Cynthia is rude and never honors what her employees tell the customer. I and my friends have been bowling in their Women and Wine league since the start last summer we have easily spent $1000.00 each in food, bowling and drinks, we have recommended and helped grow their Women and Wine league. However after the third interaction with Cynthia the lady who runs things there we have decided to take our business elsewhere. She has yelled and treated us like trash for the last time.

My kids love bowling here! The lanes are challenging and thr staff is great with my kids. The grill is decently priced and fired fresh. They have a jr bowling and family bowling league and accept the kids bowl free tickets in the summer.

Went and they only had two lanes open due to leagues. That's ok except we watched one person bowl 5 games and a group bowl 3 games before we left. Would have been nice to know they could bowl as many games as they wanted even with people waiting. But the food was good atleast

No longer a good bowling establishment. Staff did not make us feel welcome with tbe exception of the snack bar. They wash their hands of responsability for the horrible coin eating arcade, which they don't own, but in the end it is a big part of their business. I wish I could give a better review to this local business but I feel ripped off and do not plan on returning.

Whenever it gets warm and humid, the approaches are like glue! Why can't they turn on the AC to remove some of the humidity? ........ Like the commercial says ...... It does no good to monitor the situation, if you can't fix it! Get a dehumidifier if you don't want to turn on the AC to remove the moisture in the air.

Other bowlers we're treating us like we were peasent scum. Especially the people in lane nine just after 9:00 pm on 8/01/18 ... They we basically jerks, and treating us like we were lower than us. reply: it is towards other patrons, but it seemed like one of your workers was related to the other patrons. maybe they were friends. i know my group has decided to take our bowling to another facility.

Came in tonight with a groupon and they would not honor it even though the girl told me they had a lane open before i told her i had a groupon. Then the guy said he cant take a groupon tonight with limited lanes... which makes no sense since i paid for the groupon that didnt say anything about not being able to use it on a tuesday night. I drove 45 min. To come to this bowling alley. Waste of time, gas and disappointed my kids who were looking forward to the family fun we planed.

Mission Bowl is an alright place to bowl. I came here with a group of maybe 5 or 6 friends, and the staff was a little bit rude to us. They rushed us when we were deciding what to buy, even though there was nobody else in line. However, the bowling is fun and the food is pretty good.

The older chef was not wearing gloves when he cooked, which is totally disgusting. He was rude, grumpy, and impatient with my friends and me. For example, he threw his arms in the air at one of my friends just because he couldn’t understand what he was saying. This place also had a musty feeling and everything was outdated and dirty. I also put 50 cents into a machine, it didn’t work, and I asked one of the workers to come check it out, and he didn’t even care. There is no way this place should have 4.3 freaking stars. It is the worst bowling alley I have ever been to. Don’t go here.

mission bowl in Olathe has gone down hill big time. My family went over the weekend and received horrible customer service and spent a lot. Their arcade games didnt work, took all my kids money. The people there hate their jobs. They were rude, inconsiderate and didn’t make any attempt to make sure we had pleasant experience. And the food counter was horrible. The lady was soo slow worrying about chatting it up. Forgot our food, acted like we were a huge mess by asking where our food was. The guy in the kitchen wasn’t wearing gloves. Eww... Cleaner than I typically expect of a bowling alley, which is admittedly not high praise. Well-lit, high-tech lanes that can deploy the bumpers for only select players in your party. Snacks are the only real miss here, as they're expensive and you don't get a lot for the money.

Always a fun and clean experience when we head to Mission Bowl! Service is excellent and food is pretty good too. They interact with kids well and that is an excellent thing being a parent. They don't roll their eyes when you ask for multiple pairs of shoes to try on or for the bumpers to get turned on. All around an affordable and fun place for entertainment!

Mission Bowl in Olathe has been a great place for my daughter to bowl on kid's leagues, participate in bowling camps and just generally have fun! The staff is very supportive and eager to help and her bowling skills improved greatly which helped in her high school league. I have also scheduled several events at this location and they offer great package deals. I couldn't be happier with Mission Bowl in Olathe as an entertainment destination.
