My fiancé was working out of town here in Fayetteville. I drove up for date night. We decided to go bowling at Lafayette bowling lanes because they’re the first ones on the list when you hit look-up but also it had the highest rating. When we arrived there wasn’t many people there. We asked for a certain lane but he advised he had a birthday party but it also seemed he only wanted to give us “lane 20”.(later we would find out why) we start bowling and about my third throw my bowl and pin got stuck. Our neighbors on 21 were a big help. We preceded to have trouble to where it just wouldn’t work. The maintenance guy came over said that “THIS ONE ALWAYS MESS UP HMMM SO why did the owner give us that ones half working. I don’t have an answer to that but this bowling Alley needs updating and repairs badly. By the time we finished two games I was tired from all the delays.

This by far was the worst bowling alley i ever attended in Fayetteville. I should’ve noticed the sign no refund and took heed. The staff were in professional and our lanes kept breaking down on us every five minutes . Stay away from this place!!!!!!

First off this was my first visit to this establishment but not the first for my friend who went with me. Right from the start we had issues my friend went over to the juke box to play music and was approached by an older lady trying to tell her she can’t play music the Landy by the way doesn’t work there. Then is approached by an employee who then tells her they arnt supposed to play music on tuesdays and Thursday because of a group of elderly people who rent a few lanes for a league.there are no signs about this and is not fair to the rest of the people who are trying to bowl. Then we ordered nachos they took forever to get and they were stale and the cheese cold. Then we tried to bowl I say tried because the lane we were in was so torn up and old it was hard because we kept Tripping then our lane malfunctions and we called for help and no one came so we finished what we could we couldn’t see the score on our screen and we decided we weren’t staying any longer.

Older place that has not been kept up with. Customer service isn't the best, and he tried to put us on the lane right next to the only lane that was occupied. The rest of the place was empty. His response was that it will fill up but there's no need to put us next to the only other lane there out of 30-something lanes for no reason. Yes I get a league is coming that takes up half of the lanes but that means you still have 15 lanes to stagger normal players on. Beer is super cheap but there is a small selection. Lanes are older and unpredictable. Pin machines are faulty. They haven't upgraded to television monitors like most bowling places. Not the best bowling in the area.

Went bowling with my siblings. Had a great time. The bowling ball often got stuck coming out and this delayed our game quite a bit. Also the gentleman at the register accused us of playing without paying. Once he recalculated and realized he was wrong, he did give us a free bowl. Oh and the food is a tad bit expensive...... but hey it's a bowling alley and it's to be expected. Overall we had a pretty good time and I would go again.

Family friendly but lanes are in great need of an update. We had two separate lanes and both lanes were acting up. It made it difficult to have a consistent game without having to manually reset the pins. price is reasonable and facilities was clean. It can get crowded at times with the local bowling teams. Light snacks are available for purchase. The screens are on the floor which can be a bit cumbersome compared to the newer sites with the overhead screens.

The staff could be more friendly, well mainly the heavy set older gentlemen who seems like he hates working there. BUT the lanes are kept up, bowling balls are always stocked, theres a bar and the grill isnt too bad if you're hungry to munch on something.

Some friends and I went for my birthday to bowl and paid and got our shoes and lane and everything. After we got to the lane, we realized we forgot to ask for the bumpers up, as none of know how to bowl, we just find it a fun activity to all hang out. After going to speak to the desk, I was told that we could not get the bumpers up cause they were only for kids, and there was nothing she could do. After finally trying to convince her to give me a refund, I got one, and took our business elsewhere. Just be warned that they give you attitude and do no accommodate whatsoever.

I love bowling. This place was god awful. The arcade was very fun while we waited for a lane, but that’s where the fun ended. The lanes would keep our balls, having a single guy lift a floorboard to retrieve our balls, about 5 or 6 times before we moved to a different lane. The 1992 computers glitched continuously; not keeping accurate track of the knocked down pins. We were there for about 2 hours and had only completed about 5 frames. You’d think such a busy place could shuck out a few extra bucks to make sure the equipment is at least up to date and working properly. They also have a tremendous selection at the snack bar, which was pretty much the only highlight of the night. If you go here... good luck.

