A fun place for candlepin bowling. It is pretty cheap for shoes and bowling. Lots of arcade games. Beer is reasonable as well

Very well kept establishment, upper level has 12 lanes and lower level has more lanes connected to the arcade. They serve pizza, beer, and wine, as well as having a very diverse range of arcade games. Staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Hope to come back soon.

So much fun!! It's clean and the staff are very friendly. It was our first time bowling candlepin and what a blast. We ended up going again with friends later in the same day! There's also a small arcade. Great place for kids and adults!

I went here with my 3 and 1 year old boy for their first time bowling, it was nice looking and they had fun, but the lady at the counter had a huge attitude with me. It was on and off and very confusing, she was nice and then snapped at me. I honestly never want to go back if she is there. Our first time bowling together and it wasnt pleasant, I was hoping to go back because it's near by but I will have to go around that ladies schedule unfortunately. Arcade was good for my boys, little bowling balls were good for my kids ages too!

Great place to take your family. I recently took my 13 year old son and his friend, we had a blast playing pool, air hockey, and several different arcade games. While we didn’t bowl this time, we have before. They even have shorter lanes just specially for the kids, they’ll even accommodate birthdays if planned ahead.

Oakland park bowling is a nice family place to go and have fun with the family. However, their decor is terribly outdated, they leave birthday party decorations up so they are old, ratty, and falling apart. Most the time half or more of the arcade games are out of order. That being said they are still nice to visit and play a bit of candle pin bowling with the family.

This is not traditional bowling. Candlepin is an old school type of bowling in the north east. It uses a smaller ball, pins that tip over easier, 3 balls instead of 2, you play with the downed pins, and reset at the end of your turn. It was a new experience for both my wife and I so it was a level playing field. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The place is over 50 years old and feels like it, but it's very clean and we had an awesome time. We will absolutely be back any time we are in the area. It's easy to learn but hard to do well. Finally got an 81 my last game when I normally bowl a 130. If you are looking for something fun and unique to do, try it!

The customer service here is always fast and friendly. It is a cheap and fun outing for couples, friends, and families. Candlepin bowling is what is offered here and is rare these days. They also have an arcade with about a dozen options, an air hockey and pool table, and a juke box. A few of the arcade games weren't in service but, they are priced reasonably. Unfortunately, however, they do not accept credit/debit. They have an atm onsite with a $3 surcharge.

So much fun!! Kids had a blast and so did all us adults, owners are very kind ,clean, and it's not expensive either, love that you can go bowling and do arcade games too, and they have claw machines!! They sell food and drinks ,just over all love this place
