It would be nice, if on a Saturday night, the employees wouldn't act like this place is a dance club and actually pay attention to the guests. Also the music could be wider selection. Our family has never felt so uncomfortable. Seemed like we were at a hip hop dance club trying to bowl around tons of people that just wanted to dance all around the lanes. It was an absolute circus.

I have lived here 28 years nothing has changed they don't reinvest back into it. Everything is falling apart, or not working. The arcade is a joke the food is awful, and they have very minimal staff working it.

one last free kid summer trip bowling before school starting and had to check out the all new arcade. Didn't disappoint, all electronic so no keeping up with tickets and jusy add money to a card instead of tokens.. fun games for all ages... while getting the kids play I destroyed the claw machine and we left like we'd been on a shopping spree

It has been awhile since I have visited this place. There are a lot of new to me features. They have an Arcade and a concession stand that appears to be well maintained. I did not give it 5 stars because the Arcade seemed a little overpriced especially when compared to its competitors, and the concession stand service was slow. Not due to lack of employee efforts, they just need to streamline their process. Other than that, it was fun.

We had a lot of fun! It is a little bit pricey...wasn't really expecting the total price of everything. They do serve food and alcohol tho! It is also a very kid friendly place. They have little dinosaur ramps for the kids to use so it won't take 5 years for their ball to reach the end haha! They also offer the bumpers for the gutters! It was very clean and the atmosphere was great! We will definitely visit again if in the area!

We bowl here at least 3 to 4 days a week. It is clean, safe, and well-staffed with knowledgeable and friendly employees. The food is good, but a bit pricey, I definitely recommend the Kids Bowl Free for free bowling all summer. My son's Intergalactic Glow in the Dark Birthday Party was so fun for him and his friends, and I didn't have to do anything but arrive with a cake. Our party hostess Margaret was wonderful. very accommodating and kept the schedule moving.

Very busy on Sat night! Was not allowed to reserve lanes beforehand unless we booked a party, even if I paid over the phone with my credit card. Seemed a little bit unorganized, even for Sat night. Some staff did not handle their composure under pressure; however, some staff performed well considering the busy times at hand. Mixologist in bar area was super friendly and NICE. AND, He made a mean crown and coke! Keep up THAT gr8 work dude!

The carpet fits well with the 90s but there have been attempts at modernization. We were here for a birthday party and the kids who were all around 3-4 were having a blast. Bumpers worked great, dragons to roll balls down were awesome, and the rates were affordable. Small arcade area, lots of selection on the menu, a bar area, and evening events to entice the local college folks. We plan on coming back with a few friends and no kids to see how much we like it. On another note - no smoking inside. I hated going here before because of the smell but with the change, we will be back in the evenings.

Since they improved the arcade, it's a fun place for my kiddos to go with friends. The food is yummy! Also during the summer kiddos can play two free games per day as long as they sign up on their website and pay for shoes. Not a bad deal.

My family and I visit this place quite often and each time we go we are cheated out of our money. There is always an issue with their machines and we were so called given additional time to play which didn’t matter due to the machine malfunctioning. We asked for a refund and the manager stated they DO NOT DO REFUNDS!!! Then we were given a card to called someone else and the manager said that was all they could do. Security came and tried escort us from the building because we asked for our monies back and we were upset about the situation. Please do not waste your time or money at this place. It’s definitely not worth it!!! #they do not care about their customers concern

I must say I am impressed I wanted to have a birthday party for my grandkids and I went back and fourth all day with Tracy to make it happen. I never met someone willingly wanting to help me and my family. She gave me her cell number and then she ended her shift after she made sure that my family was bowling and comfortable. Young sweet girl put up with a lot of my questions and my last minute plans and all she wanted was for me to write this review and for us to have fun. Keep up the good work young lady we had a blast

A little pricey, but decent lanes. Cool touch-screen lane interface with lots of animation options, even one that let you add everyone's pictures to the score board (though the camera was so atrocious that it wasn't worth using). The time limit for the lane cut us off on the middle of a frame, so while I understand why it didn't let us finish the whole game, it meant that we couldn't even compare scores where we left off, which was a bummer. Overall, a fun, clean place to bowl.

Had a lovely time bowling with my teenagers tonight. We had to wait for a lane at first, so we wandered over to the arcade. Much to our chagrin, the air hockey ate my quarters and didn't work. They did refund my money...but there were several other games out of order too. That was a bummer; but the snack bar is super great - things made fresh and delivered to our lane. I love that our bowling is smoke-free now according to KS law. It makes for a much better atmosphere - I'm very allergic, so that's a wonderful plus.