I dont recommend anyone spending their time or money here . I was the bartender for 6 months here and in the time I was there I was mistreated way longer than I should have allowed. Called trashy bc I have a nose ring, was told I wouldn't have been hired bc I have tattoos(keep in mind they knew this from day one) the management crystal hall is extremely judgemental and rude, her and her mother trish hall try to control everyone. If you are an employee there you can not bowl anywhere else or fired. Can not ride in a vehicle with employee on your free time or fired. They tell you who to talk to and what to do in your personal life and if you dont abey as they say show your "loyalty " your fired. I have tons of regulars and love you all I'm sorry I had to remove myself from the negativity. Overall terrible place, lanes never read score, roaches are everywhere, needs serious updates and horrible owners. Will never return here .

I came here on Father's day weekend on a outing with my church, because of a stroke I haven't bowled in a bit. I tried the twelve ball and got back into the rythym of it. I decided to replace my gear and get back into it. I purchased a ball and asked to have it drilled like the house ball. The finger holes are so wide between the fingers and thumbs it hurts, I asked to have it fixed and I got attitude from the staff. I didn't go back for a week and decided to give it one more try. I had a date and on the tenth frame the machine shut off. The person on duty said, "No one bowled in a few minutes so I thought you was through and I already put two women on there already." Then I replied, "No I just got finished the ninth frame when it turned off." Then he replied, "No you was on the tenth, oh it says you bowled the tenth frame." So in short I have a bowling ball I hate and I guess the staff don't like a interracial couple going to their establishment for fun so from now on I will go to B&B to get my ball fixed and on dates. Very outdated. If you get bumpers for kids you have to ask for them to be put up...and you either keep them up or they have to come back and forth every time. The gates where the pins get hung up. We made it fun though

I have a renewed love of bowling. That said...this facility is in desperate need of updates. It seems like every time I go there is a problem with the equipment. Tonight it was the ball return. We had to call for help at least 8 to 10 times to have them retrieve our ball. What should have been a relaxing fun filled night turned into frustration real quick.

Best bowling alley in town. Lanes are nice and the light show is fun. I think they do it after a certain time on Fridays and Saturday nights. Prices are good. One star penalty for the bar staff, who is okay but a little slack. Maybe they're used to being slow on the weekdays and then get hit on the weekends. Understandable. Maybe we could get a high-end bowling alley but not sure people would be willing to pay the premiums in this demographic.

4 stars because it's not perfect (and no one is) and you can't please everyone. I bowled here for about 8 years and for the most part the staff tries their best. They try to fix things as soon as possible and try to do their best to keep up with whatever customers throw at them. The snack bar has a great selection of foods (the wraps are the best! and the breakfast food is a good go to if you're not looking for the usual snack bar food) and the lounge has a wide selection of beer and a new small list of wines (with wine glasses to go with!) The lanes are nice, but as it is with with all machinery and things do and will always need to be fixed and as I said they do their best to fix everything asap. The wait list gets long on the weekends during the busy seasons, but they also have a jukebox, a few classic arcade games, and pool tables to help the time pass. I hope you find this is helpful!

Went here early Friday evening with a group. The staff was friendly and easy to work with. They serve food and have drinks in the lounge. The food that we got was good. They also have pool tables. The lanes and place are a bit dated and on the older side. I would go back again.

Very poorly managed bowling alley. Says end are nit updated and we were told by the cashier that “The system tracks scoring by the speed of the ball. If the ball is not thrown at a high rate of speed the lane does not register the score.” You have to manually manage the scoring system which is from the 80’s (dos system).

I took my girlfriend here on a date but we were not really impressed. It is very expensive; more than 20 dollars for two people to play two games. I'd be able to look past the dated and worn interior but the worst of all is the equipment does not always function properly; ball does not always return immediately and pins are not always reset properly where some pins might be knocked over or missing. In the very least though I can say that the lanes themselves seem to be in excellent shape without any deformities. Fui con mi novia y no nos gustan este lugar. Don't take kids here. Most kids (7 and under at least) can't roll the ball hard enough to reset the pins. I had to input every roll for my four kids. Little assistance was given for our issue. Basically they just told us why the problem was occurring and left it at that. Paid for 2 rounds on 2 lanes and only made it through 1 round. They don't give refunds for an unplaced round. B&B is A LOT more accommodating for families with young kids. Never had the lane issues there.

ALL of the machines here are DESPERATELY in need of replacement!! This should be the most popular and desired place to bowl in Fayetteville; but, arguably, it isn't -- all due to very worn machines that malfunction waaaay too often. (I'm being generous with three stars!)

