Went to a birthday party there and was not impressed with the workers. Every time we turned around we were being told we were breaking rules. That we didnt even know that we were doing. The price of having a party there isn't worth it. You have to pay for refills and the pizza was gross.

Best place in Beaumont to go bowling. They have league bowling and a special offer for kids to get 2 free games a day all summer. The food is really good and the service is extremely friendly

The only ppl that were nice and friendly was the shoe rental people. I came from Katy,Texas for a birthday party. My daughter was told that the refills on pitchers of drinks were free and that was not true. For that price it should have been.

They wouldn't let me make a reservation...ok fine, but then you panic when my party of 30 walks in. They screwed up everything! They took forever! What took the cake is when I ordered 3 nachos and it said $3.00. She says $17.00...wait what??? Then she proceeded to say those prices on the list aren't right!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Got some actual WiFi for everyone, new floors and colors, higher prices for food, games ate everywhere instead of one room, new rollers for the kids and new colored shoes. How nice and all for the customer. I suppose the new manager actually.... Kind of cares for this place. I also see there is new bowling balls to use and some flat screen TVs. Nice but some of them don't have subtitles for those who don't want to bowl. Sucks but who doesn't want to bowl in a nice place like this, huh? Came in on their $2 Tuesday and it's a great deal. Think they have it until close so noice.

Have not been here in several months. The men's restroom on the concession stand smells horrible. They have urinal mats on the floor that have not been changed in who knows when. You can smell the urin even before you open the door. Just ordered a chicken strip basket. One of the pieces if chicken seemed very old. It was rubbery. It was the last piece in my basket. I did not finish it. If it was my first piece , I would have taken the entire meal back. The top part of the gravy seemed ok but about half way in it started tasting funny. That will be the last time I ever eat in there. I won't be surprised if I don't end up in the emergency room tonight with food poison.

If you are going to bowl in Southeast Texas, this is the place to go. Although the front desk clerk wasn't particularly pleasant, the atmosphere and good lane conditions/equipment made up for it.
