The scoring was messed up and the arcade games also were broken. But service was great and the equipment is easy to handle. Would rate 2.5 but I rounded up.

Arcade is good, but some are 50c and some are 1.00 sadly, bowling is pricey and food is pretty fantastic. Spent almost 150 on one go with just 2 people

This place is really expensive. Also before the foul line there is a bunch of oil I asked the lady that owns the place if she can have somebody wipe up the oil because I cannot come to complete stop before the foul line. Her reply was it supposed to be that way. so people are slipping and falling and hurting themselves. I do not recommend this place. I'd rather drive 2 hours to go bowling somewhere else.

I didn't like that they didn't do the hour alley rental. And quite a few of the machines in the arcade took our money.

This place is on the way out.. Run down to the fullest. Just really old. Scoring is messed up, bathrooms are dirty, and EXPENSIVE for what this place is. But it gets the job done, I suppose.

This happened several years back but I was reminded when a friend wanted to throw her child's bday party at Country Lanes in Natchitoches and I told her I would not set foot in this building let alone spend money with these people. I went to this bowling ally a lot as a little girl, back then it was the place to be. Since then nothing has been updated. The bathrooms never cleaned. The food will 110% get you sick. They have animals in this place making it unsanitary and unsafe for people with and without allergies with absolutely no warning anywhere. There are also rodents and bugs, saw them with my own eyes. The technology does not work, the computers will definitely score you wrong and the workers have to reset pins/balls/ etc. almost every roll (and they took their time doing so). They do not have a great selection of shoes, music, booze, food, or fun. Their "arcade" has all broken machines but you must pay a $5 entry fee. (Yes seriously there is an entry fee to the broken down arcade). Lastly and most importantly, the customer service is beyond rude. They are impossible. After paying to play a game of bowling we decided we would go to the arcade first. So of course now we (my husband and I) have invested about $30 bucks into our fun night, (which will not break us but it is how these people make a living), we were talked to very rude, eyes got rolled with every single word she said to us. Then after not completing even one game of pool in the arcade we were KICKED OUT with no refund. I asked why, since we had already paid and hadn't been there 10 min. She said she reserved the right to kick us out. Note, I had been here several times before but my husband hadn't. I was irate, so I was told they were closing for the night but they still had food cooking and people bowling. So not happy with their obvious lie of an answer, I asked again. That's when we were told she didn't want us there because we were an interracial couple. Not an ignorant couple, not loud or rude, not dressed inappropriate. We did nothing wrong, but she didn't want to have to look at his black skin. This place deserves to be bulldozed even before we were treated this way. I honestly have no idea how the owners made it this long.

Very outdated. Shoes are old . Pricing was 10$ a person with shoes per game. Not impressed. Oil for lanes goes farther than foul lines, I fell on my first bowl. Not safe. Computer system lagging.

The owners here are proof not all of the older generation has the best manners. They are rude. Their rules are nit-picky. The prices are high. I believe they're open simply because there aren't many alternatives.

A little pricey for such a dated bowling alley. Cost a little over 50 dollars for 2 games for 3 people. Also, dont trust the hours that are posted.

Alley is dated but everything works good. The glow bowling on Saturday nights is fun. The service is about the most rude you will will ever encounter, which is the reason for two stars.

It's a bit pricy at $5.50 per person per game, plus shoe rental. Theres no lane rental by the hour. The lady at the counter was a little rude, too. If you really want to go bowling it's the only alley in town, but you'll pay for the privilege.

My experience was piss poor. The woman kept an attitude and the arcade took a few of my dollars. They weren't supposed to close til eleven but at nine thirty they started to turn off the lights. Also, they told me that they were not giving out any one pool balls after nine! I will not be going back! And! I went there on a Friday night and there was a guy in a scoot around that kept flirting with the group of people I went there with. He even licked a girl's face when he asked if she would take a picture with him. That's gross!

Firstly, they have a sign on the door showing you can rent lanes if you have 6 people, then you go to pay and she says we don't rent out lanes. Not mention she was very rude. Also, they have a game room to play pool and alot of other games. So when we were done with our game, we were going to play pool. Keep in mind it's a Friday night, they stay open late. The time is 10:35 and she informs us thay the game room closes at 10:30 but you can still bowl for another hour or so, but was also rude about that. It's a nice place we had fun, but she was very rude. We won't be back.

Drove an hour to take my children bowling, they closed an hour and half early. If your hours are from 5-10 stay open until 10.