Really decent bowling alley, however it suffers the fate of many alleys that don't upgrade. The machines can be touchy, and the lanes can sometimes break *although the staff are quick to move us* aside from that, it does have decent food, and even a place to get a special bowling ball fitted for your hand. But sadly, it may end up falling out of business soon due to the lane problems and it's current location.

Don't waste your time. Their equipment is way outdated, couldn't keep a proper score because pins kept needing to be manually reset. Automatic bumper guards don't work anymore so my 5 year old had to play in his own lane with bumpers. Then they stopped OUR game halfway thru because my 5 year old threw the ball a few more times into his lane after his game had ended unbeknownst to us, so they demanded we pay an additional $6 for his free thrown balls to continue OUR game. Not to mention how overpriced it is from the games to the concession AND apparently they lost their license to sell beer. Seriously, this place sucks. Go to B&B like we should have done.

Do not go here if you have kids. They say you can't have bumpers fir your kid because they think 10 years old you dont need them. Its bullcrap. Their hours are wrong on their website and on their signs out front. They advertise that they close at 3am on saturdays and they run a $64 special from 12-3am where you can play for an unlimited amount of time. Went at 12:30 with some friends and we were kicked out at 2am. So, we paid about $10 more than we should have seeing as we only played for an hour and a half thinking that we were gonna be able to play until 3am. I won’t be returing. Will be taking my business to Acadiana lanes which is a lot nicer and updated.

We were there last night the staff was very friendly while we were paying. The kids got bored bowling so decided to play the arcade games. While two girls in our group decided to take pictures after the machine printed pictures from the group before them so they explained to staff and were reimbursed. They tried it again thinking it had just malfunctioned because no one stated it was out of order. After taking the pictures and waiting for them to print the assistant manager Christine walked over and told them with an attitude that it was out of order and grabbed whatever had printed. One of the girls mentioned no one asked for an attitude she replied with no one asked what you asked for. So I went to address the issue with her and got the same attitude. I told her if she had an issue with people’s children she should take it up with the parents because I do know how teenage girls can be and she should know as well being she’s probably in her early to mid 20s. She had an attitude and smerked the entire time I talked to her. I asked her how she would like it had I corrected her children and her response was that’s not going to be a problem because I’m not reproducing. Another costumer heard her as well and also got offended being the fact we were in basically a child’s establishment. Worst experience ever. Will never take my business there again. If that’s the best they can do with management they are definitely in trouble!

Really needs a upgrade that’s all I have to say, this place will go out of business in the future unless they upgrade, every year league bowlers leave to other bowling alleys because of constant break downs and frequently changes of house shot(I really hate the current one). Every year leagues get smaller and smaller, some leagues disband. I am surprised they’re still in business. Staff is friendly, don’t be rude to them they try there best considering they work in a crappy environment.

Straight Ghetto, lanes kept needed to be serviced while playing. Customers looking like people of walmart. If wanting to bowl in Fayetteville go to B&B.

Been coming here since I was a child, the only complaint I have is the parking lot, but I’ll sideswipe a car to fit into a parking space to throw balls at sticks of wood. The place seems somewhat clean, hard to tell because there’s a euphoria in every bowling alley I’ve went to where I just want to throw a ball, why they gotta be so heavy? I’ve never notice the cleanliness of the establishment. I’m very weak. Going here isn’t ever a planned event, it’s always a Saturday where a group of friends don’t know what to do and bowling is the last option, unfortunately I’m always never wearing sock.

Extremely overpriced for a dated bowling alley. Bowling with adults and kids, the bumpers have to either stay up or down unlike newer alleys that you can program bumpers according to bowler. Will definitely not be returning

Worst experience of our lives when it comes to bowling. Lanes kept not keeping score, or giving the kids the wrong score. The touch pads wouldn't accept any of our inputs or help clear so the kids could play when the pins didn't reset. Half way through our second game the pins stopped coming out completely. The maintenance guy spent 30 minutes trying to fix our lane until finally moving us to another lane. This new lane gave us even more problems to the point we just asked for our money back. The front desk clerk told us we would not be able to be refunded but we could get some passes to play a free game. We will not be going back ever again... floors are terrible, lanes were terrible and the service was as well. The icing on the cake was they lost their alcohol license so the adults couldn't even enjoy a few beverages... would rate zero stars if that were an option
