Great place for adults or family. Only down fall was, they needed at least 2 waitresses for big fundraisers as they only had one and she never carried cash on her so it was not only a wait on drinks but to get your change. Also they had fruit flies.

I bought a groupon deal for 2 hours of bowling for up to 4 people, 2 pizzas, and 2 pitchers of pop for $35. It was a great deal! We went on a Saturday around 1pm and it wasn't crowded at all which I appreciated. Everything was clean and the staff was nice. The whole family had a great time. I saw some reviews complaining about the pizza. It's not Jet's or Green Lantern quality by any means but it wasn't bad. Would definitely go again.

Great time with the kids. They have recently renovated and it looks great. Not keen on the hour game charge as they get you when you start taking pictures with their new scoring system and your hour is running. If there are problems, they tell you they will "add time to your game" but they don't.

Came here tonight to bowl 6 games, went to the counter to get more games added on to our original 3 and the girl at the counter was very unfriendly, unfamiliar with working with people and extremely rude about the whole situation. We also ordered three slices of pizza and never received it it was never even called out and we waited over two hours. Overall not impressed at all with really anything that had to do with the staff.

Had such great fun and amusement at this bowling alley. Great to visit when you're looking for things to do in lafayette. Had a nice pitcher of beer and played in the arcade for some time. My only critique is that the arcade has very few actual games, and most are prize claws that don't work.

I didn't like the way business was handled. My family and I are discussing being that we had to approach the desk 7 times behind lane (10),and actually lied saying they gave us 20 minutes. We literally had to call the manager and he gave us 15mins...... which was no more use to us because we decided to leave and go to Lafayette Bowling Lane!!!!!!

Newly remodeled, looks great. However didn't spend a dime on the lanes, still old beat up wooden lanes. Paid by the hour, waited for my ball to be returned the last 12 minutes while on the clock.

More focus on how it looks than how it operates. Owner spent 2 million to "fix it up" and bring it up to date. Improvements were only visual. Lanes still break down regularly and you are rarely compensated.

It was a very busy Sunday. The food was good. Lanes were full, but we didn't have a wait. We had one right away. No bumpers is what made the 4 stars... they had a reserved party, so they were all taken up? I don't remember the reasoning. The young woman running the alley was doing awesome and so was the young lady running the concession etc. Great job! Was a fun time, would have been so much better with bumpers for a 6 yr old.. overall all good !

Ive come to this bowling alley 4 times in the last 5 years. Every single time I come here, I have a problem with a bartender or waitress (most of which was the same person). She's rude and looking to start arguments. Management is the only thing good about this place. The place is dirty. I wouldnt recommend wearing real bowling shoes anywhere in the establishment including the approach. The girl running the snack bar was rude and we got 2 pizzas that were burnt on the bottom. I would honestly only go there if critical bill still does a thanksgiving show. I wouldn't get anything. Just watch the show, and leave.

My kids love to bowl here, staff was kind & friendly. The lady back by the bar is rude, accused me of drinking alcohol, though I don't drink. TIP,, don't come here after the fishfly festival & have a lemonade souvenirs cup.. It wasn't what she said, but rather how she approached the situation. I left because I'd rather have my fresh lemonade than sit in there.

Apparently the multiple signs they post of $2.50 Miller High Life’s that say “all day everyday day” doesn’t mean it’s actually true. We ordered these & the bartender informed us that the were actually more expensive. When we tried to ask about one of the signs (right behind the bar) that said otherwise, she just said she has no way of ringing it up that way & was pretty rude. Not a great start & the bowling alley is average.

Bad experience today the pizza taste like card board! The Mexican food I ordered was disgusting! Purchased 2 hr bowling time ended up leaving after 40 minutes the balls kept getting stuck the whole time then all of a sudden the pins wouldn’t set up! The manager was not helpful at all . He asked if we let front desk know which we did twice not including me telling the manager myself he said we only said something once which was a lie then gonna say all he can do is add extra time to our broken lane! Don’t waste your time or money coming here! This place is a joke!

