Depending on the day of the week, they run some great specials. Website is not always updated so make sure you call to confirm they have what you need, open bowl, schedule etc.. Staff not always on the same page when it comes to schedule. The grill makes a great cheeseburger!! we have ordered it many times, and always delicious!!

my son and I visited this bowling alley 05-22-2016 the staff was friendly enough, not overly talkative but nice and efficient. we bowled for two hours, my son, being 2, got the ball stuck multiple times, even threw the ball down the wrong lane, the staff was happy to help each and every time and never seemed put off by the constant need for assistance. we also spent quite a bit of time in the arcade and the person behind the counter was personable as he counted the tickets and let my son take his time to choose all his prizes, he had like 1000 tickets so it took forever. while bowling we also enjoyed some taco tots and a buffalo chicken wrap, soda and a couple of beers. the snacks were reasonably priced and the lady brought our food, and was consistent in checking to see if we needed anything. over all our experience was great and we plan on going again this evening. maybe not snacks and arcade due to our budget but the bowling alone is fun I would also like to comment on the restrooms, they were very neat and clean, they have a retro vibe, perfect for a bowling alley. personally love the retro vintage look, even if you do not, the cleanliness is up to par and the place was packed while we were there.

Always great, good prices, good food. But I will say, I was disappointed when my fam stayed for the Rock-n-bowl. I thought they would play Rock music, but they didn't. It was mostly R&B or some weird slow music I've never heard of.

Staff was incredibly rude. Food was horrible. When we told them about the food, the guy just laughed and shrugged his shoulders. He did nothing. Management didnt care either about the food or the rude employee. When we went to turn in our shoes (after being charged for 2 hours instead of for the 1 game we played...literally 5 min over the hour mark)we were dismissed completely. So much for supporting the hometown little guy. Next time we will pay more and go to Main Event.

Never returning. They were very unaccommodating, and argumentative with us. We were originally placed next to small children who kept waking into our lane so we quietly asked to switch lanes. They switched us to a lane with more small children doing the same thing, so we asked to switch again and this time were met with arguments and they placed the blame on us, yet half of the bowling alley wasn’t being used and moving us clearly couldn’t have been too difficult. Terrible customer service.

Went on a date,was having fun until they assigned another person to our lane, didn't even get to finish our game, the person they assigned rudley kicked us off, we went to try to figure out why and they offered to move us to another lane, we left because I felt like they should have moved the rude lady who kicked us off our lane!

This is a great place! Very clean, well-lit, music was at the right level, and the gentlemen running the place were extremely polite and helpful. Lots of families and groups of well-behaved teens bowling. Definitely a family-friendly place to go on a Saturday afternoon. We decided to use bumpers midway through, and they were happy to accommodate. Very reasonably priced- we decided to play by the hour and they prorated our time because the two nine year olds playing were done early. We didn't eat there, but the food smelled and looked good. We will definitely go back!

Went later at night, prices were surprisingly high compared to my previous trip at the Mission Bowl. Also a slight bummer to have no cosmic bowling at night any bowling ally with cosmic bowling is so much more fun! Overall, price and experience lacks compared to most other places I would only recommend going here if it's just down the street.

Your typical classic bowling alley. No thrills but a lot of lanes. The lanes themselves are properly oiled and maintained, however they are prone to the occasional mechanical hangup, such as balls getting stuck, not clearing pins or recording the wrong score. The food there is actually better than what you'd expect to get at a bowling alley.

I loved my experience at Olathe east bowling alley Kim was our bartender and she was great!!! We were here for state bowling and although I wasn't bowling she was very attentive and always here for us when we needed something couldn't have asked for a better experience!

the lanes were easily accessible and well kept HOWEVER the music - which was blasting my ear drums essentially until they bled - made me want to go home and cleanse my soul because it was so dark. the music was basically all heavy metal - which is fine but not exactly something you that speaks to a family fun environment. The equivalent to Marilyn Manson didn't perepetuate my bowling game - to say the least. The music was overbearing and in the worst way possible. dark and ominouse - until they played "all about that bass" at the very end of course.

Grandkids and I had a great time. But when you're competing with a big-deal place like Main Event, I would think you'd want cheerful friendly people working there. Not the grumpy man who couldn't even smile. Maybe $25 isn't high for 4 people playing one game + shoes, but I was somewhat surprised.

My daughters took me there for Father's Day. It is a tradition. The people there are always nice. The menu is great and the portions are large. There was a family 2 lanes over and I saw the lady from the front desk personally spray and wipe the area before the foul line. While we were bowling we also could watch as team USA scored 3 goals in World Cup.

