We got a lane way on the end away from the regular league people and bowled a couple games. The counter guy gave us some extra time to finish out a few frames. We had a really good time. Everything was pretty typical of a bowling alley, nothing particularly fantastic. It didn't smell like cigarettes which I always think bowling alleys will. Definitely a fun family time.

Horrible. friends and i called in the morning and asked if we needed to make a reservation for 8. they said no it won’t be busy. when we got there they said 45 min wait. Guy (rick) who took our name down was in a bad mood and not being nice. finally when we were called, our lane was broken. And we had to click service literally 15 times. we had one frame left and the lane completely broke. they said they could move our lane but we were done so we just left. don’t go

There's lots going on at this place. Fun times for all ages. We bowled with the "Pin Pics" option turned on, and it was very entertaining! Friendly staff and reasonable prices. The hourly rate for a lane is $18 till 5 pm, and that includes shoe rental! We'll be back!

This was our first family experience at Lunar Bowl. Cheyenne checked us in for a family of 6. We had a decision to make between $50 per hour or $5 per person per game. I ask Cheyenne which would be better for our group and she said we could fit 2 games in an hour so that would be the best choice. That is not possible with a family of 6. My frustration is when I went back to explain that was not possible her answer was it depends on how many people are playing. I stated when you checked us in and knew we had 6 you stated it was possible. She made no attempt to rectify the situation.

Went on date to see band playing at their lounge called Blue Moon. Neat place, seems like you could actually reach out and touch the moon. Bowling alley, lounge, arcade. Will return. We liked the place. First pic is of ceiling above us.

The manager Kelly was magnificent, he made sure my birthday party was smooth and was very accommodating. The environment was great, very clean bowling alley, and attentive staff. I would highly reccomend bringing a group of friends for a fun night at a great establishment. I look forward to my next visit, I couldn't have asked for a better birthday.

Lunar Bowel was absolutely Great. We hosted my daughter's graduation party there and everything was wonderful. The food great nothing had to be done over. We didn't have to wait for anything. The thing i appreciate the most was the friendly warm attitude of the staff. Jeremy and his staff took great care of us.

The peopel were just standig around and they didn't have their act together nothing was organized and it was my cousins b-day so they were supposed to have pizza there for every one so they payed but the lady didn't didn't put them in for pizza so they spent money for no reson and didn't get a refund! We had to pay for our own food, and on the arcade games where you would insert the coin in, there was a sign that said "inter at your own risk no refunds" so they knew most of the games were going to take your coins, my niece was not happy!!

Lunar Bowl has been around for years, but the place still looks new because it's clean and well-cared for. The food was excellent and the prices were very affordable! We were there for a baseball team party, and everyone had a great experience!

Pretty standard bowling alley. Lanes, balls, shoes, cheap beer and the ever present arcade and game room. The lanes were well maintained. Scoring systems, although dated, worked as designed and with little manual intervention. Enjoyed the "dinosaur/alligator" bowl helpers for the kiddos.

We came here at 4:30pm on a Monday for our daughters third birthday and were told they have league starting at 6 and their lanes were getting oiled so we couldn't get a lane until 10pm. Four people went in maybe 5-10 minutes before us and were given lanes. We are very disappointed. No other alternatives or options were given to us except the arcade. Please post this information on your website because it says open bowling until 5pm for $3. We will not be coming back here again.

My favorite bowling alley in eastern Jackson county. Clean, 21st century pin setters and table screens. Spacious. The staff are excellent and knowledgeable. Having a full service bar attached doesn't hurt either! ;)

We visited on a Friday evening between 6 and 8pm, with a relatively large group. The evening was busy, but not rambunctiously so. The facility was clean and well lit, the equipment was plentiful and in excellent shape, and the scoring system seemed newer, really modern and efficient. The only thing seemingly out of place was that the service at the food counter was disproportionately bad. There if us stood around for a few minutes waiting to be noticed at a completely deserted counter. Finally, a girl wandered over, stood in front of the register, made no eye contact, and definitely seemed like she would rather be doing just about anything else. I ordered 2 popcorns and 2 large drinks, got my drinks immediately and was told they needed to make more popcorn. No problem! Hot fresh popcorn? Yes please! ...Except it then took almost 30 minutes for the popcorn to make it to us. And that was AFTER we flagged someone down and asked about it.

Decor and arcade are cute, but one staff member (light brown hair, young, black glasses) was ridiculously disrespectful. He had a poor attitude and was aggressive with each interaction. We then were using bumpers and instead of politely informing us there was a height limit, staff randomly continued to turn it off until the man aggresively came over and manually turned them off. Other than that, positive experience.

One of the best facilities in Missouri. Friendly, responsive staff, updated and clean facility. Lane conditions are consistent and oiled daily. Pro-shop managed by experienced, knowledgeable staff. Has game area for all ages.

Love this bowling alley. Staff is nice and the lanes are some of the best around. Pinsetter and ball return barely gets stuck. The prices are really good to. A little more than some alley's, but that's because it is nicer. The panels at each station are updated and work great. I don't usually hang out in the bar so I'm not sure how that is, but I know there is one inside the alley.

The place looks great from the outside but when we went to pay we were overcharged, We ordered fries and a burger which tasted like it was precooked then microwaved. When I asked about the pricing the lady at the counter got very rude with me, Not worth fighting over. Then I realized what had been going on, The place has been built up from Lunar Bowl scamming their customers. I recommend PowerPlay or even Blue Springs Bowl over this place any day.
