Decent bowling alley, and when you walk in you get a free time travel trip to 1994- the last time updates were made. Customer service is surprisingly good. Dont bother with the arcade, you will lose every token in the mostly broken games.

I could get anyone to answer the phone. We showed up and used my credits to bowl. I buy in advance. Our lane kept messing up, they only helped once. None of our scores were correct. It was difficult to get help and very frustrating since we HAD brought children. We ended up leaving but HOPE next time goes better.

I've been bowling here on a league/for fun for about 2.5 years. Every time our league starts a new season, the price goes up. This season, it went up $1.50 per week, which doesn't seem like a lot, but we lost a lot of bowlers for that reason. The other problem I have is the lanes break down CONSTANTLY. Every Sunday, at least two lanes break down. For the price we pay, it shouldn't be this bad. I understand things happen, but it's getting old. The redeeming quality is the staff. The staff are super nice and helpful.

Great place to bowl. They have games to play as well. Reasonable priced. Friendly staff. Restaurant in bowling alley is nice. Nice menu selection with good prices. You can have it delivered by GrubHub as well. Plenty of parking. Plenty of lanes to bowl. Definitely come and check them out.

if you want to bowl in Lexington, this is pretty much your only choice. Don't count on anyone there being helpful or getting a lane even if you've reserved one. they don't care, because they are the only lanes in town, so you can wait and you'll like it.

My nephew just had his birthday party here. Fun was had by all! I was especially impressed by the metal guides and bumper pads that helped the younger kids bowl easier. My husband and I will be bringing the boys to Collins soon to bowl!

Take everything I say with a grain of salt - I am not a bowler. The lanes are clean, service when needed is pretty fast and the food is good. Not sure what else to ask for from a bowling alley - nice job.

Have gone to this bowling center from when I was a child. I wish the wait times weren't as long for lanes. The bar needs to be updated and cleaned and needs to staff to accommodate the weekend crowds.

Standard bowling alley. Leagues during weeknights. Passing time while not bowling, they provide two grim pool tables, video games for adults and kids, food and beverage, and a pro shop. Not great but not bad, just an average alley.

The bowling alley is showing its age. The lanes are in pretty good shape, but the gutters are damaged, pin setter is slow and so is ball return. It is still fun to bowl there though. I think they have been slowly improving things over the years.

Way too expensive and the facility was just dirty and gross. The bartender took 10 min just to pour 2 draft beers and they cost far too much. I'd rather spend my money at Malibu Jacks. I won't return nor will I recommend this place to ANYONE! Definitely not worth it.

Been a bowler here for years, and even when there were other alleys in Lexington this was still the best place to bowl in town. Though weeknights are often crowded due to leagues, there are still of opportunities for non-league bowlers to have fun. The food is typical for a bowling center and reasonably priced. The bar is fairly well stocked (a decent number of local beer options too) and prices are pretty good too. Would recommend you purchase your own shoes if you bowl regularly because rentals add up quickly, otherwise the bowling prices are pretty standard.

My parks and rec group go bowling there every saturday now that our bowling season has started i wish they would be more better to us 10 lanes is not a lot for us cause we do have wheelchairs we are disabled but we still like to have fun too like everyone else we usually have 30 some people show up i and my friends love bowling but it seems like we are not wanted there. We just want to have fun....I do too.

I love to bowl. The bar tender was really nice she gave me free ice... But the concession stand not so good ordered a hot dog and fries they went on break for 30 minutes then came cooked it sat it on the bar then we went and asked how much longer it would be they said it had been done but they left it on the counter and let people breathe and sneeze all over it and when I went to see if it was done it was really cold. So I had to wait another 15 for fresh food. But other than that the bar tender was the best she rocks!!!!!!

I appreciate the free games if you sign up but you CANT GET A LANE EVER. Leagues on weekdays and packed on weekends. Someone please open a second bowling alley in this town! My family has been turned away 3 times in the past 2 weeks and we called tonight and leagues are full til 10. It’s honestly ridiculous.