Great bowling alley. Lots of lanes, well lit, clean. Friendly staff. Nice 50's diner for food and adult beverages. Good selection of house balls. For a party today, $6 a head included shoe rental and unlimited bowl from 11am to 5pm. What a deal.

Four stars for what it is, which is an old school bowling alley. I am not an expert bowler, but looks like the lanes are nicely maintained. The equipment and scoring mechanisms worked perfectly, which is often not the case. They have regular weekly and seasonal specials for open bowling so when the family occasionally opts for bowling, this is where we go. The food is actually pretty good, again by bowling alley standards. The Tots were perfectly crispy and the beer is always cold. If my son could have gotten that last spare and rolled his first 200, I might have given them a goodwill five stars.

prices are good. food is good. customer service awful. i have been bowling here for years and never had any problems. the entire night was full of hard metal music with the occasional rap song. no one there seemed to be enjoying themselves and so i had gone up to request some music which happened to be a country song. they rolled their eyes and played it anyway - half volume. i noticed that there were people actually singing and having a good time when that song played. well after about 10 more metal songs i went up to request another one - got the eyes rolled AGAIN and told that this is my last song i get and that "country scares them." and they said to play the volume at an "8" which is turning it WAY down. could barley hear the lyrics to the song - now in between my whole two songs i got - people were saying "this music sucks!" and leaving an hour into the cosmic bowling. i have never been to a bowling alley where it was cosmic bowling and people don't stay the entire time - or at least for a couple hours. i mean the whole point is for unlimited bowling. well after more and more scream music and an empty bowling alley - my friend had gone up to them and asked for a variety - not any specific genre - just more variety of music because it was very subjective. and he responded with "ill see what we have" - when they are on itunes buying these songs so to say his selection was slim would be false. well he played two more screamo songs then played a rap song and then went right back to that good ole metal which was not censored or appropriate - aka do not bring any kids with these guys being the dj. we finally decided to leave after we all had a headache from it getting blasted. i would have gone to the manager about it but he was one of the guys telling me that this is my last time. (he was laughing which could make it seem better - but i think we all know they were not willing to play another one - it took some serious begging to play a damn song. i mean common.) my group decided next time we will be going to incredibowl and will actually get a variety of music there!

Will never go back there. Rude customer service. Food was horrible. The girl behind the food counter was nice. Bathrooms were nasty. Can see why it wasn't that packed now. Entire middle section open and they piled people on top of us. I also don't like the fact you pay per hour and not per game. Not a good selection of balls to play with. No cosmic bowling. Will go to another bowling alley next time.

Staff very uncaring regarding those with wheel chairs and their safety entering the building. The response when the safety concern was brought to the attention of the manager was that it meets code. His attitude was very much that it’s not his problem. Nice. Just glad my son was able to control his wheel chair enough to save him self from falling off the very narrow sidewalk.

We are regular customers. We come every Tuesday night and Sunday night. I must say their lanes break down EVERY single time we come to bowl, it's not a big deal except for the manger seems not to care at all when this happens to people. The response time for our service request is so slow. Generally no one is there to respond to their faulty lanes. We also came for cosmic bowling and since when do they play ONLY COUNTRY MUSIC?!? On Cosmic night I would expect some other kinds of music besides country for 30 minutes straight. This is the only kind of music they seem to play and the only kind of music I dislike. They also closed and shut down our bowling alley apparently early at 12:25, although I thought they closed at 1:00am on Saturday nights for cosmic bowling as shown on their google hours. Just super disappointed overall. Wish they would play some kind of music besides country and wish they'd actually keep the black light on until their closing time.

I have been bowling here for 17 years, as well as many bowling alleys in the Kansas-Missouri area. This bowling alley is one of the best kept in the area and the leagues just can't be beat. The open play is affordable and the customer service is great. The pro shop included in the bowling alley is very helpful and all bowlers, new or not, are welcomed and will have a great time.

Went here while in town and looking for something to do. While bowling the lane got jammed. After 20 minutes into our hour we paid for we asked what was going on. After getting blamed for breaking the lane due to "bowling to fast" nothing was done for the next hour while we sat. Our lane and the lane next to us went to ask the manager about the situation 6 times within two hours without ever getting a good response. We sat drinking and eating without bowling before we demanded our money back. The manager was rude and disrespectful. We were willing to sit and wait but with the way we were treated and lack of customer service made this one of the worst experiences ever.
