Most racist place ive ever been to. I brought several of my employees (African Americans) to this place and could feel a tension the moment we stepped in there. As I am not African American I am comming from a genuine bias standpoint, and is truly sad to see this type of racism today in 2016.

Saturday June 3,2017 , I meet up a group of friends to bowl celebrating a friend birthday. I'm from Arkansas and It was my first time bowling in New Orleans.This Has been by far the worst public place I've ever been to in my life. One security guard white male in particular (asked for his name but they didn't identify him nor was anyone identified. No name tag or nothing), was racist and had an attitude from jump. He cursed at us and made the policeman on duty put us out. We simply asked for our money back from food (some people didn't receive) and the lady manager (Asian lady I guess) told us we couldn't have our money back because we got kicked out. They didn't refund us money for the games either. The same security guard was still arguing and cussing at us , then a group of security guards (about 10) surrounded us with there hands on their guns ready to shot. All over a bowling game and us having fun? Because it was "to many of y'all in the walkway"? Or is it simply Because we are black? It's 2017 and I can truly say racism is still living. I will never come back to this place . And I hope and pray no one ever have to experience what my friend and I experienced .

My family and I were treated VERY poorly while in this establishment last week. Every year we travel from all over for our annual family reunion. While in this space, we were approached first with ridiculous dress code rules (rules that were not visible upon walking in the establishment nor described while making the reservation). We then had one of our family members asked to leave the establishment after they refused to pay for food THEY NEVER EVEN SAW. Finally while leaving a security guard (not the officer) began antagonizing us and called me ignorant saying and I quote “you are ignorant, I have a degree you don’t”. Horrible horrible experience. Fortunately for him I have TWO degrees from the University of MN, Twin Cities and I don’t fit the “ignorant black girl” stereotype he so desperately wanted me to fit. Unfortunately I can’t post my picture but you get the idea. If you live near, spread the word. PS I didn’t want to give that 1 star but I had to in order to post... Thanks for reading.

Probably my favorite bowling alley now... my boyfriend and I had the time of our life... the atmosphere was great! I also love that the bistro come to your lane and take food/drink orders...very classy and I pray it stays that way. Also when we finished bowling we enjoyed the live music/concert in the restuarant area! It was awesome. Can't wait to come back again.

This place is by far the worst service I've ever had. The people at the service counter were really nice. This place was fairly busy at the time we went in we're looking to do just a little bowling and order some food. Figured since there were five waitress just standing around service would be fast but I was sadly mistaken as two waitresses just stood there communicating to themselves never once did any of them come up and asked if we wanted to order food or drinks. So I had to go to the bar and order food and drinks which the young lady behind the bar where for elected to take my order as she was busy talking to another person about life situation. When she finally did take my order what back to my Lane waited for my food but when it came out the server never did say here's your food can I get you anything else instead they just put the food on the counter and walked away leaving us with no ketchup no napkins no drinks. The night went on no one came back to ask us if we wanted any drinks so my mom who was also with me at the time had to go flag down a server but even when she did that the server to hurt while I am not your server but I will get you one when our server finally came over never once did she make eye contact, just reluctant to just say can I help you, at which time I ordered a Heineken she brought the beer to me and then told me that I had to pay for it right then and there and as I told her I had started tab at the bar she told me that because she brought it to me that I needed to pay her which was kind of funny at the time because the two gentlemen that was next to me had excellent service their waitress kept coming up to them and brought them drinks. I would recommend going somewhere else as this place only caters to a select few.

Should be called Westside Lames. They told a woman in our group that her skirt was "too much", but instead of addressing her directly, they only would talk to the men in the group and would not make eye contact with her. I didn't realize you could pay money to be shamed down here in Harvey. Maybe you should post some dress requirements on the door and not take peoples money.

Everything is pretty good except for the food, people who work there consistently SIT on the condiment stand. You walk up to get napkins and they dont even move. This has happened atleast the last 3 times I was there

Really nice bowling alley inside and out. The food and service was nice. There is a separate bar area within the alley that has shuffleboard. From what I could tell their "pro shop" seemed pretty well equipped for ordering/servicing/drilling balls. The lot is paved and maintained but The parking spaces are very narrow.

Me and some friends visited this place on 6/3/2017 and from the begging the security watched us. We were enjoying ourselves when the guard approached us about our lane being jammed, he rudely asked us to move out of his way and fixed the problem and then asked my sister to move off of the score board so that he could reset it. We asked him to be a little more polite and he grew very angry and asked us to leave. We were escorted by police out of the building. We were humiliated and did not receive a refund for food that we never received or games that we never played. The management team has also been dodging our phone calls. I never expected to be treated with so much hate and racism in 2017.

Had the worst experience ever!!! Went for a friend birthday and when we brought the cake inside they told us we couldn't have it unless we paid 25$ to have it! Told us we had to use certain balls even if the other balls was to heavy to hold! Another friend tried to come and bowl and they told them all the lanes was full while the place was empty! They food was horrible and the staff had bad attitudes! We had a kid with us and fussed bc the guide slid across the line when rolled the ball!!! Please don't go spend y'all money here

I get it you're the only bowling alley on the westbank that a majority of people can go to. 46.10 for 2 people 2 bowl 4 games is absolutely ridiculous though. I'm fortunate enough that I can access the bowling alley on base and roll the same amount of games for 12.50 an hour. Then to top it all off the computer gave us false scores at least 8 times in a game and a half. If you are going to charge that much at least have your computers work right. I won't be back!

My friends and I created a bowling team in one of their leagues. I told the manager, Mark, we wouldn’t show up for two weeks and knew we had to pay for those missed two weeks. We’ve been communicating with him multiple times about our situation and he claimed he was fine with it. We show up for the third week and he told us he went ahead and replaced us on own our team because we didn’t show up and that was a “rule”. We’ve never been told this rule and wasn’t even warned about it while we were communicating. He didn’t even bother to tell us we were replaced before we showed up. He claimed he wasn’t an “officer” and doesn’t make the rules while also being the manager of the league at the same time. Clearly they have favorites or something over there and don’t want new business. I advise anyone checking this place out to go somewhere else where you’ll be better respected.