The staff were extremely nice and very helpful. We made our reservation for 2 hours. The kids were having such a good time, we didn't want to end it. The guy who helped us throughout the night let us pay for another hour. That was a huge solid and we will definitely make that our Bowling Alley

I’m a member here! Service is great, the food is better than you would expect. The bowling rewards membership is worth it! It’s the only bowling center left in town. Only complaint is that they could order new shoes. Some of them are so worn that you can see your socks.

It was relatively clean for a bowling alley. Even the restroom was decent. I liked how easy it was too setup the scorekeeping. The Anime style graphics were entertaining. The balls were a little beat up, but they were pretty busy, so I guess the better balls were already being used.

Cheap, lively, decent food, friendly and cheerful associates. The pins reset quickly, the rentak shoes are not so bad. Only complaints: 1. It can be a bit busy at times. Call ahead! 2. Not a large selection of bowling balls. My complaints do not detract from my experiences at this bowling center so my 5 star score remains. :)

This place is always incredibly fun, but it is nearly impossible to find the appropriate size of ball when they are busy. I use a 10lb ball and they are few and far between here. I wish they had more lower weight balls. I could make a 9lb ball work in a pinch, but they are also scarce. The gold membership program they currently have is awesome and I'd highly recommend trying it.

All over an above average bowling alley. I don't have any kids but out seems to be pretty kid/family friendly. They have a full service bar as well as a concession stand. They sometimes have karaoke in said bar which I personally don't care for. All in all, 4/5 stars.

The lanes were constantly breakIng, with the bowling balls sticking in the mechanism numerous times. We lost about an hours time running back and forth and they only gave us 30 mutes time. If it wasn't for Michaels birthday party, I would've oft early.

Don’t bother signing up for a membership here they just changed the hours for the membership without notifying anyone. The new hours are Mon-Friday 9-5 when most people are working 9am- 12pm on Saturdays... the owner still displays the old signs which don’t show restricted hours. Save your time and money and go to Malibu Jacks right down the street!!!!!

Best (read only) bowling center in Lexington, it is actually good for taking a few friends out and spending an hour or three. However sometimes that time is mostly spent waiting on the desk to give you a lane despite many being totally empty. On the plus side, as bowling alleys go the food isn’t terrible.

Recently renovated, it's always clean and the staff is friendly. Participated in my first bolwing league here this year and it was a lot of fun. Snack bar is pretty decent for a bowling alley. Tater tots are awesome.

We took our students to Collins for a school incentive. They had EVERYTHING planned out and ready to go when we arrived. Shoes laid out for kids, food ready to go, and very polite and patient employees helping kids who had the wrong shoe sizes (the kids provided the wrong size). Lots of fun, very easy to chaperone, quick and easy experience.

They make some nice grilled cheese, top notch. Workers are very kind, always seems to be working hard. Bowling lanes aren't good to run on, you will fall, but bowling is great. I very much enjoyed the gutters... lol. I shot a 299 in my second game but came up short with a 78 in the second game.

Bowling was good, but they could of spaced out the lanes more. There were 8 open lanes at the end of the alley that were not being used. Out of all the arcade type games in the young kids and teen plus side, only 5 were working. The vending machine for glowing trinkets up front were not working as well.. only 2 signs were on the non working arcade, the others we found out after having disappointed kids. As well as the vending machine. Good pretzels which were probably the highlight of trip, which is kinda sad. Out of $100 the biggest impression was $5 worth of hot prrtzels. Not a good experience for my kids so probably won't return. Especially getting charged $2 for tap water..........

A nice crowd Saturday night. They had a band, $5 cover charge. The drinks were average. They have 2 pool tables which you have to give an atte want your ID in order to get the pool sticks. Over All a good experience.

I purchased the membership and at first it was great and then without warning I could not use it during certain times on certain days..... I was told that emails went out to all member and I checked spam and trash, absolutely no email to be found. I emailed the owner directly and voiced my opinion and ALL I got was “I will delete you from our records.” Not even an apology to the unsatisfactory communication. I will never step foot in this bowling alley again. I will go down the road to Malibu Jacks to bowl. FYI: MJs is MUCH cleaner (no gross sticky carpet) and WAY better food!!!!!!
