Really expensive for mediocre facility. The food was decent, but not worth the price. The lane seemed to be very poorly maintained and had virtually no oil; I tried to play with my own ball, which I use to hook, and it curved WAY too much. The ball return banged my ball up, so I had to switch to a house ball (which is not fun when you have your own). Also, the pin setter kept losing pins. Finally, and this is something I cannot understand, if someone in my lane threw a light ball (8 lb) it would shoot back up the lane to my left. Not a joke! The ball would come swiftly back up the gutter and even came into the sitting area the first time before we realized what happened! To be fair, it may have been an off night for everything, all at once. At least the staff was not unfriendly.

The ladies room could use a little more checking on, no soap to wash your hands after using the facilities doesn't get you five stars, we were eating as well as bowling, whether you had your own sanitizer or not.

Bowlero is a nice spot to enjoy bowling with family and /or friends. They serve alcohol and fast food. The service from the waitstaff is good but the people at the front desk kind of left us in the dark when we came in and were told that there was a wait. We weren't told how long the wait was, only that there was a "Wait". There were clearly lanes open...Ok...so, we waited until we got a lane about 30 min later, in the meantime, we ordered food and drinks but the drinks are not strong, for all of you who like to DRINK...they have a game room also, for those who want to break away from bowling or who have kids. Overall, a good place minus the clueless wait...lol

Came out with some friends on a Tuesday night where they advertised $2.88 games. In total, we played 4 games. Once we reached the counter to check out, it turned out to be they charged $2.88 per game per person, so we ended up paying for 12 games instead of 4. This was very disappointing as there was no fine print on the website nor did the staff member clarify. I don’t think I’ll be returning for a while.

I would recommend this place there are only 2 cashiers on a Saturday night they are not well organized. They open a tab when you come in but when you check out they take over an hour that’s to much of a wait . This concept is not very good of customers if they have to wait this long to leave it’s unacceptable!

Great place for beginners and skilled bowlers. Good snack bar and tremendous HUGE televisions, end to end spanning the complete width of the bowling alley. Bowl, eat and never miss a sports game on the larger than life TVs.

If it were not for the fact that they are conveniently located for me, it would be 3 stars. Prices are high for food. Music sucks and there is no way to change it (top management heavy handed). Getting their groupon is a waste, because you can get unlimited games after 10pm on Fridays. Good experiende though.

It was an ok experience. Pricey drinks and games. They had 55 inch tv struck to the walls instead of good music. We ordered shrimp dish with no shrimp not even a single one on it. On the whole the experience was placid for heavy price.

Bowling was fun here, but the food service was horrible. The counter/bar didn’t open until 3:30 PM, so before that there was supposed to be someone who came around to take your orders, but no one ever came to our lane. Finally I went up to person who was supposed to be going around while she was at her register and she said she’s be right over. She never came over, though. I wasn’t even able to get a soda until the bar opened at 3:30 PM and I could go order it myself.

Easy to see from the street. They have deals daily like $3.50 games on sundays after 5pm. Seems a little understaffed but the customer service made up for the ling waits. The food is ok. Basic bar food, nothing fancy. The actual bowling was cool although we had to switch lanes due to an issue with the sensor. It's pretty clean except the bathroom. Shoes were clean. It's a cool bowling spot.

I chose to cater this establishment because it is in my community unfortunately it was very unorganized. I had been emailing with a staff member for a week which led me to think that the bowling alley would be able to accommodate what I asked for, the staff tried to do with they could to help. TL, DR: If you want to bowl well, do not come here. If you own your own ball, do not come here. If you like proper lanes, do not come here. After looking for a place to bowl nearby, I saw this place and AMF, which as I understand are under the same company because they both had the special for Tuesday nights when my friend and I went. Having worked a long time at a bowling alley before, I expected worn out lanes when we got there, not a big deal, as I had a ball which would hook no matter how heavy/worn the oil was. However, after not 10 feet, the ball was in the opposite gutter. Feeling and looking at the lanes, they were bone dry, not a drop of oil on them. When I asked the manager when the last time they were oiled, I was told they were done every other week, and that 'this is a bowling alley for entertainment, not for leagues'. Being located next to the college, I guess having trash lanes doesn't matter to them, because all they care about is getting the money from people drinking and just chucking balls down the lane, as opposed to running a proper bowling alley. Disgusted and let down, I will never be coming here, ever again.

