Fulton Alley was great for our company event! We wanted to do something different for our company cocktail party and this place could not have been more perfect. The staff was more than accommodating and promptly helped me with any of my questions/requests. The atmosphere was awesome, the food was delicious and the games were entertaining. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to host an event.

Nice spot but they shut the lanes off when your time runs out rather than when your game is over, with no option to extend. I was in the middle of frame eight, during the best game I’ve had in years, and got shut down. It’s bowling alley! Let the people bowl!

We had our son's rehearsal dinner and a post toast party here a couple of weeks ago. Everyone I had the opportunity to work was most helpful, accommodating and attentive. Each person went out of their way and worked very hard to make this special event as wonderful as possible. Thank you Victoria! And James...and everyone ....for a perfectly wonderful evening. Each of our guests raved about how much fun the evening was! A night to remember.

I was fortunate enough to attend a Howard University alumni and friends event at this bar and I was not disappointed. The food here is excellent and the bar service was speedy and friendly. There is no shortage of things to do here. I was able to go bowling, play ping-pong and unwind before catching a Pelican's game at the Smoothie King Arena. If you have time to kill before walking over to the Super Dome for an event, this should be your number one move.

Hosting our wedding rehearsal/welcome party at Fulton Alley was wonderful. And exceeded all of our expectations. The atmosphere and space provided was perfect for an informal social gathering. Our guests were able to walk around and mingle, enjoy the food, grab drinks and even get in a game of bowling! We were set-up near the main bar and had our own private section with 2 bowling lanes. We had bartenders and wait staff that were specific to our group. We hosted a buffet that was replenished regularly throughout the event with fresh, hot food. My mother-in-law was extremely grateful for all of the help that FA staff gave her leading up to the event. We received many compliments following the event and plan to recommend others use the space for special gatherings.

Excellent place for groups, from the small to the large. We had a family gathering there and enjoyed every moment. Everyone from the 20 month old to the 63 year old had a blast. Our group had 20 people in it. We rented 3 lanes. We stayed there 4 hours. We ordered food and drinks. Everything was fantastic.

A really cool environment, I was disappointed that they didn't have the life-size chess pieces anymore which is one of the reasons me and my friend visited so we can play but they still had Jess and bowling alley was nice the appetizers we ordered were pretty tasty too.

Food was mediocre and the service was HORRENDOUS. Counter workers seemed indifferent at best, borderline rude. Then, between the long group conversations, the wait staff "might" come by your table. Even then, they never asked if anyone needed anything. We spent half the night walking to the bar to get our sodas and drinks. The bowling, well, is more like pinball. Goofy system of tethered pins that make for interesting knock downs at least I guess.

Stopped in just for a quick dinner, and had a bacon cheeseburger. The burger was good but the patty was about the size of a poker chip. The wait staff were super helpful and cheerful, however. Some of the best wait staff I encountered in Nola.

The atmosphere is cool, it looks really nice but the staff HORRIBLE! Had a group of 6 paid in advanced, they brought us cold food. On top of that brought us all the wrongs food took almost an hour to return with the correct order. This place is too high to have horrible service as customer I did not feel appreciated spending an evening with my family and friends at this establishment. The regular bowling alley will def do better service better people.

The pins are on strings so serious bowlers shouldn't go here. It's a boutique bowling alley so it has the glossiness to it, but id toy bowl for the love of a good game, don't waste your time. If you are just looking for a night out with friends, it's probably good enough for that.

Bowling alley and bar are great, but the pins are suspended by ropes that cause some technical problems with scoring. Not recommended for serious players but awesome spot for casual bowling.

I like the idea of this place, super cute updated bowling alley with a decent bar and small bites. however we ordered a round of drinks for the table and the CO2 machine was broken and they couldn't have been less concerned with a table full of flat disgusting drinks. The food was edible, but tiny portions and very expensive for the size and quality.

This place was a blast if you want to do more than just sit and drink. They had shuffleboard, bocce ball, darts and bowling as well as some table top games. The drinks were reasonable and the atmosphere was relaxed.

Called 15 before arriving and asked if there was a wait. AWe were assured we could walk right in and get a lane. When we arrived we were told it would be over an hour before we could get a lane and that they had been swamped all day. Opted to just get some food and play shuffle board. The food was barely passable as food and the shuffleboard table was so damaged that the game was unplayable.

Had a great time on our stay-cation here, with our 3 year old son. Food was great... drinks can be a little pricy. Bumpers turn on and off with each player and they had rolling carts for the little ones.

My first time! We went for mothers day at 11am and were the only people. The alley was really nice and the staff was great. Food is delicious and we got half off for mothers day. It was an awesome time. Highly recommend it!

As a serious bowler, I like to try different venues. This is not a true bowling alley.. if you have a real bowling ball (reactive style like Storm or Rotogrip) leave it home as I would assume they have never oiled their lanes. If they do, they are not properly done. Very overpriced as far as the "bowling" goes, food isn't terrible, but here again, very pricey for what you are getting. There are a few other bowling alleys near by for way less cost! The food at the other places is a lit better and the food and drink cost a lot less. Good luck!