We had our son’s 4th birthday party here and it was GREAT! We purchased the birthday package and it was way more than I expected! The pizza was delicious, our hostess was so sweet & accommodating, and it was all decorated when we got there. Best money spent on a birthday party ever! The entire facility is clean, the arcade games are fun & up-to-date, and it’s a blast for all ages. We will be back!

I believe I was over charged, it was just under $40 for two adults and two kids for 1 game. Our game was shut off early. When I went to the desk to inform them, I was told they would turn it back on in a rude manner. Maybe they were having a bad day but still not an excuse for the service. If the price was correct, I would definitely say not worth it.

Place was PACKED! Party of 5 and we were informed that it would be well over an hours wait for a lane. Checked out the bar.... NO POOL TABLE(s) and not one person spoke to us the 20 minutes we stood around in there. Restrooms were NASTY and the parking lot is a wreck as well.

Not a huge fan of their new screens, but all the other updates are fantastic. I went to have dinner with my dad on a Monday night recently, which is a league night so it was packed. I always get the veggie burger with tots and a chocolate chip muffin- which they will microwave for you upon request and is best eaten with a spoon in my opinion. Because it was so packed we waited a little for our food, but it wasn't unreasonable and our order was hot and correct. I don't recommend Monday nights because there aren't any available lanes, but if you go after 5, the arcade games are half price for happy hour. My dad and I had a blast playing air hockey and some Jurassic Park game. We spent $10 and played for quite awhile. Haven't bowled here in awhile, but I go very often to watch my friends bowl in their League. I love the food and the arcade is a welcome addition!!

Anytime I go here (Usually for my so's leagues) It's always so packed and there isn't enough seating. Also why would they take out lanes for an arcade that I've never seen anybody go into? The lanes are dependable and modern. Nice selection of balls. Shoes in good shape. Food is pretty good, especially the fresh made to order pizza. Not a huge beer selection, but you can get a cold pitcher to go to your lane. Brand new large arcade that uses cards vs tokens and tickets. Very good selection of games and so much cleaner and more modern than other family "fun centers" in Bossier. Same concept play to earn and cash in for prizes.

Upgraded screens and consoles so the ease of use is simple. However, multiple trips have been experienced with warm temps causing sweating during play, as well as the lanes are not being oiled routinely unless it is a league night. Therefore daily amateur consumers do not get the best experience.

We celebrated our son’s 7th birthday party at Holiday Lanes today. Everyone in attendance had a fun and great experience! I definitely recommend if you’re looking for a fun and air conditioned summer birthday party! The party host took on all of the ‘work’ so we parents could enjoy the party too! Our package included intergalactic bowling, top notch pizza(our group of pizza critics all approved how great the pizza tasted!), and time in the arcade- which was very clean and fun. The games were not stingy with tickets- we all made out with plenty of prizes as well! Looking forward to another party there!

in for your special bowl 4 hours for 10.00 paid 105.00 for us to bowl. Not bad if we had been able to bowl unfortunately our lane got stuck multiple times, our balls weren't returning so we could bowl. The manager was rude, and refused to move us to a different lane when we asked. This was the worst expirience I truly hope u make it right with us. When I asked for a manager I was told Danielle the one being rude was the manager, my kids tried to exchange shoe sizes she walked away from them. Overall a cappy place to have a family fun day!

We went for a homeschool trip. They have been very helpful and accommodating! They have upgraded the inside to include a very nice arcade. I have gone to cosmic bowling as well. It's a fun atmosphere great for friends and family. The pizza is very good. The strikers cafe has great food and very reasonable prices.

My team and I bowled a tournament there recently, had a good shot there but don't ever do brackets there they will screw you out of money!!! They have people there behind the counter that don't communicate with the bowlers at all!! Will never return!!

Great experience was shared with family and friends. It cost us around a total of $45 dollars for an hour of land time, 4 pairs of shoes, and 4 drinks ( sodas, slushies, and water) We had a ton of fun and would definitely do it again.

Fun, family friendly place. Rates are reasonable same for shoe rentals. They even sell pizza which is pretty good as well. Over all great place, just don't bring your own ball(there machines tend to gouge or eat the balls).

Very clean, nice, and updated. I remember it from my youth, and it still has the same nostalgic feel but with a modern remodel. The CSR up front, Morgan, is friendly and helpful.

The lanes glitched from time to time but fun. An hour goes by quickly and expensive for large group. Arcade is always fun. Food good but my pretzel was extra salty. Otherwise, the family always have a nice time.

Had a great time bowling with a small group (3) on a Sat night. Rates were great, overall superb service. The place has been updated every time I visit. This was the bowling I learning in & grew up knowing. it was clean, good food selection & available lanes for fun times. The beer prices were reasonable in my opinion. I want to thank Holiday Lanes for providing a friendly staff, great rates, and a facility that is non-smoking which is a huge plus!!! When in town again I will definitely be back!
