The reason I went was for a birthday party for my step son. It was a great occasion but we could not bowl. They said they were booked accommodating a bowling league and to wait but after almost 2 hours we left. The kids enjoyed playing the arcades while waiting but it was not the same. The bowling alley was easy to find and the facility was very clean. The staff was friendly but overbooked.

Lanes are good, mix drinks are hit or miss depending on your bartender. My only issue is the loud rowdy crowd after 9pm. Litterally, they are screaming, yelling and breaking out dancing all around the lanes with no consideration for other patrons trying to bowl. Thought I was at a football game.

I drove my child to a birthday party here and it looks great! Has a mid-century modern vibe and vintage decor. 32 lanes, LED screens, new carpet, snack bar, arcade games and gumball machines - place must have been refurbished in the recent past. I did not bowl but it seemed like it would be a great place to bowl!

Bruh. DO NOT give this establishment your money. Worst customer service of all time. Bowled an entire game with five other people on a Saturday night, and we never received our food orders. All 32 lanes were filled, but they only had one server working and one cook in the kitchen. I cancelled my guest's food offer after our game. It took the manager about 10-15 minutes to cancel out the order. I ended up tipping the server more than double what I was charged for drinks because I could tell she was overworked and her boss was a prick. The management should be replaced, honestly. I'm thinking about opening my own bowling alley just to run them out of business.

This past weekend was my second time going to this bowling alley. Overall it is pretty good, I can go without the music but I get the program. Listen to music, eat food, dance, and bowl. The food looked decent but the only gripe I have is with this and many other establishments, there are usually teenagers in the kitchen preparing the food. I understand this may be their first or second job, food preparation safety needs to be implemented. Every person that entered the kitchen failed to have a hat or hairnet on, hair FLIES. I saw the manager in the kitchen with long hair and no protection. Only the cashier had a visor on and it was upside down but he had a high top ponytail which defeats the purpose. The fact that I waited over 30 minutes for a kids meal and after seeing this, I asked for a refund. Other than that I would definitely return.

They have a weird set-up..like you have to run a tab for your games and they only have chairs (not the typical seating area) table was messy upon our arrival but customer service was excellent and it was cleaned immediately. We had fun though so that's all that matters! Decent as far as bowling alleys go

Nice place to hang out in Bowl. But two weeks ago my friends ball got ate by the ball return. It took a big chunk out of the bowling ball. That same week the computers crashed and you couldn't get your scores written down. Nice place to do league bowling.

For 1, They are on the expensive side. 2, they only care about league bowling. Went on the Saturday of St. Patrick's and they only had 1 server and 1 cook. We never got our food and the staff seemed irritated and over worked. Completely under staffed and unprofessional leadership.

It's an okay place to play but the food service is horrible. Everyone's food took over an hour to get to our table, and we did not have a large order. We ordered before our first game, by the end of the second game we still had not gotten all of our food. For over an hour they said the salads, "were coming". The salads did not come out until we were about to walk out the door.

Awesome prices on Tuesday 2.22 Long Island's 3 ways. 2.22 chicken and steak tacos as well very cheap bowling closes at 11 pm get there early to put your name on the list. It was three of us and we spent 24.00 on bowling hot 7 drinks amongst the group for around 17.00. great night and very inexpensive. They also have other specials through out the week that are awesome as well.

The best days to go are Fri and Sat. Music and atmosphere are totally different. The music is going and the TVs are on. Not sure why they don't turn them on Sunday after the leagues leave. Food was good too. It's just different with the music on and TV's going.

Only good if you are in a league there or having a birthday party. Been here about 3x and have only been able to bowl 1x at a children's party . Both other times I have called ahead and been told there were going to be lanes open only to find out that they literally meant 2 lanes. They don't do reservations so it's a crap shoot whether you'll actually get a lane when you get there

I give them 1 star for the availability of bowling balls, I've been to bowling alleys where the balls are scarce... 1 star for the super clean bathrooms, and 1 star for the pleasant attitude of our server, even though she was clearly overwhelmed with the workload she had... Upon arrival, we went to the front desk. I was neither greeted nor acknowledged. The staff had the audacity to look me in my eyes and then ignore my existence as they stood at the computers doing NOTHING

Visited during the holiday was very full packed but not chaotic as many birthday parties was going on. The food was okay and drinks could have been better. Overall a family-friendly place to enjoy bowling or the mini arcade. The staff was okay as far as answering any questions we had or needing assistance renting and returning the bowling shoes. There was something to do for all in our group.

-1 star for customer service Absolute worst service ever. Front staff was rude. After ordering food and a pitcher of beer was told that someone would bring it out since she was under aged and the Bartender was not on duty yet. After 15 minutes went to the NOT busy 3 people behind front desk to ask if someone was able to complete our drink order, mind all of you already paid for, 1 couple sitting at the bar area with mixed drinks.... Was told we had to wait until a Bartender came on duty!?! Asked for my money back .. Really?!

The lanes are quite nice, it has 32 lanes and one was readily available for us. On a regular day, no specials we paid $24 for 3 people to bowl 1 game each, we decided to bowl 2 games so were looking at $50, without food or drinks (We had our own shoes) - the price is a bit steep compared to other lanes that are around 5.50 per game. The staff is friendly but understaffed, each time we had to get assistance I was waiting in a 4 or 5 person line because there was 1 attendant helping. Overall this is a nice spot to spend an early morning/afternoon and throw a game or two. I just wouldn't make it much more than that, for your first time bowler who's hungry you may blow the bank.

On Saturday 5/26/19 at 1pm I took my grandson to the AMF and I was having trouble with my credit card and the staff was so patient with me they helped me solve the problems they were kind and considerate to myself and my grandson. They staff at the desk show me exactly what to do. We enjoyed bowling at the Waldorf lanes. The food was not good enough to purchase the next time we bowl. The girls had hot dogs, my youngest a kids pizza that was not good at all and I had a chicken sandwich. Also, my personal ball would not return and I had to wait each bowl. We will try another bowling alley next time to see the difference.

Love going here because we love to bowl and don't have many options to do it where we live but this place is badly in need of an update and staff that know how to work the registers quickly. We waited unnecessarily because of simple errors with the people in front of us. We waited 45minutes for a lane. And it was not crowded. Wish more then one person was working the register.

A typical AMF bowling alley. The prices are pretty high and they have leagues running almost every evening, so it's extremely hard to get a free lane after 5PM. The staff aren't the friendliest but they're helpful enough, they're mostly just indifferent, not rude though. Despite my lackluster review, I visit here about once a week because it's about 5 minutes from my house and there aren't that many bowling alley locations around here.
