Celebrated a birthday party with over 12 people. Able to bring in your own cake. Can rent lanes by the game or hour. Staff was really nice and helpful. Wasn't too crowded and prices were good when we compared to other bowling alleys. We used the birthday package that includes shoe rental, drinks, and popcorn. Recommend for a great afternoon of bowling. They had bumpers for the kids and the shoes were all very new and comfortable.

Had several lanes breakdowns during the kansas state bowling tournament. They knew there was big issue with the lanes we were on before we started and still use them. Not a good call.

They gave us coupons in November when we had a birthday party there. When we came back they told us that they dont honor those coupons anymore as they changed management. Then once we got to our lane, it had constant problems. They completely shut the lane down when we only had 3 more people to bowl in the 10th frame. When I went up to ask about it, they said they gave us one game and it wasnt timed. Then they tried to tell me that I added another person and that's why it shut down. I told them no, we had only 5 people and didn't add anymore. He ended up opening it back up so the last 3 people could bowl. Then after the arcade, the ticket machine wasnt working properly. And when we got up to collect prizes for my children, the guy asked his boss when I'm done with them can I leave? I was supposed to leave at 4. My family and i have been here numerous times but this time was absolutely awful. Poor customer service and machines not working made me feel like this was a waste of money.

Took my brothers here this afternoon. Staff was rude and cutting me off when I would ask questions. Our lane didn’t work and it took 15 minutes after telling the lady that it was broken before she said “oh it’s still not fixed okay hold on” went and ordered food and that lady was rude too. Took 10 minutes to make my food and the place was not busy whatsoever.

This is a nice place to get together with friends and family and go bowling! They also have arcade games in case the kids or even the adults get tired of bowling! The prices aren't bad. (About average) not sure about the concession stand.

Came here for Cosmic Bowling and half the alley is lit with black lights. I guess Gage Alley has new owners and the staff doesn't have keys to make the other side to cosmic bowling. Hope the new owners can do better than tonight. A little disappointed tonight.

Helpful and friendly staff who is always on their A game...even when they are insanely busy. My family and I were there recently for a family birthday party. We all had fun, enjoyed the food and drinks, and were met with smiles at every turn. A wonderful experience!

My group of 5 had a great time, bowled 3 games, drank a little beer and briefly visited the arcade. My favorite moment was when the worker asked us where we wanted to be, no other alley ever asks, they just smash you between 2 other groups so you have no place to sit. Good job Gage Bowl.

Not a good experience. Me and my wife took our three young children. For an evening out. We ordered food. Waited over an hour for them to call my order #. So i went to check on my food and it had been sitting cold. My number was never called. I was told when i ordered my # was 71. Then when asking about my food. They said my number was 89. We were using a dinosaur to help kids bowl and someone just walked up and stole it. We will not return.

Went out for a bowling night with friends and the woman who set up our lane was extremely rude to our entire group! We were there to bowl, have fun and enjoy ourselves and did not deserve to be treated in the manner that we did. The entire time we paid and asked for our shoes she rolled her eyes, sighed and even had rude side comments. We have been frequent customers in the past and have had other bowling socials here. Going forward we will definitely look at other options before settling for this mediocre excuse for customer service.

Bowling here was a blast. Several house balls to choose from. Shoe rental available. Concession stand sells thing like nachos and large pretzels. Toddler ramps are available as well as numbers of you need them.

A place for some family fun. They have the option for gutter rails and ball slides to help with the younger kids. A snack bar for when you get hungry or thirsty. And a video game room for the ones who don't want to bowl. Even got a laser maze. A different kind of challenging maze. All in all, a fun filled evening.

Unhappy! I called at 4pm and asked how late they were open tonight (6/7/19), they said they were open til Midnight. I also looked online and it said Midnight. We drove around and picked up 3 people to go with us to bowl with our kids and drove a half hour to get there and we were told they were closing at 10pm. I am even enclosing a screenshot of their hours as listed online. They said we could drive over to their other bowling alley. No thanks, you're not going to lie to me and then make me drive further and charge me for the privilege.

I went to Gage Bowl for the first time due to a church youth event called Christ-N-Bowl. No negatives the entire time. As you could guess, they did not sell any alcohol during the event. The staff at the front desk was friendly and efficient. We just recently had a ice storm in the area and when asked on their Facebook page if they would still be open for the event, they answered back very quickly and later the next day said they would be open. The bowling area was clean and well maintained. The restroom area was very clean even for late at night. All the bowling equipment worked perfectly. The kids enjoyed the food from their snack bar. There is a game room if people would rather do that.

nice place to bowl and take the kids to play games. recent upgrades are making it better but their are to many kids that run around unattended and tear things up in the bathrooms, at the lanes and in the arcade. this can take the fun out of your night when kids do this. i know its not the alleys fault but they might want to let parents know that unattended kids will break things and mess up the bathrooms and the lanes and the games, then nobody can use these things.

Been going here off and on for years, especially for the classic bowling alley food. Went on a Saturday afternoon and it took us forever to get our food, although there were not any orders ahead of us. To their credit, they brought the food to the table and even took an extra trip to being ketchup and forks. Was surprised that they had afternoon cyber bowling which is unlimited but expensive as we were only planning to bowl one game. Not blaming the business, just didn't know ahead of time. Food was good and lanes are well kept. Still love the place and will always go back

Place is mediocre at best. Always need to call for assistance. They crowd everyone into lanes next to each other even when there are tons of open lanes. And it is crazy expensive I mean you could go to the movies for cheaper.