The new remodel of Premier Lanes looks absolutely incredible. As an avid bowler for many years, it's great that this bowling alley can flourish considering bowling isn't necessarily the most popular sport these days. Something to note, the lanes, as far as I know, are wooden and not synthetic. This message is mainly for the bowlers. Makes the lane a little more sticky than usual. The beer is decently inexpensive, and renting a lane is average compared the prices around the state. I always look forward to visiting.

Honestly do not understand how this place is in business. The bar smells like it has not been cleaned in weeks, and have seen the workers spray down regal shoes right next to pizza another customer has ordered. The service down right sucks, had. A waitress at my bowling lanes had to go the bar for refills and to cash out. Bathrooms are the highlight of this place and they look like they are out of an abandoned building.

The bowling alley is a good spot for friends and families to bowl and hang out. The service crew was not super fast or caring to do so overall. I found myself waiting to place an order for a plate of small breadsticks for 15-20 minutes, only to hear they were only doing the large size, on a relatively slow day. Though, their concert lounge (The Diesel) is fantastic for live music

Friendly associates. On my past visit there was an issue that took a couple of minutes to fix. The staff gave me 15 minutes extra of bowling time even though I didn't ask. That is going above and beyond to make sure your customers are happy.

This "bowling alley" caters to children and all sorts of games for them at the expense of the bowlers and leagues. The management of this "bowling alley" regularly ignores children (who do not know any better) abusing the lanes. Gum, candy wrappers, street shoes, running past the foul line, scrapping the metal bowling apparatus well past the foul line, running past and onto neighboring bowlers lanes, complete disregard for bowling etiquette. The children don't know how to behave in the setting, the parents also don't seem to know (or they are taking a break) the management, once paid Does Not Care. Management displays little respect for their beautifully remodeled facility, or their loyal bowling leagues/bowlers. Desk employees, who are very accomidating and friendly are given zero authority to handle any issues at all. On so many levels management repeatedly misses every opportunity to truly live up to the name "Premier Lanes". With the right management, caring and interaction with their customers this facility could be tops.

Was there on St.Patricks day 2018. Had a great time bowled a few games and enjoyed the arcade, they have a great selection of pinballs and arcade games from the 80's. I was there a few weeks ago for a concert and had a good time which is why I came back with my family. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Lenard he went out of his was to help me have a good experience and good time. The amount of money I spent there for drinks and entertainment was very reasonable and I would have no problem encouraging people to share the experience. My only negative was at the concert, there are clowns leaning on the bar watching the show while people are struggling to get around the and over them to get a drink. I said something to the guy at the door, because I do believe it could result in conflict if the wrong person mishandled said interaction. Other than that great place great time.

Very nice inside. Well kept. Cheap bowling and a whole lot of pinball machines! A few old school arcade games, and my personal favorite bubble hockey! 6 pool tables that are decent. Give them your i.d for the balls and play a game first, then pay the dollar in the table to get the balls back, just be sure to keep a extra dollar for to get the balls back when you are done! They do have an atm or you can charge it to your card if you make a 5 dollar purchase. The bowling lanes are great. Good beer selection and bar in general. Just have to watch out if there's an event there.

Bowling lanes seem to be satisfactory, and they have a good selection of arcade games, including air hockey. If you can get past the atmosphere in its... dated appearance, it is a good spot to hang out or bring kids.

Went with family with a Groupon we found. Were told 20-30 minute wait, but 11 lanes were not being used. The table next to us had half eaten pizza on the table throughout our wait, and even after two games that food was still sitting there and not just t by at table but throughout food just sat out on unclear tables The wait wouldn't be so bad, if there where things to keep children entertained. The out dated prize machines are not enough. When our name was called, after our wait is when we were told Groupons cannot be used on Saturdays. Why weren't we told this 30 minutes prior when we first got there and present the Groupon... We are not avid bowlers, so we used the house balls. Ball selection was very poor riddled with damaged balls. Out dated decor and left over food sitting out for hours. Premier Lanes has definitely become complacent being one of the few family entertainment options in New Baltimore.

A fun bowling alley with personality. Attached on the inside, to the small neighboring bar [that has pool tables and other bar-style games, and occasional live performances]. Dollar bowling and shoes on Tuesdays! Not the newest, classiest place, but not run down by any means. Good value, decent atmosphere, lots of lanes. Definitely recommend if you've got the itch to go bowling and looking to try out a new place.

