Went there with a large group, paid over $100 to bowl for two hours. After we were done bowling and half of us left then half of us stayed to bowl again I went and got B-Bops. They very rudely and briskly came over to me and simply said bo outside food. After we spent over $100, that's how you decide to treat me? Bunch of jerks.

We're members of the Kids Bowl Free program with the family membership added. My kids had such a good time they actually asked to go bowling again tomorrow! Thankfully, I have the day off and we WILL return! The remodel is still in progress, but the finished product is much needed and going to be wonderful, when complete. Great fun, wonderful atmosphere and perfect customer service.

The bowling alley is very nice, service was a bit disappointing. You can bowl with 6 people per lane, but they only have seating for 4 per lane.. so if you come with a big group, you don't all get to sit. I was told I had to go to another register to order food and then the lady just stood there while I moved 5 feet down to the other register and had to wait for the busy cook to help me.

I have been bowling there for years and have never not had a good time. The people there are friendly, the food is amazing (Seriously, try the waffle fries and cheese curds), tons of events and leagues, and there is plenty to do. It is very clean and they have resently remodeled. Definitely recommend it!

The staff is friendly from my experience despite a previous comment saying otherwise. Good weekday specials also for those who can break away from work midday occasionally like me. I am new to "serious" bowling but Gary in the pro shop set me up with everything and was really friendly, helpful, and listened/answered my questions despite my total lack of knowledge of the sport. The establishment is clean and in decent mechanical condition. Just a good place to have fun for a decent price!

Went there with great expectations but we were disappointed by the customer service. Very rude and disrespectful administration. The girl was not willing to explain anything on the front desk and in the middle of our conversation, she would turn aside as if she is attending someone else. This is surely our last time visiting. Looks like they are not friendly to people from other countries. So if you are from some other country (or look like one), you won't get a warm customer service.

The price is decent and the food is good they also have a selection of drinks but the bowling itself our second game a pin was in the gutter and the machine just stopped so they moved us over one and that one gave us all strikes even though they weren't so they had to reset that one also the bathrooms are clean but there is no divider between the urinals in the men's bathroom and there is plenty of space for a cheap divider

It seems that every night that they have a special they close between 10pm and 12am if there aren't at least 50 people there. We had a group of 15 meeting around 11:30 pm and we were informed that they would close at midnight due to lack of customers. We told them we had a large group coming in and she said "sorry". We had these plans for weeks and they were ruined because your 2 employees decided they didn't want to work, even though the hours of operation were until 2am. This was the second time this happened. The first time we arrived around 10:30 pm and the same woman informed us that they would be closing at 11pm. This was during glow bowl hours both times. Very disappointing.

This is a great bowling alley. It's a little old but they take care of it. Bathrooms and alley were very clean. Prices are reasonable and they have specials which is awesome

They have really great deals, sometimes good music (I don't like the new music they're playing now) they used to have a classic rock or 80's goodies that I personally enjoyed, the 5 stars are about bowling, cleaninless, lanes and most of their crew it's really nice. I will recommend this place for having a great saturday night or every other day, I just love it.

I love...LOVE this place.....our group comes here at least twice a month and seems to grow every month. We have a couple good bowlers and the rest of us who just want to have fun....we all love it! Lanes are fantastic.... service is wonderful and prices are great. Best deals in town. I met the owner for the first time he was working on a Saturday night and he was singing behind the service desk using a can of shoe spray for a microphone..we couldn't stop laughing....made our night fun!!!. Cares about his customers.....love this place.

We have 5 children ages ranging from 1-12 and this was a great place for our whole family! We all had fun, staff was friendly, good service, good pizza, kid friendly equipment, awesome lighting, and great price!!!! We will be going back!

I asked for coffee and the woman liturally said that she didnt want to make it, so to buy coffee i had to pay for a refill. Staff was very rude. Kind of fun. Weird music choices. They will kick you out whenever they want. The guy looks like he wasnt very liked in high school

We came to this bowling center for a family outing since we were visiting family in Des Moines. The center is pretty clean and we were able to get a lane after a 20 minute wait. It was a Saturday, so they were pretty busy. While we waited the guys got to play a quick game of billiards that was in a separate room from the bowling alley. Overall we had a great time!

First off, this place is kind of dumpy… There were holes in the ceiling and it wasn't very clean… Very out of date decor... The shoes we rented were disgusting too… The ones we had for our daughter looked like a dog had chewed on them for a couple hours… It was kind of pathetic… The only reason they got two stars is because they were sort of helpful in getting a ball ramp for our two-year-old daughter who we brought there for her first bowling experience… The lady with the mullet at the front desk was also pretty rude… not very personable...

What a crappy place. They are too lazy to oil the lanes, the worst lanes Ive ever bowled on. Was tearing the surface off my ball. Paid for two hours, only bowled one game and left. I asked if they would oild the lane since it was bone dry they said they couldnt. Ask for my money back nope. They dont care about their customers, just want your money. Im not picky, i just expect to get what i paid for and that was the worst bowling experience Ive ever had. I will never go back there, unless i get my money back or bowl for free. Untill then Ill go to Val Lanes way better customer service. Horrible, wish i could do negative stars

Kids enjoyed this place a lot . At first we thought of going to a different place but went to this place. Since it was open on day before Christmas eve. We took a two hour lane for four kids and two adults. Ambience was clean. We ordered food food arrived in record time. Food was good enough and we all liked it. Kids enjoyed the complete two hours of bowling and we were completely satisfied with the visit.

We have actually gone here a few times and the last time(tonight) will be the last time. We normally go for a couple hours and have a good time. Spend well over $300 as a group each time as well between food bar and games. Tonight was a bad experience. The bartender took the drivers license of a person in our group and refused to give it back. Claimed that it was a fake and it was being confiscated. After the cops were called she decided to look up drivers licenses for that state (out of state license not an Iowa one) and saw that despite literally 12 people saying that it was not a fake, that it was indeed a real one. The staff was very rude about the whole ordeal and refused to talk about what the issue was or to even listen to anyone; even other patrons at the establishment who were not a part of our group. We will be choosing another bowling alley to spend our money at for sure. They need to really restaff the whole place and do some extensive training with their managers and bartenders.

Came to air lanes last Wednesday at 10:30. Walked in, staff behind the counter, said they weren't going to open till noon. Here now and lady says she will close early just because there's only a dozen people left. Will not come back. Going to bowlerama. Way cheaper and they don't cut short on deals

Celebrated our annual family bowling outing. It was a good deal for our group of 12 to have a birthday party. The pizza was actually good, too. The bowling was fun and we got to enjoy Cosmic Bowling and win prizes. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the music was SO loud.
