Bad, charged my friends card two times and said they could do nothing about it and left it like that. Then me and another friend paid for two hours and later found out we had to go in 30 mins, 30 mins into the game and refused to give half our money back. Bathrooms stink like urine bad. Prices are outrageous. Go to Northridge. Much better there.

Booked a party for my son's birthday. Had 2 lanes ready to go when we got there. Bought the deal for 6 Bowlers per lane with a pizza and soda. Had extra players that they let bowl for free. This was our first time coming and the staff was great. Will be making this out new bowling spot.

The whole place inside and out needs updated so bad. It could be such a great place for families to come and enjoy but even pulling in the parking lot, it looks so run down and uninviting. This place is perfect for parties, groups and families if it was just better maintained. The chairs inside are all stained. Every thing is wore out and the ball kept getting hung up in our lane. I hope improvements can be made because this place has so much potential! I've been several times for birthday parties and hope each time they've painted the outside or planted some flowers, or updated the inside, but nothing so far. This place is in a great location and great for family fun so I hope changes can be made soon!!!

Victory Lanes is very inexpensive for a family night out. You can pay for 2 hours for a lane and play as many games as you want. The bar is managed well, the food comes out slowly depending on the day you intend to bowl.

Good atmosphere and good prices on bowling. I paid $8 per person for 2 hours of bowling and shoes. Only issue I had was that the lane I was on broke in the middle of the frame and I had to switch lanes. Also the music they play keeps skipping which is distracting but I would recommend this place. Don't know about the food but will try the next time I visit.

The day my group went, it was packed with only two front employees. Yes the wait was a little longer than normal however they did everything they could to make up for it. Also had a few issues with the balls not returning after a turn. They got someone out to help as soon as they could. The place was clean as well. I give 4 stars only because I'm not a regular. I am only there maybe once every few years.

This place needs some assistance. There is no food, and they do not allow drink or food to be brought in. There are a few vending machines with soda snd snacks. Also, there are only 10 lanes to bowl on.

Kids are having fun. We are having fun. As soon as we walked in the door the man greeted us. Without us asking he set up a ramp for my kids not knowing if they needed it or not, they didn't, and brought us lighter bowling balls. Super nice. Even asked us our preference for music. Loved it here.

Awful ! Went with a group of friends to celebrate a young lady with disabilities birthday. The family rented two lanes for two hours ..which wasn't cheap at all. However when they tried to bring her birthday cake in they were refused.. they were told they had to 'purchase' a birthday party package for 80+ bucks . When they asked what else came with the package other than what they had already paid for ..they were told the use of a table.. they made the family take the cake back outside and leave it in the hot car .. they were told no presents no balloons or cake unless they bought the package.. ridiculous !!!! The sad thing was the cake was for a special needs young girl who didn't understand why her cake wasn't allowed in.. unfortunately the family already paid for two hours of bowling on two lanes .the other disturbing thing is that they had at least five open table and no one using them the entire time we were there. .we will NEVER use this bowling alley again ! We will make the drive to Morristown alley which is cleaner..cheaper and much more family friendly !

Vastly improved now that they've regulated smoking. You didn't used to be able to walk into this place without hitting a smog cloud. Given the option of here and Shamrock, this is definitely the best bowling alley in Springfield.

It was a place our group could go while visiting. It said it was open but when we got there it looked run down. We got out and pulled on the door and no one had it opened. Finally someone came and let our group in. It does need major updates and a good cleaning but our group had fun. Our ball kept getting stuck like someone else mentioned and we kept having to hit the reset button and both lanes we had bc it wouldnt reset on its on. Coukd be a perfect place.

Just left after bowling with 2 adults and 4 kids. I asked about the kids bowl free program and the cashiers told me I had to register online. Instead they acted like they were giving me a discount by taking one dollar off per kid, and I decided not to bowl or have my 3 year old bowl since it was more $ than we expected. The cashiers also said the program was "ending soon" meaning near the end of August (so definitely still valid today)! As the kids bowled, I registered each child and it took me about 3 minutes total. They sent me coupons for the kids bowl free immediately to my email inbox. I went to the register to ask if I could redeem them and get a refund, but they said they couldn't refund it. So instead of advising me BEFORE I paid to take the 3 minutes to register my kids so they could bowl free, they took an extra $15 and made me think I couldn't use the coupons today. I think that's pretty bad customer service esp since I specifically asked about the program before we paid, and I don't think we will be back. If I am going to give an establishment my money, I don't want to feel like they've pulled the wool over my eyes and taken money that I could have saved.

This is the best alley in the area! Special Olympics bowling takes place here on Saturday, and the staff are so nice and caring toward this special group of bowlers!

I am only giving one star because I can’t go lower. If you want an alley that will chew up your bowling balls then this is the place for you. And when you confront the front desk about it they look at you like you have 6 heads, then blame you for the return trashing your ball. Aside from that, the bartenders have no clue how to make simple drinks. Then give you an attitude because they cannot do their jobs correctly. The pro shop is tiny, and never open. Throughout the winter league, I had seen them open maybe twice the entire season. Only plus about the place, is the food.

Food is over priced. Got a "steak burger" was just a plain hamburger for 3.50. Could of gotten a better one from McDonald's. $2.50 for a small side of fries. $15.00 for a "large" pepperoni pizza. Definitely seestore bought. They announced over the intercom that adults were not to use the light weight neon balls, but they just watched the adults use them. My son had no ball he could use. Sound system was horrible . Put everyone down on one side of the alley bunched up while most leaves went unused Ladies behind the counter were nasty to customers. At the bar, don't bother asking for a pitcher of beer, they refuse to give you one. You can get a pitcher of soda for $6.00 though. Don't ask for a Long Island, they'll refuse to make it. Bathrooms nasty Lights blown out of the way to bathroom, you had to feel your way in the dark. Take a short trip to Dayton, there might be something better there

This place is not family or baby friendly place. I go here because my husband bowls and wants us to be there to watch him bowl so I go to support him but I soon realized that there is no baby changing table in the women’s restroom which makes it difficult to change my baby’s diapers. They advertise that they do parties so I would suggest that if you are inviting or having a party here that you don’t bring your baby or invite anyone with a baby or toddlers just because it’s just inconvenient with no changing table. I hate this and plus this place is like super out dated too. Also the bathroom is nasty as hell so beware of that too!!