When we got there they made us put a card on file and told us to just leave when we are done good thing when we were leaving we double checked to make sure we wasn't charged for more then what we played. Then they messed up and voided our food which I had to wait almost a hour for. We had a bad experience but my boys had a good time but service wise sucks.

Hung out at the monday night bowling. Had a great time. One thing that was kinda killing the service was the bartenders, terrible! Out of touch, like they didn't even know what was going on, empty bottles on the shelf, bad attitude when someone ask them something. Even our server seemed like he just didn't know, giving wrong prices for things, it was crazy. But he got it together and he was nice at least. Either way I will go back, it was a lot of fun!

Terrible experience. AC was broken so it was hot. Had an issue with my bill and the manager's couldn't be bothered to help resolve it. It was as if doing their job was annoying them. Worse time bowling ever. Will not go back and I suggest who ever the owner is fire the staff and start over.

This bowling alley is for people who just want to have a drink and bowl with plastic house balls. If you are a bowler with an average this is not the place for you. I would not suggest bringing your own bowling balls to this alley because they never oil the lanes so even your very low reactive bowling balls will hook off the lane from any angle. Also the ball return machines are very poor and will leave your personal ball with alot of scratches or gashes. The workers at the front tell you that they are not responsible for any damage done to your own personal balls. After trying each of the 4 balls that I brought out and failing to keep them from aggressively hooking to the gutter I gave in and just used a house ball. Better outcome but not as fun. I would recommend this place for kids Birthday parties or company outings.

This place has gone down. It is filthy. The lanes are dirty with dust. The lanes are dry. The playing area has dirty floors and sticky tables. It is completely unsanitary. Under the bowling ball stand at each Lane has very thick black dirt that is layered. Trash on the floor everywhere. The bathrooms are atrocious. Why do they take your credit card in advance to put a hold on it until you are finished bowling then you have to get back in line to pay after you finish bowling. Customer should be allowed to pay for games in advance. This lacks customer service to the fullest. The manager could not see that the lanes we're dirty and dry. Then the mechanic came and wiped a portion of the sides. And apologized for the lanes not being properly taken care of. I will never return.

Bowlero is cool, and has ALOT going on. Table service to the lanes, and the food is on the good side for bar food. There are big TVS above every lane, and neon lights throughout the place. It has a bit of a club vibe to it. Not the place you want to go if you're just looking for a quiet and low-key bowling alley.

Bowlero was a ton of fun. The lanes are nice and clean. They have gutter bumpers so the kids didn't automatically get a gutter ball. They also have plenty of ball rollers for kids who can't hold the balls but want to roll them on their own. The food was a step up from the norm, but still plain bowling alley food. This location has a great variety of beers and mixed drinks available at the bar.

I went to bowlero had a great time with friends! However I was overcharged 80$ after i signed a receipt for 80$ less than what i was charged with once I check my statement next day. I called bowlero in college park to handle the matter but the manager Charles seemed very unreliable in handling the matter. It’s been a whole 24 hours and I haven’t heard back from him and when i called to follow up he pretty much scolded (Rude). me that he told me he was going to call me back. I was a consumer who was over charged my your establishment. It’s not my fault I didn’t have the receipt but i gave him a lot of details about what lane I was on and was the party to leave. I just want my money back!

Cool place to bowl on a quiet Sunday afternoon. Employees are real nice and energetic! TV screens all across each lane showing either a kids movie or sports game. It's unusual to pay after bowling a couple of games; that's the first time this happened out of all bowling alleys! I didn't get to try their food but it sounds like it's good according to the other bowlers. But maybe next time, I'll try it.

