lanes are available.

My home away from home since 2004. If you read a bad review on here, odds are it is written for the wrong bowling alley! The staff are great, prices are very good, and the lanes are well maintained. A very family friendly place, in both atmosphere and price. The best bowling alley on Ritchie highway! (and there are four)

Called ahead to check for open lanes. They said no problem plenty of lanes. Got their and they informed us we would have to wait for 2 hours . Really sucks because I had my grandson and 91 YEAR OLD MOTHER THANKS SO MUCH

Attended the birthday party of a friends child with my wife and stepdaughter. I decided to pay for an additional lane for some of the adults to bowl on while the children had fun. Was told by the owner that it would be $30 for 5 people to play one game. And then was informed that if anyone took a drink or food past the hardwood "they would be shot" I do not take threats like this lightly. When I said something to him about it he laughed and walked off. Myself and a few other parents where bowling our $30 game which was cut off during the 8th frame. When I asked the owner about it he said their system had a 1 hour time limit and there was nothing he could do about it... ok I let that go while the children bowled on the other 3 lanes that where previously paid for. All three of their lanes where cut off midgame... needless to say making for quite a few upset 4-8 year olds. Then the owner came down the Isle yelling at all the children to get back off the floor that their time was up. At this point I finally confronted the owner about his actions and the way he dealt with the the children and he informed me that he does this all the time and has no problems with the children but "always" has problems with the parents. (Well I understand why). At that point I decided it was best we all left before the problem escalated any further. Needless to say neither myself nor any of my friends will be back to this place. And if the owner does indeed have a ccp then i hate to say it but a state with already overly strict gun laws needs to review and reconsider his status. I would highly recommend that anyone avoid this place at all costs. There are other bowling centers in the area that are much safer and more family friendly.

I wanted to introduce my kids to duck pin bowling, so I found a Groupon for a family up to 6, and it included a large cheese pizza. We were excited until we got there. We arrived at 5:30 on a Saturday and it was evident that this bowling alley was not well diverse. They were playing slow country music on a Saturday evening. I didn't understand why the music did not represent diversity. There were a lot of kids there, so the music should have been a bit upbeat. My cheese pizza was hard and lacked cheese. I was very disappointed. They should have thrown it in trash, but instead, they served it to me. The bowling alley is dated, but everything seemed to work. The lady behind the desk made me feel uncomfortable when I first arrived. I came in about one minute before another lady. For some odd reason she found it necessary to apologize to the lady for helping me first. That was odd. I was there first, so it was only right to attend to me first. Overall, my kids were bored. Will I EVER visit this bowling alley again? NO!

Approaches could be a little better, but I usually am greeted and no issues really. Lanes break down occasionally but that happens in duckpins. The pinsetters were created in the 1950s. And the guy complaining about not getting all 10 pins down obviously doesn't care about the sport. At least try to have fun! Great staff, food isn't bad, I score decent here. I used to bowl in the youth leagues here until I could not accommodate with the times for the leagues.
