A lot of fun! It's candlepin versus traditional bowling, and the whole place is just a bit run down, but it's still clean and well-maintained, and it's not expensive at all. Great for a birthday party or for a date night.

"AWESOME"..Place to come even to celebrate birthdays along with bowling of course. I believe they also have a grill. Not sure what time they start cooking,I'm thinking around 5 p. Very personable & always like to keep their patrons "Happy & Safe. I think maybe they may have "group rates"..Better inquire to be sure. Have Fun. They play "Happy Music: ; )))

They're good very professional makes you feel at home. They have a bar off to the side for adults. Kids love the arcade they'll drain the money right out of you. Very simple for kids to use the bowling lanes and very helpful when needed

Very old place, antique computer bank running the lanes is interesting but easier than paper scoring. It's a fun place to hit the small pins

Great experience, but a few things to be aware of that I did not know before going. The summer hours are NOT correct on here. It closes at 9pm during the summer on Fridays and at 10pm on Friday during the school year. Also, you do have to keep track of you own score and reset your own pins. It is candlepin bowing (smaller ball than normal ten-pin bowling, and you get 3 throws per frame rather than 2).

Under renovation but otherwise friendly staff and accommodating. Didn't like the fact during bowling you had to keep score. Sometimes you couldn't tell how many pins were knocked down.

My son's birthday was here this past year. Very pricey for two hours ($80) and we got two lanes. That's it, plus a table. Nothing else. However, it is the only selection in the Bangor area for candlepin bowling and the retro arcades were nice! The building is kind of run down as well. Not bad, not great but fun nonetheless.

Pros: fun for all ages and the food is really good. Cons: the building is in rough shape. Beams being added to support the roof, caution tape everywhere, buckets to catch leaks in the roof. On our visit today there was a pile of pink insulation just laying in the corner of the arcade area, which seems super unsafe especially with all the small children running around for birthday parties. Pallets of soda for the vending machines just sitting on the floor unattended. Many arcade games do not work.

The least expensive place for kids birthday parties!! Way more inexpensive than the other places, around $50, pizza, soda, bowling!!

We went in for my daughters 16th birthday party tonight and had such a great time. The price was great, the staff was amazing and the pizza was a hit with the entire crowd. There was plenty of arcade games to play and those prices were great as well. The only downside was the place is older and needs work but they are in the midst of a renovation at this time. I will be back and can't wait to see the results of the renovation.