I had my Bachelor party here a few months ago and we had an awesome time. Everyone really liked the food and had a lot to drink with the open bar. The only done fall is it ended to fast and they did not let us extend the time for my party.

Fulton Alley-I was pleased with my personal experience as a first timer. I would love to be on the marketing team for this establishment to help bring it back to life. I read many of the reviews before attending and was very apprehensive about what to expect. I gave the rating a 3 and that's being nice. The staff is just okay I had to go into the building and literally FIND someone to talk to for a reservation. I called them on there own phone once I got inside the building and the lady still then tried to talk to me on the phone after I had been calling for 3days!! I got lucky and was there on a slow night so the staff paid close attention to me and was kind. The food-I could have done better digging out of a trash can on Bourbon St. I would seriously love to have a sit down with marketing because from a business perspective and a customer perspective, I don't see Fulton Alley at the rate its going lasting another 7 years. This business has the potential to be a very HOT SPOT. Not sure if the owners realize what they really have on their hands. It would be a sad thing to see them fade. Terrible service!! A group of us went in for our office outing and the receptionist neglected to tell us that in 20 minutes the entire bowling ally would be shut down for a private function. We started bowling and then the manager came over and rudely told us to leave. As we were collecting our items, we moved to the cocktail section of the bar away from the lanes to do our gift exchange before we all disbursed and the manager again asked us to leave before we could even swap our gifts. Not only was the situation handled poorly from the start, there was no effort or apology provided and it completely ruined our office holiday gathering. As a group of locals, we won’t be back.

Nice place! Enjoyed networking and hanging out here. On the corner easy to uber to and bounce from here to other places. Bathrooms were very clean. Decor was very posh and fashionable. Bartenders were pretty quick and efficient. The only thing that wasn't great was the drinks. Given, we were there for an event anf there were drink specials but we got the drink called the red-headed something... It tasted like pink lemonade grapefruit juice... Not good.

This place was nice. Best described as a boutique bowling alley. There was good music, a decent menu, and good drinks. We had a party of approx. 12-15 people. We purchased multiple drink and a plethora of food. However, the waitress assigned to our group was lackluster and dry. It appeared she was not a happy camper and at times annoyed. When I say we ordered a lot of stuff, I mean a lot. I would estimate 15+ drinks and 15 different items from the menu. Cha-ching!!!!! Yet, she remained underwhelming, despite our pleseant demeanor. I would suggest getting staff that are excited to be at such a fun place. It appeared to be a slow night too. Therefore, she should of embrace the parrons present. Double and triple orders of food, the spinach dip, wings, brussel sprouts, fries, fried okra, sliders, and tacos were good. However, the spring rolls were sent back, they were awful, even for the vegitarian in the group, and by the way there is a diference in peanuts sauce and smearing peanut butter on the plate....thumbs down!!! The menu variety was appreciated. In closing, great location, the validated parking was an incentive ($5) and the atmosphere was inviting. Though we did not utilize the pool table and bar, they were noted.

Inexperienced bartenders, our company booked a Christmas party between 7:15 and 10:15. Everything went well till they took us to the lanes and other customers were eating off our Buffet. Then they told us at 10:00 our bar was closed 15 minutes early. Great time other than the new bartender that had to look up the recipes for drinks.

Bartender Jimi is the BEST! He makes the experience into absolute perfection. I highly recommend the gaming and the bar/bistro. Get a Pimm's Cup while you are there. It is an amazing and colorful drink experience!

Great menu, great atmosphere but if you come to bowl then it's a bit disappointing. Essentially all of the bowling balls have dents in them. Very noticeable dents in fact, dents so large it can effect your bowling I'm sure. Update: Due to such a timely and positive response from customer service I had to upgrade the establishment from 3 to 4 stars. Great customer service is important. Once the balls are updated it will be a 5 star establishment in my eyes.

Such a cool hangout spot in NOLA! Just outside of the French quarter, it's a great spot to catch up with friends over food, drinks, and bowling. It has the look and feel of a swanky lounge, with fun electronic music. I think this is a great alternative to hanging out on Bourbon Street.

We had a blast at Fulton Alley. We went two days Friday and Sunday. We decided to do our Birthdays and Anniversary at Fulton because it's super fun and our friends and family love the scenery. The drinks are nice and the wings are over the top good.

Great location and good atmosphere. Had a private party here and the only issue was that it wasn't divided from the regular patrons. It got confusing with people coming over to our lanes and using the same waiters to order drinks.

We had a good time here. We went on Sunday morning and bowled and had the Bloody Mary’s. Best Bloody Mary I had in New Orleans! The staff was friendly and helpful. Food was average, the pork belly was really tough like jerky. The fries were great. It’s a good time.
