Love this bowling alley. They are great for kids, they have lots of 6 lb balls for the kids to use, bumpers and even ramps if needed. Nothing bad to say, other than sometimes on the weekends they're too busy for a family to walk-in and play.

They have bowling balls that look like pool balls with the # equating to weight. Lanes are good, well oiled. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have food and drinks, foods ok. They have a couple arcade games, the punching bag is fun.

Judgmental against people with disabilities, very unprofessional rude attitude. The only reason we continue business there is due to the hours for daytime. HOPEFULLY they can learn to understand that not all people are the same!

They played host to the Special Olympics bowling day where of course everyone is a winner, but the staff there were the true stars! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. It also looks as if everything has a new coat of paint and remodeling underway so I will definitely be back again.

Our lane kept breaking down, lane wouldn't reset, lane wouldn't give our balls back. Maybe it was just that lane, but we always have fun here and the price is always right.

I work with individuals with special needs and Everytime we come here the lady at the front desk is absolutely rude to us. We can't get their shoes or even order food without her snapping at us or giving us attitude. It's uncalled for. Guess we will take our business to Westdale.

Came here with a friend expecting to bowl on a Tuesday night and the hours say they close at 10:00 pm and when we got here at 8:50 they were already closed, the staff came out about 9:00 and didn’t say anything if you guys are going to start closing early then might as well change the open hours on the website

We went to a birthday party and I was very impressed with the server that took care of the room all by herself. She didn't stop running the whole time and made sure we had everything. The building itself is undergoing renovations but they are turning out great! It should be a very nice place once they are all done! The kids loved the bumper bowling!

Only been to this bowling Alley in Cedar Rapids and not the other 2 so I don't have much to compare them too as far as better or worse. The balls are HORRIBLE quality with a bunch cracks and divits in them..I suppose that is to be expected though when using bowling balls that everyone else uses. The issue is more with the people using them and HOW they use them than the alley being responsible for them. But that's another story altogether. All in all, I like this alley, the atmosphere is nice, the computer is easy to use...you have to enter in your own information....I would prefer it if the staff entered the information and had our names in the computer by the time that we got to the lane ( I have been to bowling allies in another town that do this and it's very nice). Like I said It's a nice and fun place to go. Always lively, but never TOO busy.

Newly updated everything except those weird tables with the swing chairs that have always been there. The update is nice, it make it seem more spacious than it was. Looks good, good bowling, lockers available for your stuff. If you go online you can find a buy 2 get the 3rd game free coupon. Food is bar type food but good and not too poorly priced.

This is a great bowling alley for Cedar Rapids. Reasonably priced and it has been updated nicely so it doesn't reek of cigarette smoke. Other than that, it is your typical bowling alley. They are not very good about posting their open bowling times. I would highly recommend calling to verify they have open bowling during the week. Their website states open bowling from 11am-12am, however they have leagues from 5pm-9pm, so you will be turned away even though they state they have open bowling.

I would say this is an excellent bowling center. The lanes are kept up. The score board also tells you the mph that the ball goes down the lane, which is pretty cool. My daughter and I played three games and had a good time.

We go here almost every week. Staff is decent, but lanes sometimes have issues with ball returns. Food is about what you would expect at a bowling alley. I'd recommend the fried mushrooms and pickles.

The prices are reasonable and the bar is well stocked. The lanes were waxed well. Balls were in acceptable shape, too. My biggest complaint is the pins kept falling when being reset, making scoring difficult.

The estimated time for a lane to be open was 30 minutes and it took more than an hour to get one. This place also smells like stale pizza and cheap beer. Also I think I spotted a hooker in the corner.

The last few times we've gone here there were 3/4 of the lanes open, but they wouldn't let us bowl because a league was going to start in an hour. We could have bowled a couple of games in that time. They just shrugged and said too bad. They have lost our business, what terrible business practice.

We waited for 1/2 an hour and got tired of waiting so we asked when we were able to go, and they said and quote " we called your name 3 times and gave up your spot" when 1, they hadn't 2 they haven't used the microphone 3 times And 3 they only used it 2 times and what was said was horribly hard to hear but I could barely understand the canes. My whole group I was with never hear my name

The reason I give it only 2 stars is because it is so expensive. It costs $3.50 per game for the day and $4 per game for the night. On top of that it costs $3 to rent shoes. If you are playing 3 games you are paying double that of similar places that charge a flat rate for unlimited bowling. It is a very nice place, but not a very nice value if you want to knock out a decent amount of games. If you are looking for value, there are less crowded spots to bowl for less money in Cedar Rapids.
