Pin and lane malfunctions . We bowled one game with 14 people in our party. When our game ended the computerized score board initiated a second game for 3members of the party. We brought it to the attendant and he said he couldn't delete the transaction and wouldn't refund the charge. Instead they gave 3 free game tickets that couldn't be honored on the same night. We gave them plenty of business in concessions and we had a great time with the family. Just saying we left feeling they were unfair how they handled the transaction that was probably imputed wrong in the beginning because we prepaid for one game.

I took my 5 year old bowling for the first time last week while we waited around for dance, and we had a blast. Anticipated on taking my other daughter this past Monday, and was denied the chance. I was told that because two leagues were coming in to practice, that we couldn’t bowl. Mind you, there were only a couple of others bowling and tons of empty lanes. One quick game wouldn’t have hurt. I don’t believe that customers should have to come around the times of the leagues practicing, but should be able to come when we desire. We could have made this a weekly thing while waiting for dance. Now I’m not sure when I will return.

I went here with my family and we had loads of fun. All together we were 16 people and took 3 lanes, and paid for 2 games and in turn we were accommodated with 1 free match and a free face off! The fried oreos and beignets were absolutely delicious, sprinkled with powdered sugar, and came out in a timely fashion. I definitely recommend y'all to come bowling here if you want cheap lanes and decent food.

Your run of the mill bowling alley. Little ran down, good for a game or two of bowling. They have a food bar serving regular fried foods and grilled classics, but I wouldn't recommend it.

I had fun. Our lane always miscounted the pins that fell, so the score wasn't accurate. It took forever just to get a soda at the concession stand. Too many young kids acting a fool, screaming and cussing around our kids. That was pretty annoying.

Came In for a double birthday and was greeted by the rudest person..Ashley...we had a cake as we normally do on birthdays We were stopped with her saying did you read the door Outside food is not allowed. OK it’s a birthday we were ordering pizza and food there. They Do you not sell cakes and we have never had this problem before. We had 4 pizzas ordered 4 Pitchers of drinks and 4 orders of Bingets and 2 orders of cheese sticks but we couldn’t have cake? This is crazy.. We put two tables together so that we can have all the pizza and food together she comes to us making Groaning noises with annoyed face and said they don’t like tables To gather..Seriously I spoke to the Mgr over her and he said he was sorry and he’d get back with us but did not...2 other customers were annoyed by her rudeness as well. Come on petro bowl this is horrible service... ASHLEY was the rudest person I’ve ever Encountered there...Very disrespectful to customers Response to owner we did pay for 2 lanes for 3 games also... what was paid to y’all cost more then the 75 for a party...

There are a couple things here and there that need repair, you can tell it's an older place. other than that it's nice. Staff was friendly, all the bowling equipment worked properly. Nice family friendly atmosphere. Had a good time, would recommend the place to someone else.

Nice bowling alley, horrible employees, paid for 4 games, only got 3, tried to correct with employee, even showed my recipient for the charge an he said no. I asked him if he really wanted to lose our mens group thats been bowling there for a year over his mistake that was a total of $7.50? He said he guess so if i was gonna get all pissed off over it. Long story short, we wont be back!!

Our lane froze up three times totally an hour and a half of waiting to bowl. When brought to employees attention there seemed to be no care. We planned on bowling for more games but after three times in two games adding up to thirty minutes wait time to get started again, in the middle of a game, we decided to leave. Would not really recommend to anyone. I understand stuff happens but after the second time maybe a lane change or a sorry would be more appreciated. Bartender had great customer service though so at least we got a drink with a smile.

We went to Petro bowl this morning from 9-11am. And we had a blast.. It's very clean, the employees were extremely nice to us and very professional to boot.. This is a nice place to bring the children anytime to have good clean fun.. The food was really good!! The employee in the food court was really nice and she was fast.. It's so easy to get to..

Just some way to go to be with friends and to have some fun. They sell pictures of beer that are truly cold. They also sell pizza and a few others items, like nachos and cheese soda caramel iced tea. The place is pretty big like about 20 lanes oh, I know you couldn't tell from the outside. Bathrooms that kept nice and clean oh, and all the lanes beautifully polished. You'll find how family-oriented it is oh, when they have a small slider board, for children to put the bowling ball and roll it down the aisle. I thought that was wonderful, especially watching the faces on the kids. This plenty of seating outside of the boulders area. And I just had a great time, and I'm pretty sure you will too.

We brought the kids here because someone was having a birthday party. Upon entering, you immediately notice the "stale smell". The place seems a bit dingy, but the actual bowling experience wasn't bad. The alley worked great and the kids had a blast. These funny looking dinosaur things are provided for small kids to help them roll the ball. Because of that, even our 2 year old had a blast. The staff was very friendly. The pizza was a bit bland and cardboard-like in my opinion, but the kids liked it... which I suppose is what matters. Overall, we had fun and the kids were upset that we had to leave.

The menu has expanded and they have yummy options. When you first walk in from outside it smells like smoke. The guy at the counter when we left couldn't find my fiance's shoe so he had to ask for help. Otherwise a great experience.

All 4 snack bar workers need to be fired and replaced with 2 harder working better paid staff. Worker was sitting on counter while filling drinks. They served us hollow mozzarella sticks... They quit frying oreos and beignets 2 hours before closing so they could clean sweets fryer. We waited 5 mins for 2 waters. Also bumpers are broken on many lanes. Soda machine wouldn't take coins. Change machine is broken.

Stopped in on a weekend getaway and had the time of our lives. The prices were almost half of what we pay here locally. It wasn't over crowded at all. It is a bit of an older place but that's the kind of stuff that keeps the prices down. On the other hand for it being a older place it is very well maintained! Definitely a must if you're in Lake Charles looking for something to do.
