This place is awful. Every time me and my family want to go, we call. They always say yep open bowling and not busy at all. We got there and it was packed and I go up to the guy and ask why did you tell me 20 min ago it was not full? He said I never said that. We left. About a month later show up(call before hand, and everything's a go), we walk in and the employee says oh we have leagues tonight. We leave again. Went tonight. (Called again..) go up to the door and doors locked only 9:30(closes at 12) I look inside and there are employees standing talking.. knock on the door.. guy looks at me and turns and keeps talking. Sooo I call the place and guy looks at the phone and keeps talking.. soo I'm looking in and I see the guy flip the switch.. now the lights go out above us.. he turned the lights out on us!? So we drive away and I call one last time and guy answers. I said I called earlier and you said open bowling all night. "Well we haven't had anyone here so we're closing" I say "we were standing outside the door" he goes "oh didn't see you" I hang up. So every time I've went.. never happened.

Um booked lanes weeks in advance. We were made to wait hours while they fixed something... came at 630pm. Left at 8pm.. never were allowed to bowl because they booked us over league and then basically didn't do anything while our party waited. Exactly what I expect in mason city.. classy

The food was pretty good, and priced well. BUT it seems people bring their kids there to run wild and with it being a small area it will ruin your bowling experience, will not be returning.

Fun place to get together but could use better staff whose more knowledgeable about the services provided. We clarified on 2 different occasions the cost of booking a party and booked a party of 7 people only for them to charged us $50 more than what was discussed. We also paid for 2 lanes and only got 1. They made no effort to make it right and we all left quite upset with their lack of customer service

The lady that works here is a very kind lady. We came on mothers day and they were closing early, but we did not know that and walked 55 minutes to get there. she not only stayed open later to let us bowl, but she held my baby so i could play with my other 2 sons