Had lots of fun for the time I spent there. Great cocktail vodka mixture I've ever tasted very different and classy. Customer service satisfaction 200% Female bathroom short of tissue but sure was replaced later on. I could say my shoulder and arm muscles were worked out perfectly lol. Music too was cool I had to dance while bowling it was real fun filled with lots of other people celebrating birthday, family times, grp of friends etc. I will certainly visit the place again most definitely.

Very nice inside, food we decent however they are over priced for children also they will bring you a pitch of soft drinks but they will charge you per glass which is $3.69. For 5 people we was charged $20 for the pitcher... crazy right Also they asked for a card to put on file but there was no relevance to it because we still had to give them our card again... like what was the purpose. Moral to the story ask all of your questions when you arrive.

This place is really just a hang out spot for the younger rowdy crowd. It appears as if they gather to drink and crowd around but not bowl. They had to continously make announcements about clearing the walkway. The lanes are terrible with no oil. We literally watched a little girl run halfway down the lane and she did not slip at all. We asked multiple times to put the lanes on league bowling. I don't know if the young staff didn't know what we meant or if the lanes are incapable of functioning that way. Food and drinks are allowed all the way up to lane. So if you have your own bowling shoes, I don't recommend you wear them here, they will be destroyed. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who actually enjoys bowling. However, if you want to hang out at a bowling alley to drink with rowdy 18-25 year olds on a friday night, this is the spot. This place could really use some order and control.

If you're looking to just have a fun night out, then this is a good place. If you take your bowling even remotely serious, then avoid this place. Lanes are not oiled well. No league member discount. You pay up front to bowl, and you do not get a refund for games not bowled (they do give you free passes, though, to come back later). So....serious bowlers stay away. Family fun or girls/boys/couples night out, enjoy! Check out the arcade, it is very nice!

Spent $100 for 3 games, and another $70 on food and drinks only for the A/C to not be working and no one gave us a heads up before purchasing the games. After sweating for an hour we reached out to the manager (young black guy) who avoided us for an hour after requesting some kind of compensation for the sweat shop he was running. We left unhappy and sweating. Will never attend again and will be reporting to the coroparate office.

$16 per person for unlimited bowling from 9pm to close (11pm). Registers were broken so only one person could get groups paid and thru which took forever. First lane we were assigned was broken. Waited 20 minutes to be swapped. Second lane had small technical issues and the ball return would get jammed. Staff always seems preoccupied doing nothing. Not a very good bowling alley unless you like broken lanes and slow service.

no oil on lanes, not good for your ball. the software was extremely laggy and I couldn't even type my name in. had to get the host to type my name for me, and they couldn't even do it. more than half the time there weren't even ten pins on the lane and we had to keep resetting the pins. the only reason this deserves 2 stars is because the food was good and the waitress for the food was extremely nice

Went to the bowling alley in Hyattsville and they were booked so the lady there recommended going to Bowlero and I’m so glad she did. It’s really cute inside and the staff are very helpful. Kayla and Kellie were the staff ppl at the desk where they make reservations for lanes and hand out bowling shoes...they were friendly and personable as they explained how we’d have to singup/wait for a lane. We sat at the bar while we waited and the bartender Tameka was AMAZING! She offered drink and food recommendations and was attentive the wholetime we were at the bar. Would def recommend anyone looking to go bowling in the area. I came from Oxon Hill to go here and will def be back despite the drive.

Our lane had problems throughout the night that they made no effort to fix. Also, why is the place so hot? It was insane, we had to take regular breaks because the heat was so intense inside. We tried the arcade, but several machines just ate credits and didn't give us any playtime. Overall, everything seemed dingy and subpar for the prices and image they try to push.

This place is a joke for bowling. The alley's are nearly pitch black and you cannot even see the dot or arrow markings and they do not light the alley's on purpose. The music is loud and obnoxious and it is more like a techno teenage dance hall than a bowling alley. Unless the owners get serious about bowling I will never return. How can anyone can bowl in pitch dark is beyond me.