This place has had a major face lift since my last time here many years ago! It’s bright and clean, and colorful! There is an arcade area and laser tag as well. Bowling screens have fun themes you can pick and cameras to take pictures of each bowler. We had a play date with lots of kids for the summer kids bowl free program. Only had to pay for shoe rental. Lots of fun for all!

Bought a groupon for 20 for 2 for 2 hours of bowling with a large 4 topping pizza and a pitcher of pop....... Redeemed groupon at 3:13, paid 3 extra to upgrade to beer and 6 for shoes, got pizza finally at about 4 and it wasn't right, then lanes shut off at 4:20...... Packed up our stuff, turned in shoes, went to the bathroom, showed owner time i cashed in groupon, she makes excuse that girl working counter ŵasnt same lady that checked us in, then offers us another half hour, we were all ready to go at this point and no other compensation was offered, spent .over thirty for an hour of bowling and a pizza that wasn't right... Working on a tight budget tried to get out and got screwed .... thanks

This place is so great! My friend and I had a great time with all our kids. We had a lot of laughs. The place was so nice and clean. It might be weird to call a bowling alley beautiful but yeah it was beautiful, lol. I guess what I'm trying to say is, they really brought the bowling experience to another level. There were a few small hiccups with the lane, but nothing that took forever to address. They run plenty of specials. This is one of the best places in the area to bring your kids. The food was good also.

Great place for a birthday party. The pool hall room had a billion pinball machines. Some didn't work, but they had more than enough. There were some areas that were pretty dirty, toward the back by the back doors. Kids play back there during parties, I'd recommend they do some dusting to remove the cob webs. Other than that, pretty decent place and good pizza.

Having recently completed a fabulous renovation, this bowling alley is really fun place to spend a couple of hours. My daughter really enjoyed the laser tag. Their selection of video games is pretty good. Most importantly, they have a variety of bowling balls to fit everyone's hand. It seems like they purchased a whole new set.

We went here for my son's 12th birthday, and we had a ton of fun! Even though a bit understaffed at the counter, employees were attentive and helpful. They work with Groupon so we got an amazing deal for six people to play for two hours, two extra large pizzas, and four pitchers of pop for around $40 something. We had to pay for the shoes separately, but it was perfect!

The updated inside seemed really nice, granted we went at 7 on a Friday night (super busy) but there were lanes with no one on them (maybe holding for party?) and a 2.5 hour wait.. that's amazing. Went to Lafayette Lanes and got lane right away. Unless you absolutely have to bowl here, try to avoid it for now. Give it 6 months and they will be back to normal traffic. Love the new updates and the laser tag was awesome. You should change some of your rules. But that's my only complaint. Being able to reserve lanes for a big group later in the day all week long. You cater to birthdays I get that but. Your staff wouldn't let us reserve three lanes said you dont do that past a certain time.

I went to the concert venue for a show. I did go through the bowling alley to enter the concert. The night I attended was a Friday night and the bowling alley bartenders and staff were dressed appropriate for the day and time they were working. There were pool tables which appeared to be in very good shape, and the place looked like it was kept up. The establishment has a Mexican cantina next door, which had a few customers. The restaurant looked clean and had an open layout. I hadn't tried any of the food, but I had ordered some drinks. The concert venue consisted of a main bar and stage, and another stage in the back room. The staff was friendly and prompt, the waitresses were very helpful. The customers were all going to see various rock bands and so it was expected that they were not going to be dressed in Polo shirts and jeans (in response to a comment below). The concert was great! All of the bands played a set and some of them even mingled with the guests! I have been bowling here on weekdays with my son and NEVER have I had any issues with what others have commented on. During the week, it seems as though there is only one waitress, but the counter help was more than willing to go out of their way to make sure my son and I had a great experience. For the concert venue, this was fantastic. Also, I live closer to MANY bowling alleys but would drive out of my way to have the same experience over and over again. There is a lot to do here and my son loves it! Thanks, Premier/Diesel!!!

