It is a bit dated, but most bowling alleys are. Still lots of fun to be had. Food is what you should expect from a bowling alley. Reasonable priced compared to other alleys. People always seem nice. Never had a bad experience here.

Very dated bowling alley. Took kids and they enjoyed it, but worth traveling to New Orleans or Gulfport of you want to have a better time.

This place is terrible, I wouldn’t expect the food to be great but it is inedible and took an hour to get a couple of pizzas out. The staff was unfriendly and incompetent.

This place is a joke. The lanes are not kept up well. The place itself is dirty & run down. The service is pretty horrible too. The old lady at the counter taking money & handing out shoes is just rude.

Very dated and over priced. Horrible game room. Both the snack machine and arcade machines took our money multiple times. Next time my kids want to bowl we will drive from Slidell to Kenner.

It was our first time visiting Bowling USA today, but it definitely won't be our last. It was a really pleasant and nostalgic experience for us older folks. The snack bar service was phenomenal, and they even still have the working pay phone. It's like stepping back into childhood if you grew up hanging out at the local bowling alley like we did.

Been here twice and had a good time. The second time we were there they were out of adult socks, so we needed to go out and buy some. The pizza took forever. The staff were nice though. The pool tables needs to be changed, there's 4 tables but they only have 1 cue ball and once it goes to the hole it won't come back out.

Employees are really friendly. Food is good. They sell pizza, popcorn, nachos and other things. They do birthdays and have days for seniors to play. They've got an arcade and a pool table and jukebox to listen while you play.

I love this place I go at least 3 times a week I hope we can get more people to show some love to this old bowling alley. I’m 19 years old and I can see the love for the game is dieing. Personally I never thought bowling to be fun until my parents got me to go one time. It changed my perspective a lot. The staff is awesome. I see people talking about a mean old lady. She’s the sweetest thing tuff and rigid at first but once you get to know them they are amazing people. Yeah the place is below perfect but I wouldn’t trade it for the world. It just needs some investors. People who care about there community. It’s sad that slidell would bash there own place and talk so down about it. If it’s that big of a deal then you apply and work there and try to make the changes you want to see. I’ll be bowling to night and having an amazing time. Worst bowling alley I have ever been to. 1. Lanes are old and not kept up. 2. Food was expensive and gross. 3. Bathrooms were dirty. 4. Almost all of the arcade games were broken or almost broken and very dirty. 5. The whole place overall is just run down and gross.

Customer service skills were non-existent. Did was typical for a bowling alley circa 1990. While the lanes looked maintained, the equipment, decor and arcade games were not. "Lounge" was not open yet so can't speak to that.

The only reason I am giving them a 1 is you have to select something and because the lady at the counter was very nice. The snack bar experience ruined the whole event. The woman was just rude and guy there was unbelievable. My ordered a pizza for my husband, one of the two pizza's that are offered. First he asked did they have pizza with sausage and bacon and was told no. He asked for Jalapeños on the peperroni and after a long wait the guy brings out a link of sausage in a paper boat with a piece of bacon on it and said they didn't have jalapeños. He told him he did not order that and he insisted he did and my husband told him just give me a refund of my money and the guy told him no refunds. I blew a gasket because we just spent $270 paying for kids bowling and all the food. I told them they wil either give him his money back or give him a pizza and they finally agreed to the pizza. The kids had a very good time but as far as the bowling alley experience .....it will never happen again. Oh also I had one kid who couldn't make it to the party and they would not give me a refund of the $10.43. Never again!!!!

Ordered club sandwich and cajun fries. After waiting for over 2.5 hours the fries were over cooked and it took over another 40 minutes to get the sandwich because she only makes one thing at a time.. WOW. WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO MULTI TASKING

The outside of the building looks like a something they'd use in the walking dead. The inside wasnt all too bad, the carpet didnt smell like puke so that's a plus compared to tiffany lanes in mandeville. The lanes are nice and polished. The arcade room is pretty bad, I think the employees forgot they had one. Also they dont have chalk for the pool cues which is an annoyance because well....you need chalk. They could also use a quarter machine, as it is you have to see the attnedant to get quarters which she will not have enough of. I guess with out any local competition that all matters to them as much as my review does.However myself and my group still had a good time bowling and making fun of the arcade and pool room.

Crazy price 4 bucks after tax a game per person really!!!!! That's 8 bucks with a date for 10 min and that's without shoes. And no hourly bowling.they should be ashamed of them selves any bowling place could shut these guys down. Even in the pic up top only the workers are in the parking lot

I had the half and half special. My choice was 1/2 roast beef po- boy, actually slightly larger than a half, along with a generous portion of French fries but before my main course I had a delicious lettuce and tomato salad with creamy artichoke house dressing (this is the ultimate best tasting dressing I have ever tasted)! My husband always orders bleu cheese dressing except for here at KY's Bicycle Shop where he always orders the creamy artichoke! Try it out if you haven't yet- you will go back again and again! Oh by the way they also have the best nachos anywhere! If you don't have at least 3,4 or more don't order the large just get the small for an appetizer.

WAY understaffed! Only 2 workers on a Saturday night. One worker for paying and giving out shoes and one working concession. Waited over an hour for cheese fries, cheese sticks and nachos. The owners need to either hire help or get in there and work. Just my opinion but they also need a serious cleaning and updating.

My family and I went bowling at Bowling USA and there was a misconception about the money and my stepmother was trying to explain that we had 4 people bowling and we wanted 3 games TOTAL. They however charged us 11 games because apparently they took it as 3 games per person but my little brother only counted as 2 games cause he is 3 years old. (My dad, my stepmom, me, and my brother) 3+3+3+2=11. My stepmom tried to stay calm and she did. She asked for the manger to try and figure this out. The manager gave my stepmom attitude but the actual bowling part was fun and I enjoyed it. KIDS 4 AND UNDER GET A GAME FREE WITH AN ADULT. I think it’s a great family outing but overpriced as well. Lastly I think kids 5 and under should be free cause what 3 year old is gonna bowl 4 games like cmon now the kid can barely even throw by himself. Based on this, I’ll have to give Bowling Usa 3 out of 5 stars.

It is a bowling alley, so I don't know why my expectations were high. Any time you go to the bar or a kitchen it is a 10 minute wait, even tho there is no line, that is just how long it takes to be helped. The young guy behind the counter is very condescending when he is helping you, even tho he is there handing out shoes.

I have been to this place so many times it is ridiculous. I am a fan of the pool tables and the music box. I love to go with groups and play all my favorite song just don't expect the food to be excellent, except for the nachos. The bowling alley is well kept and they have plenty of balls to choose from. The shoes are in good condition and are regularly cleaned. This place is an excellent place to just visit and have fun

Came in on a Sunday and it was packed. They have food but I didn't try any. There is also a bar for drinks. The place is just rundown needs some work done.