Bowling is fun if you stink at it and you're not fooling yourself about it. If I were actually good, I might take issue at the aging lanes and associated gear, but everything worked, was able to play and eat and most importantly, still had fun. It's definitely not fancy, , more like a snapshot from another era, but you'll have fun. Lanes are a little warped. =)

We usually LOVE going here for bowling!... . However, the recent visit was to try the laser tag for my son's 17th birthday. Great game, but I had a strange allergic reaction just minutes after ending the game. After being in the laser tag arena only 10 minutes, I could not breathe properly after departing. I am the weird one in my family that isn't allergic to ANYTHING, and I had an immediate reaction to that room. Either it be severe dust, the fog machine chemicals, cleaning products (or lack thereof), the play equipment, or just something in that room: I've never had a reaction like this before in my life, and I'm 36. Hours later, I'm still sinus congested, sneezing like crazy, & scratchy throat. My husband, who actually has allergies, has been affected by it today with his breathing as well, but not as severe of a reaction. I love the facility since the newest renovation, but something is definitely wrong with the laser tag room. I'm still going to bowl here, and enjoy events, but I would be interested to know what could be found to cause this reaction. If management could reply, I'd like to know, and maybe try it again there once the problem is resolved, because it was fun! Thank you!

I really don't know where to start. Some staff members are amazing, like Jay, she was the nicest the person I've encountered. Then some staff members like Sam are extremely rude. The burgers are great then the pizza is worse than prision food. The place is fun to come to and has good deals, but the experience is a 50/50 shot of is this going to be a good day or a bad day. Originally I gave it 3 stars, but after being screwed a 2nd time I've dropped those stars. We called Monday and asked hours, price, the specials, everything. We were told there were lanes all day special until 6pm and all that jazz. We drive about 30 mins from st Clair to there and this older lady says cant do that theres a tournament coming in. This is now the second time this has happened and it's getting extremely frustrating. We also use to get our bowling balls from this shop, but I walked in the shop on day looking for the storm crux and he asked if I needed help and when I said I was looking at pricing, but imperial is cheaper and includes drilling he laughed and said okay then good for you. Pretty unprofessional because now you lost a customer. I've called to see who owns this alley to talk to them and I have yet to figure that out. Would not recommend.

RACIST STAFF and dirty tables well I wouldn't say the entire staff..but there is a blonde waitress here that does not care for blacks sadly because everyone else seems great for the most part ! I don't see how this lady still has a job honestly a few weeks back I had a family member that came here and she refused to wait on them and then even threw their pizza away that they ordered now I know your thinking why would she throw someone's pizza away that she didn't even wait on then when confronted about the situation she caught an nasty attitude and was very rude. my family member even talked to the manager so that he or she could address the problem which I'm sure wasn't addressed ! And now today she flicked my father off behind his back after he had to clean a table himself although my dad did make a comment along the lines of "I'll just tip myself", but there was no reason for her to do so and even is going as far as skipping over our name and another black families name on the list so it continues to be a long wait for a lane because she keeps skipping over us ! And to be honest she's not even that cute to be acting the way that she's acting

We come here a lot and have never had any issues. We waited two hours for a lane to be available so it was getting late and my party & I were quite annoyed. It never takes this long. The man at the counter was unfamilliar, has never helped us before any other time we have been here, and made all of us show him our shoes to prove that we didn’t bring bowling shoes and needed to rent them. I’m sorry, but rude? Extremely. Never have we been accused of not wearing shoes or were asked to show the employee ours. The lanes are always messed up. Something always goes wrong and messes up our frames and scores.

Premier Lanes (forever known to us locals as Acadiana Lanes) looks fantastic after the recent remodel! The facility is nice, clean, and updated. The new lane systems are cool, as you can play different games instead of traditional bowling scoring. We haven't played laser tag yet, but I've heard great things through friends who have. We will be continuing to visit here for a family friendly bowling experience.

Wow! I lived by this place for so many years and never had the chance to go. I bought an awesome Groupon for $20 of food and 2 hours of bowling for 2, and it was a blast! The classic American food and sandwiches were surprisingly well-executed. The staff was very friendly, and it was a great family environment. They also have some of the best pinball machines ever! I can't wait to go back. What a fun gem in our community.
